I am a local real estate agent. I have personally used and recommended Paul on multiple projects. He is very professional and great at giving price/time expectations. I appreciate his timeliness and communication. So many contractors do not show up when they say they will and communicate poorly. Not the case with Paul! Here are two photos of projects Paul has completed on my personal home. He did an accent wall in my son’s nursery and built custom shelves in my living room. Very happy with his work!

I hired Paul to redo the caulking around my pool. He removed the old stuff and installed new foam and silicone. He even took the time to do research and ended up putting sand on the caulking while it was still wet to give it the appearance of mortar! It turned out really well and he had it done quickly. I would definitely recommend him. He will make sure he knows what hes doing before getting started and wont just do a hack job to collect payment like many other companies out there.

Paul has provided interior painting services and exterior services which include French Drain System rework and maintenance. I am thankful that I located a contractor that is both reasonable in cost whom delivers quality workmanship.
