    Great service. The tech was here within 45min of us needing our main line snaked at 8pm on a Monday. The service was quick and the tech even cleaned around the clean out for us. All other providers were at least a 24 hour wait time. Worth the cost and my family can carry on with life like it never happened.

    Second time I have hired Roto Rooter to clear my washer drain. Last time was two years ago. Both times they did a great job, were very polite and friendly. When they were done the washer drain flowed freely and I was very glad for such GREAT service.

    Andrew showed up and checked out our floor drain issues before he did any snaking/clean out. He communicated very well to us what the problem was and showed us what he found. He then gave us options for cleaning out the pipes along with preventive tips to maintain clean pipes. Leo showed up with the camera to give us an image about what and where specifically our problems were. They did great work and I highly recommend them.

    Had sewage backing up in our bathtubs and called Roto-Rooter. The lady on the phone said someone would be out within an hour. Justin showed up with his Roto-Rotor van in about 30-40 minutes and clearly explained what our options were in order to fix the problem. Our house does not have a clean-out valve which complicated things. Justine was very fast and efficient in fixing the issue. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I give him 5 stars.

Katie was a trainee on the job, a technician Iā€™d be happy to have working in my home again. The company guarantees their work for 6 months, which is great peace of mind for us. (And prior to the job, the scheduler on the phone was professional and actually cared, vs another place we called) I definitely recommend the company and these techs.

    Our technician Mas 003c was amazing!! Please give that man a raise. He was knowledgeable, helpful and really went above and beyond. He gets 5+++++++ stars.My only negative was the call services center. I understand it was a busy time but please donā€™t tell homeowners you will be at the house from 11-1pm if you know thatā€™s false. We waited all day and night on a Mondayā€¦finally called at 830pm and was told they would be there maybe at 9pm. When we said that is not possible , itā€™s too late we were promised to be priority the next day 10am. I got the text message saying ā€œare you available for serviceā€ and responded within 5 minutes (I do work for a living and canā€™t just answer my phone immediately) but when i responded yes I was told ā€¦ā€oh sorry no one available ā€œ. When I called I was told I was the next available which did not make sense since I was suppose to have priority (so obviously I was not). Anyway they finally came and our technician was amazing !!!Soā€¦I give 5 ++ Stars to our technician and -1 Star to the call center.

    Valentines Day 2024.After I dropped the browns off to the super bowl right out of bed I immediately had a problem. I tried the plunger, but with zero success.     Tyler was fantastic! Our bathtub/shower drain was backed up, and he saved the day. I had tried snaking the drain myself and plunging it, but that only made things worse and we wound up with a tub full of standing/nasty swamp water. The dispatcher was courteous and responsive, and she kept communicating with me re: when our plumber would arrive which I appreciated. Once our plumber (Tyler) arrived, he quickly got to work MacGyvering our troublesome drain. Not an easy one to snake but he found a way, and gave treats to my pets! Tyler was friendly, professional, and fast. We really appreciated him saving our bacon. Also should note that this appointment was scheduled same-day, and everything was handled very quickly. The dispatcher answered our call promptly, and it took less than 2 hours I think for our plumber to arrive. Not bad at all for a Sunday, and itā€™s Motherā€™s Day!
