    Highly recommend this company. I called at 7:30 am with an urgent matter, Mike came out to fix a broken exhaust pipe on my furnace the same day. Everyone was very professional, my issue was clearly explained to me, and fixed in a timely manner for a fair price.

    AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, BRILLIANT, THOUGHTFUL…. The ENTIRE MM team is just absolutely outstanding. From the time you book an appointment with them, their communication, their knowledge & how they address the problem is ALWAYS beyond my expectations.     We called for service and made the appointment and the kept the time frame scheduled. We had a problem with the garbage disposal and clog in the shower. Alex came and found the problems with both. He explained to me the issue and what needed to be done. He completed the work and explained to me what he had done. He left the area clean and tidy. Definitely would recommend them to others.

    Ive used MPH for several projects on my home, and they were reliable, prompt, and the technician are professional.They are a little pricey, which I dont mind to a certain degree, but I dont have to call them back after the job is done.

    Just like when you find a good auto mechanic, you tend to keep it to yourself.But the word is out on Minuteman Plumbing, They are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Great repairs at a fair price.Mike had to navigate a dirt floor crawl space under my Summer cottage to find and replace two ruptured copper pipes and used PEX. That stuff won’t rupture. The cottage is not insulated, strictly Summer so pipes must be drained before Winter hits. PEX is a strong flexible pipe that Mike chose to use, and I’m so glad he did.

    We had a leak in a pipe leading from an upstairs shower. We mistakenly called another local company from the Farmington Valley area first and $630 dollars later, even though they said it looked fixed, it turns out they did not fix the leak. This other company quoted us thousands to properly fix it, so we called Minutemen. Alex arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He found the leak, took his time to make sure it was the actual problem, repaired it, cleaned up any left over debris from the repair, and from start to finish, it cost 300 dollars. I wish we had called them sooner. This is the second time weve used Minutemen and they will be our go to company from this point on. They were also easy to schedule, another added bonus.

    These folks were great! Our shower stopped working and the drain stop didn’t work. Cameron was polite, explained the process, went and got the parts, was fast, and we had a working shower and drain in no time! Very kind and professional staff. So happy with their work and service, we will definitely use them again.

    Very good communication on the phone. Had my heating system serviced and my thermostat looked at. The tech Cameron was very professional and kind. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure the job was done right. I will definitely call them again in the future.

    I can not tell you how grateful I am to have found this company. I had scheduled an appointment with another company 2 days in advance and they called an hour before my appointment time and canceled it due to an emergency. I asked who they would reccomend and referred me to you. I called and explained my situation and was told I would hear back within half hour. 15 minutes later I was called back and was told that Richard and another associate would be there in 15 minutes. Beyond thrilled! In and out in 15 minutes. So happy! Thanks so much!!!

    Had a sudden pipe leak and called several plumbers for assistance. Richard was the only one who got back to me quickly and rearranged his schedule to meet me at a time that worked for me. He was very pleasant, efficient and the bill was reasonable. Highly recommend!

    The staff of Minutemen are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We had them come out to do a variety of projects for our newly purchased 100-year old house and they exceeded my expectations. It can be scary looking for tradespeople when moving to a new location, but we found the best on our first try. We will definitely be using them again for any future projects/problems. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

    Had a leak in our basement, got an appointment in less than 24 hours with Minutemen; they had been highly recommended by acquaintances in the Avon area. They arrived promptly on time, and identified the problem within 2 minutes of assessment. A solution was proposed, with an idea for future prevention of the problem. The proposed solution was completed in less time than he estimated. He was so lovely to deal with - explained everything so we clearly understook. Covered his shoes diligently when he came inside the house. Price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Minutemen to anyone with a plumbing/heating/cooling concern.
