Was changing out a socket to replace with one that has USB ports, should have been simple enough have done several before but I’m not an electrician and was stumped when I saw the old socket had six wires. Didn’t know what the other three were for, didn’t have the time or energy to figure out next steps, looked up electricians and saw Mike’s name and 5 star reviews - and it’s for good reason! Mike came by around an hour later (!!!) and knocked out that one and another I had wanted done. I’ve been meaning to find an electrician to discuss several other jobs I need done, moving an outlet, putting in a recessed light in the ceiling, doing some additional wiring for a ceiling fan/light - Mike walked me through what would be needed to get it all done. Great guy, he will be getting my business again. Knows his stuff, affable and capable. You won’t be disappointed!

Michael J Ross Electric is the only electrician I will work with. The company is professional and honest, a winning combination. I called him at 8:00 in the morning to see if he was available to fix an outlet, he said before I come out, lets try this. And it worked, he could have came out and charged me $$ but he was honest and just wanted to help fix the issue ( and he did over the phone for free!), others would have taken advantage and took the money.This was the second positive experience with Michael J Ross, I highly recommend them!!!! Trust me, you wont be disappointed!

When we lost half the power in our house, we called our regular electrician who still hasnt called back. We looked online for an electrician. We found Michael and he told that us that he woud be at our house in an hour. He was. He saw that the trouble was outside the house caused by public service. Michael called public service for us and gave them all the pertinent info, so they would know what they were coming for. Long store short: our power was restored with 2 1/2 from when we called Michael. We have a new electrician! I highly recommend Micael J Ross Electric.

Mr. Rosss team were accutate with their prework plan, and installation of an entire floor of ceiling lights, new lines, outlets, and followup to said work. Quickly and neatly done, and all as was on point with estimated costs. They are highly recommended.

I called Michael J Ross after another electrician had come to my home, tried to diagnose the problem, ran out of ideas, left and didn’t come back.Michael said he’d come first thing (he did), was ready to work, and got to it. He was friendly, personable, and most importantly, knew his craft. He went 10x further than the other electrician in troubleshooting the issue, and had solutions. He was quick, efficient, and accommodated all of my questions and issues.Long story short...many people have the same job, but some are better at their job than others. Michael fixed an issue that had been plaguing us for 2 weeks, and did it quickly, efficiently, and with confidence. He’s earned my trust and I would recommend him in a heartbeat (and I am not an easy sell), If you have issues, home or commercial, you won’t go wrong calling Michael J Ross, Electric.
