Called Rachael at 8 am this morning because our water heater had quit over new years holiday. Expected we might get it replaced 3-4 days later. Roger was there in 90 minutes and we had hot water 90 minutes later. Always pleased with the service of Midwest!

Midwest Plumbing is the best plumber in town! We have had to use them twice on a water valve replacement for at water softener in our basement, and a second time when I was trying to play Handyman and upgrade our shower/ tube water valve. Both times Midwest plumbing came to the rescue, they were responsive, came out to resolve the plumbing issue promptly, charged a fair rate, and it only took them one time to fix the issue.

9 pm and the water started backing up in our kitchen sink. By 2am we realized we couldnt fix it with drain cleaner and a snake. We couldnt use toilets or any running water as it would back up into the sink. I called at 8am, they were here by 9, water was draining by 9:45. Turns out it was a hard plug about 40 ft. from the sink. We would have never gotten to it with our little snake. Super fast response and a fair price. And a nice lady answering the phone too!

Called Midwest today for a gas control valve replacement. Call them at noon today. The lady I spoke with was an absolute sweetheart. Was very helpful. Then 3 hours went by and one of the techs called me and was waiting for me. (Not long though) problem was fixed within 45 min after we drained the water heater. Really great and friendly older gentlemen and great price. Great job buddy and thank you. If I could give you more then 5 stars Id give it 10. Thank you Midwest

Im a little late on this review. Just a shout out to Roger for the excellent job he did on our sewer replacement and upgrade. We had a sewer line that was deterating and needed replaced. Roger and his crew came in and thru new technology were able to upgrade our old sewer line to present standards. They were able to complete the job in 1 1/2 days and also at the agreed price. I was very happy and impressed at the skill and care they took. I highly recommend Midwest Plumbing for all your plumbing and sewer needs. I defintly will be calling Roger on my next project. Thank you again.

During the below freezing weather my pipes froze. When I contacted them, they came right away. In that freezing weather they fixed my leaks.
