I strongly recommend Jacob and Upgrade CA. Ive worked with A LOT of contractors over the years and rarely, if ever, have I found somebody who is candid, communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and performs quality work at a reasonable cost. Definitely worth giving him a call for your next project - especially ADUs. -

These guys know how to work! I had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled. I knew what I wanted and they delivered. It was so easy working with Jacob, I gave him the concept and he ran with it. It turned out better then I had hoped for. On time, and great craftsmanship. Thanks again -
