I manage The Cannery Lofts, in downtown Dayton, and have been working with Denlinger Construction on a retail buildout for the past several months. It’s been nothing short of a positive experience, which is rare in the world of construction. I’ve mainly worked with Ben, who’s awesome. In addition to being an expert in his field, he’s pretty funny too. Denlinger’s work has been clean and fast. I have not had any issues with clean-up after they finish for the day, and their employees are respectful, knowledgeable, and courteous. One employee, Dave, even took the time to assist one of my residents who was having difficulty with his car, which was total unnecessary but highly appreciated. It’s always the little things that make the biggest difference. Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else; Denlinger definitely won’t disappoint you.
