This was the best experience Ive ever had with a remodel. I was supposed to have someone else do this, and they hurt their back. Mike came out and, in the blink of an eye, said they would take on the remodel of our master bath and did it on time/ on schedule. Our project manager Dani was superb. Not only were he and the team on time every day, their communication was exceptional. The work was phenomenal, and I will tell you that not many if any company would take the time to right the wrongs of the original builder. Nothing was square, and the extra time they took to fix all this when many wouldnt was fantastic. They are wonderful to work with, and not only would I use them again, I will be recommending them. We had them come gut and redo our master bath and closet, including complex flooring that heats through the winter, and it was amazing! They did such an amazing job that we hired them to completely redo our basement and then our main floor as well, providing fresh updates to our 25 year old home.They provided excellent communication quickly, keeping me in the loop with all aspects of the project.They also helped with the design and picking out pieces even down to the drawer pulls, which I desperately needed help doing.This is a trustworthy and honest company who does a thorough and incredible job. They’ll get you through any rough project!

Normally, I would probably 0/10 recommend conducting a major home remodel during maternity leave, with a newborn and a toddler, but thanks to Life Construction and Design, we were able to make our remodel dreams come true. We are so thankful for and thrilled with the work that Life Construction and Design did for us. From start to finish, the Life team was professional, responsive, transparent and flexible. Prior to finding Life, I had done my homework and spoken to several other contractors / builders in the area. Nobody compared to Life in terms of service offering within our budget, duration of project, professionalism and responsiveness. I also speak from experience in using a contractor in our previous home where we had completed a remodel. Domnica, Mike, and team are top notch. Our home needed extensive updates and repairs including a full remodel on our master bath. The team was extremely mindful of our situation and made every effort to minimize dust, communicate on times of loud sounds as well as what type of work was happening and when. I was so impressed. The team put in full days and really moved efficiently to ensure the project was completed by the time I needed to go back to work. I sincerely dont believe we could have accomplished all of this without Life. Every subcontractor that Life used was also top notch. We are incredibly pleased with the work the team did and will absolutely reach out to them when the time comes for a kitchen remodel and home addition.

Their team are all very talented and respectful of the space and the situation. Timing was flexible and it was done within the timeframe they allotted.

I wanted to review our experience with Life Construction and Design. We wanted to remodel our dated finished basement. One of our neighbors told us about Life Construction and Design. We met with Mike the owner. He explained in great detail what they could do to make our dream become a reality. He quoted a very fair price. The project turned out better than we could imagine. His project manager Rasid was amazing. His employees and subs were awesome too. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I will have to share pictures after we get it furnished just so you can see the amazing job they did. We would highly recommend Life Construction and Design!

Although we are going a different route in our remodel, based off of interaction alone it was a very helpful and professional interaction. I have no doubt they would perform great work.

They are reliable, dependable and trustworthy. They allow for your vision to come alive and also provide sound advice for each project. Price point is also reasonable and competitive. The crew are polite and easy to work with. I would highly recommend working with Life Construction and Design.

The whole team at Life Construction was amazing! Mike came out day 1 with a quote for a total remodel of our 1979 basement! Quote was reasonable for work needed. Rasit and Dan were on top of all the details. Design team helped me pick out colors. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience! Cleaned up work space each day, attention to detail, kept me informed on any product delays etc. I would highly recommend them snd would definitely use Life Construction in the future.

My wife and I used Life from 2021-2022 for a number of jobs. We removed a load-bearing wall, installed an LVL beam to compensate for the loss of the wall, completely redid our kitchen, added hardwood floors, restained existing floors, redid two bathrooms, upgraded electrical, did a brand new fireplace, painted the entire interior of the home and completely redid our master closet.So needless to say we pretty much redid most of our house. Raşit was our project manager the entire time and we don’t have enough great things to say about him. He was always checking on us, nearly every day (even while on vacation) and making sure we were happy. Given the current supply chain dynamics in 2022 it’s amazing we did all of that in just over 6 months. Project came in around $130k, which was very reasonable given the quality of materials and scope of the remodel.We’ll gladly use Life in the future when we upgrade a couple more bathrooms. Just make sure to ask for Raşit. There’s no one like him.Tom

All aspects of contracted work were completed in a timely manner. Difficult in todays labor market. All concerns were addressed in short order and to our liking.Phase one of our renovation consisted of: Replacing all flooring and trim throughout the house.Kitchen work: painting all cabinets and install new hardware, extensive electrical work, installing a custom shelf unit, installing a solar tube (skylight).Exterior work: Vinyl siding on all wood surfaces. New downspouts and gutters .Tradesmen were conscientious, professional and attentive.We intend to initiate phase two next year. Life Construction will be our first call.

I did a major remodel in 2021 that included kitchen, master bathroom and the creation of a new utility room. The kitchen portion was most complex as it called for knocking out the wall between kitchen and dining room, thus opening up the area; relocating the furnace to the new utility room (this being an older house); installing an island; adding all new cupboards, countertops, backsplash, sink w/garbage disposal, dishwasher and gas range (previously was electric); hanging a microwave above the range and venting out; and relocating the fridge to a different spot. In addition, quality vinyl wood flooring was laid and painting completed throughout the entire remodeled area (kitchen, dining room, master bath and utility room).In general, I am quite pleased with the results of all three+ rooms and have received many complements on the job from family and friends. My only complaint was how long it took to complete … 6+ months … but I believe much of that delay can be attributed to COVID-related complications.Throughout, Dan and Rasit, the project supervisors, were very good to work with and responsive to my needs, and continue to be with the few things that I’ve called about since the job completed. And I appreciated all the planning and design tips along the way. My contact at the Life Construction & Design front office, Domnica, was also good to work with.

I had the good luck of hiring Life construction for a significant home renovation project (remodeling our second floor and some of the first floor). We were relatively inexperienced homeowners and we were very thankful that the team was professional, communicated well, patient , and paid attention to detail very well. Their commitment to ensure that we were pleased with the end result was not unnoticed. Overall, I would highly recommend using Life Construction and have even referred multiple coworkers to them already!

Life Construction did an excellent job gutting and finishing our basement, turning our garage into a quasi-mudroom and adding cabinets to our kitchen. In our basement, we added a new half bathroom, created a beautiful, high-end laundry room, set-up an upgraded family room and an office for work-from-home. We love the finished product. We really liked our project manager, Rasit, though sometimes his communication on the progress of the project was lacking. His skill and charm more than make up for this though. We were also very happy that Life Construction was able to start on our project within a couple of months of the proposal being signed. No one else we talked to was going to be able to start for half a year or more.Pros:-Super high quality work-Willing to adjust on the fly as needed-Design process really helped us figure out what we wantedCons:-Communication-Certain elements of the design could not be completed or were overlooked (nothing major)

Could not be happier with my new gorgeous kitchen, refinished (and beautifully-integrated new) hardwood flooring, new doors, new interior paint...and on and on. It was clear right from the very beginning that Life Construction was professional, experienced, high-quality. Best part was my project manager Rasit (whom I highly recommend) who met every request with a smile and did his level best to accommodate challenging laborer shortages and smoothly manage unforeseeable delays. Will definitely work with Life again when my budget allows a bathroom remodel!

Daniel, our project supervisor, was an excellent communicator, always around and checking on the job, and solving problems before they happened or before they became worse. Every subcontractor they used were quality, professional, on time and friendly. The job site was cleaned up every day at the end of work. Several weekend they asked to work on Saturday so we could move the project along. I will absolutely recommend Life Construction to anyone, and will hire them again without hesitation.
