    After a major drain/sewage backup we were connected with Josh Emenecker at Cascade and we couldn’t have asked for better! He delivers A+ service. Josh came out and got right to work while explaining everything thoroughly. He was so kind and understanding my mom needed flow restored to the mainline in her home. He rearranged some of his schedule to accommodate her emergency situation. He is so attentive and detail oriented, couldn’t recommend more!!

    After a backed up drain couldn’t be fixed with a heavy drain cleaner I got ahold of Joshua who offered to come by same day later that night because the back up left the drain cleaning solution still in the sink - fuming up the kitchen. While it ended up not being necessary, the offer and commitment was there.He was at our house the next morning and got the drain in the kitchen and the bathroom squared away and both now empty better than when we bought the house.Joshua was incredibly kind, professional and courteous in his service - I would and have already recommended him to anyone needing service.

    The people at Cascade are awesome! Great customer service. I had them come out and pull and reset a toilet. Every step of the way they kept things clean and made sure to treat my house as if it were their own. They also gave me a bid on some painting I need done arpund the house at the same time! If you need drain cleaning or light construction work call Cascade! They do it all!

    I really appreciate Logon and Joshua ability to communicate, quality of work, and value. I felt extremely comfortable for them to be in my home and helping my husband and I with some remodeling in our home. When we had some issues with our drain, Joshua was great at coming quickly to help us. I would recommend this company. Some of the jobs they did, was building walls, floors, remodeling two bathrooms, tiling, painting, and Laminate floors. From start to finish, I knew what to expect.

    Logan and the Cascade team are great to work with and very responsive. Have used them to do many small projects that other contractors would not touch. They do good work and they get it done on time. Will definitely use them for small projects and cleaning work.

    Joshua Emenecker! He came in after a year of issues with our plumbing and after roto rooter!!! He was by himself for less the $300 he did a massive amount of work (pulling toilet, main pipe clean, snaking two drains) he fixed our issue, found the problem and we will be using them as a go to forever! Our friends and family as well!! Thank you josh!

    Our company had gone through four different janitorial providers before we finally found Cascade Building Services. The others seemed to always miss things or do sub-par cleaning, but we now have the most consistent and thorough cleaning ever. The crew we have is very polite, detailed, timely, and all of their employees are very professional. Their prices are very competitive as well.Just recently, we had an urgent situation at our office and our account rep, Brian, was extremely helpful and responsive even after hours. We needed a few industrial fans to help clear out smoke and they responded immediately and helped us out big time by loaning us their fans and doing extra cleaning. Seriously, outstanding service! Highly recommended and best janitorial provider weve ever seen.

    I Needed a private facilitys floors cleaned same day. (7000 Sq feet). Morgan, one of their sales reps, got back to me while he was on the road. He was able to provide competitive pricing while still managing to get his team in there same day. They did an amazing job and i will use them for all my cleaning request moving forward.
