    Let me say this about wave service,Probably the most reliable around ..I called and within the snap of the finger they responded to all my electrical problems and solved all issues.James The owner was on time and very reliable not included very friendly and responsible and very clean when working.     These guys were phenomenal! I wasted a lot of time before I found Jim and his company. They wired my dock in Nov. 2020.I probably started this project by calling 12+ companies, only 5 responded to my voice mails within two days, 3 came out to my house a week later to give me an estimate on the project timing and cost. At that point one disappeared, and two came back with aggressive bids and poor timing.Then I found W.A.V.E. Misty answered the phone immediately. She scheduled the estimating visit the next day. The price was fair AND they did the work the next day rather than 4 weeks in the future. In less than 48 hours from making the initial contact, they dug a trench from the house, buried the cable and wired the dock. Fantastic service.Since then I have used W.A.V.E on two smaller projects and the service has been consistently remarkable.

    I called CJ Electrical regarding a meter post installation. They were good about getting back to discuss the work. I needed a permit from the county in order to get the Electrical Cooperative to furnish power. They did this very quickly and i was able to meet with the power cooperative to locate the meter post. We decided on an alternative power source so the project did not go further. I had a positive experience working with Chris and Kathy and recommend CJ Electrical.

    Jim and his team performed upgrades and cleaned up my main panel in our 41 year old house that had been renovated many times over many years. He and his staff were courteous, punctual, and got the work done with a minimum of inconvenience for my family. When he estimated the work, he said it could take up to two days to complete, but he was able to complete it and restore power to us in only one day. Upon completion, he took a very long time to correctly label the new panel and then went over everything that he had done so that I understood it before presenting me the invoice for services. I would use him and his team again, without question.

    Bill was fantastic! Arrived early, which worked out perfectly, installed both light fixtures I needed without having to set up scaffolding (which another company told me was impossible) and was done in an hour and a half for a very reasonable rate. We will absolutely use these guys again.

    We contacted W.A.V.Electrical Services and received a call back immediately. I mentioned our issue was not urgent but he agreed to come out the next day. Jim arrived on time and it turned out the issue was a user error (embarrassingly enough). While at our property, he provided useful advice about a couple other things. He couldnt have been nicer or more professional. We cant wait to use him for real next time!! Quality vendor you can count on!!!

    Chris was very professional. He and his helper Aaron did and excellent job installing an outlet. They performed the job in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.     We are new to the area and when the power failed at our home we did not know who to call so we tried everyone. all we got was a bunch of we cant help you for a week. when we called Wave they were also busy but they made themselves available to resolve our emergency as they advertise. They made the appointment and were an hour early. They resolved our issue within an hour. Thanks Jim for the excellent service.

    Replace mast and weather head connected to meter base due to extensive storm damage from TS Zeta. Exceptional customer service. Outstanding professionalism. The main office was very courteous and responsive to our problem. Jim Doughtery was onsite in record time and was eager to help us in this difficult situation. The technician that came out to actually make the repairs (Scott Wensel) was top notch and everything was completed in what I consider to be record time.     Almost a year ago, we began renovating our house and ran into several electrical issues with this sixty-yr old structure. Jim Dougherty with his team was absolutely flawless in his attention to detail, very personable and professional, and respectful of our needs. Due to the extensive work on the house, we spent the winter months in our motorhome and Jim made it very comfortable by providing the necessary connection for electrical heating. Donna and I feel very blessed to have had him perform our electrical service and will continue to call on him for our needs.
