    Ryan Link came to our house recently to do a regular service on our furnace. He was respectful of the house, explained everything he did in terms we could understand and was personable and polite. He did not pressure us into any monthly agreement with the company but made us very aware of the program they offerred. We declined the monthly service (might have been yearly?) and he expressed a sincere understanding of our choice. I would recommend Sky Heating, etc. highly and will use them again.

    Mario was EXCELLENT. He was very thorough, respectful, friendly, and did a VERY good job explaining his findings and the options available to us. He did not try to push any extended service (although we were so happy with him, we signed for the monthly $20 membership) or suggest any added expenses. I would have no problem recommending Mario for service!

    Matt was great: considerate, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Definitely 5 stars. My only comment is about Skys window for the technicians arrival of 8AM - 4PM. Thats not a window, its the whole day! I think the industry standard is between 2-4 hours.

    I contacted Sky Heating to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a ductless mini split heat pump. Unbelievably, installation was complete and my house was warming 48 hours later. Kenny McDonald explained our options, answered all of our questions with no pressure tactics. The installation with Mike Ferres was great. The three of them wasted no time, being busy every moment. They were all very impressive, professional and kind taking the time needed to be sure we knew how our new system works. We never felt rushed as if they had better things to do. It was refreshing to see politeness, courtesy and professionalism from three skilled young men. Good job, Sky! And thank you.

    Jeff did a very good job of summarizing what needed to be done after rats chewed through our PVC pipe (you read that correctly).He took the time to review what was needed to fix it and then got the job done. He was kind enough to let me go down under our house to check out the repair and make a few suggestions to dry out and re-insulate.Very helpful - every individual from SKY has done a terrific job. Definitely recommend!

    Brett came today to do routine maintenance on my furnace and put surge protectors on the furnace and heat pump. He was very nice, personable and caught a problem with the heat pump that others have missed until now. It was not installed levelly and even though it is beyond warranty time, the company will re-install it at no charge. Great!! But, please tell Brett that he left my gate open so my dog could get out! He also left the thermostat on “emergency heat” mode.

    Brendan performed a very detailed examination of my 26 year old gas furnace which is nearing the end of its lifespan. He provided detailed photos of parts that should be replaced , and options from just replacement of a few parts to putting in a new furnace. He answered my questions and was not pushing any option, just giving facts and leaving decision up to me. Would recommend to Sky heating highly.

    Eric Polanco has helped me in such a genuine and caring way, he did a thorough job and gave me all the information I needed and even answered all my other questions and doubts and went above and beyond to assist me and to make sure that I have what I need. Any company is very lucky to be working with Eric and he is a boon to the community and a gift to the people.

    A burst water heater was NOT how my GF and I expected to celebrate Christmas this year, but one of us must have been on the naughty list.     This was the 1st time I used Sky Heating/AC. They were wonderful to work with. Scheduling was easy. Service was prompt. The technician, Zach Wells was awesome. He was very patient with my questions and explained every step of the process start to finish. We bought our house a couple of years ago and didnt know much about it, but I know a lot more. Will choose this company again going forward.

    Matt Daley arrived to inspect an issue with my electric car charging circuit and quote me on a generator inlet/interlock set up. He was personable, professional, and efficient - and was happy to educate me on where I went wrong on my installation of a branch circuit without making me feel foolish.I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the estimate he quoted me, and am very satisfied with him and Sky to this point. The installation/repair are due in 5 days, and if that experience is anything like what happened yesterday, I’m certain I’ll be a returning customer.

    Our water heater broke and we were not getting enough hot water for showers. David Mihalko came over early in the morning and quickly diagnosed the issue. He gave us some options on how to proceed. Since the water heater was close to the end of its life cycle, we decided to replace it. David was extremely nice and courteous, and he answered all the questions we had in regards to the work. The installation was quick and was completed before noon.     After not having hot water since last Saturday night and most of this week for a family of 6, due to plumbers who could not help us in time and numerous excessive bids, and added stress from not being able to do laundry and wash dishes we finally came across Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing and Elecrical. They made our job a priority. After consulting with them Wednesday and getting hot water back today, (Thursday) with a new tankless water heater, they were great. David and Lane came to the rescue and got us back up and running. They have great knowledge of these types of propane tankless water heaters and were very professional. We highly recommend them. Because of this companys great service due to a family members recommendation we will not use anyone else but Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing and Electrical. Top notch service and very reasonable.     We had our first maintenance appointment with Sky today. Their technician, Miguel Sanchez, was very thorough and spent almost 4 hours making sure that our units were in good working condition.     I feel that Sky Heating and Air doesnt deserve a 5 star review as a company. However, the tech that came to my house, Torsen Humphrey did such a great job, this 5 star review is for him. My biggest complaint is that the warehouse first sent incorrect parts, then took over a week to get the right parts in stock. However, Torsen did everything in his power to get my system limping along until the parts came in, he had amazing customer service skills and was wonderful with his communication. I dont know much about HVAC, but he was able to explain to me what the problem was, and how he fixed it in language I could understand.

    We were out of town when our AC shut down for the Heat wave. We came back and looked up for service... Someone who can educate us with whats actually going on because we recently changed the AC unit few years ago and yet we are facing this issue.Sky Heating was very transparent about their service and charges towards their services...Their membership plan was not pricey as our previous service contract company who billed us a huge amount just to come in and make a tweak!Our appoint was a week away from the day I called. Although it was bit frustrating to stay home without our AC working, the fact that they were busy and booked showed the companys reliability and trust.So I signed up for the membership and waited.for our day and Technician Cody came in, looked in and fixed the issue within few.minutes of arrival. He saw.our circuit has tripped and that the circuit breaker needs attention. So made a call to the support to see if theres an electrician available to stop by and work on the breaker and replace it. He helped us find an early appointment and gave a clean and detailed feedback and report of the work done. And since we signed up for membership, we didnt have to pay for the diagnostics.We loved the way Cody took his time to explain and didnt try to market or mint any extras from us! I think with people like Cody ... The company is sure trustable!!Thanks to Sky Heating and Cooling... Looking forward to doing business with them in the near future!

    Our 25 year old direct vent gas water heater was finally showing signs of dying, but finding a company that knew how to replace it and also followed through was seeming impossible to find. Tims professionalism and expertise ensured a seamless process from the initial evaluation to resolving the issue promptly. Even when I needed Tim to return for a squeaking recirculating pump, he handled it swiftly. Ultimately, we decided to remove the pump, and Sky Heating and Cooling credited us back for it.     I had a different HVAC company install a heat pump, furnace and thermostat in June. The experience was less than satisfactory. I contacted Sky, here in Keizer, OR, to see if they would check out the installation of our system to make sure everything was OK. They sent Braden to do the work. Not only was Braden extremely professional, he was extremely thorough. The remaining deficiencies in our system were quickly fixed. Braden then informed be of everything he had done and his recommendation for things to be done. I am extremely please with Sky and Braden. Matter of fact, I am so pleased that I purchased a subscription for Sky to perform maintenance on my HVAC system twice a year. I would highly recommend Sky!!!

    Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave. I called Sky Heating and was able to talk to someone on a Sunday. They were able to get someone out in 72 hours (others were over a week out). After a very uncomfortable three days, Braden showed up promptly and, after a very thorough assessment, found the issue and got our AC running again. Braden was very knowledgeable and explained the issue and what we can do to prevent it in the future. Going forward, I will be having Sky Heating perform our system maintenance and they will be my first call for any issues. Excellent experience overall.

    We purchased a new heat pump and ductless wall unit, replacing our old unit. After several attempts to work the bugs out of the new system, Sky ended up having to replace it under warranty. The technicians are professional, personable, respectful and did a very good job every time they were here. Our experience with the call center was slow to often nonexistent. We had to continually be proactive to get our heating system problems resolved.

    Jeff Friberg just came to our house to check our water heater that didn’t seem to be heating the water since last night. Anyone could have used this as an opportunity to be dishonest and dupe us into spending lots of money for a new water heater. Jeff was very professional and friendly. He took the time to listen to my family member and then check the water heater and faucets to see if hot water was actually not running. Thankfully the hot water was working and he explained the reasons why it might not have come out last night after turning the water heater back on. We had to turn it off yesterday for a bit to work on a drip in our pipe. Very happy with his honesty and patience to explain everything. He even took the time to tell us our options if we need to get it replaced later. Although we didn’t get any work done today, we will definitely call Sky again for any future heating/cooling or plumbing needs. A great honest employee is a great reflection of what Sky stands for.

    Sky Heating is wonderful. DO NOT Finance your system with Sky. They use GoodLeap as a lender and GoodLeap is full of hidden fees and has zero customer services skills. I have to think this company will have a class action lawsuit filed, because they do not have transparency with fees and interest. Sadly, I didnt research GoodLeap until after I had signed a contract with Sky to install a new HVAC system. This is 100% my fault for not doing better research. I just want to give folks the heads up not to make the same mistakes. I will use Sky again, but I will fund this in another way should I need anything in the future.

    Weve always had minor work done with Sky Heating and Cooling like furnace maintenance and replacing filters, so this was our first big job, having an AC unit installed. Scheduling was very easy and a pleasure. The receptionist that helped was very accommodating. We had Ryan out for the quote and he was great. Very informative and my wife appreciated the no pressure sales approach. We also appreciated that Ryan wasnt selling fear like the other companies we had out for quotes.Once we confirmed we wanted to work with Sky, Ryan had us on the schedule within 48 hours! I understand it is winter.. but still to have that kind of flexibility with a company that is also likely seeing a high volume of furnace repair... we were impressed.Roberto was the installer. Extremely professional and kind. He worked all day to find out that the unit itself was broken, so he had to come back out the following Monday to install a new unit which was fine.. again dead of winter we werent in a rush to be blasting AC in February. Once installed and tested he gave my wife a great tutorial of how to work the controls and gave advice as to how to get the most efficiency out of both the AC and Furnace. We will certainly continue to work with Sky!

    Ryan Hall is one of the nicest person i dealt with. He took his time and explained everything in detail. Very easy going and excellent people skill.     Eric did an amazing job explaining and showing me what was wrong with my furnace before repairing. The part took several weeks to order. Eric came back to install the new part and my furnace is back to work. I highly recommend Eric! This is my second time working him.     Always so professional, so thorough and so careful with their maintenance and installation. We had used them for a furnace and A/C installation for a rental property, and recently just had a new A/C installed for our house. The technician great at explaining everything that was installed. The work area was left very clean both inside and outside too. Great customer service overall.

    We had a great experience with Sky Heating. From setting/getting an initial appointment, to the tech that came out. Our furnace was not blowing any air/heat at all. Our tech - Chris C. - was on time and very thorough in his diagnostics. He explained what was going on, showed us all the pictures he took, and gave us several repair options. He never tried to push anything on us and was just letting us know what parts of our furnace were in need of a little more TLC. Once we agreed on repairs, Chris was quick and efficient. I am happy we used Sky Heating and would definitely recommend them and Chris C.
