Mike came to the house to assess the issues I was having with my drain tile. He recommended my drain tile system had to be flushed out and an appointment was set for today. Two fine gentlemen Kyle and Dan came to the house and worked over three hours flushing out my system and getting rid of roots and sludge. Mike came back this afternoon and put a camera through and everything looks great. They have done many jobs in my house from doing all the drain tile, even a cement driveway, drain tile in my basement and fixing the cracks in my basement walls over the years. They give exceptional service and I am very satisfied with what they have done in my house for years.

Our experience with Frank’s Mr Plumber was wonderful. The person who answered the phone was nice and helpful and Carl the plumber who came was fabulous. He was very professional and nice and did a great job. We will definitely call Frank’s Mr Plumber the next time we need plumbing work done. We had called Frank’s to begin with at the recommendation of our cousin, who was impressed with the job they did at her house a few months ago.

My experience was nothing but positive! No plumbing problem is is never easy to deal with but Franks Mr Plumber made it easier to handle! From the 1st callout to the last bit of dirt swept up, the team was a dream to work with! Hats off to my work crew John L and Ryan R. Both were kind compassionate and ever so professional! They were on time, neat (as neat as you can be while digging out a sewer pipe) and answered all my questions throughout the process! They even cared about saving my flowers as well as my neighbors child with all the dust! I would highly recommend this company and this work crew! Our 70+ year old clay sewer needed to be replaced due to shifting pitch and root infiltration. Our line from the house had been partially replaced with smaller pvc by another plumbing service 15 years prior. We had since placed a porch on this line.The team of Shawn K., Daniel N., and Darrel B. had quickly identified that the pitch of the sewer line was no longer functional. Shawn offered a solution to the owner, Frank, of going around the porch, which only a highly skilled backhoe operator would be able to accomplish. He and Daniel maintained appropriate pitch with proper angles, adding necessary clean-out access, saving a light pole, walkway, landscaping, and most of our driveway. Shawns precision with the backhoe in this tight space to minimize disturbance to the area around the buried line, was able to save the project and the porch. Daniels hard work in excavating the exact area and Darrels care of the equipment and the team was much appreciated. In addition to the 40 plus years experience between the three members of this team, that saved this project, the three of them are caring and hard-working professional. I highly recommend Franks Mr. Plumber for any type of service. They have the right team to know what needs to get the job done correctly.

The gentleman that came out was absolutely fantastic. Even though I told him it wasnt necessary. He put his boot coverings on end was extremely professional. He explained everything he was doing. Step by step and unclogged our drain and let the water run to make sure everything was draining and flowing properly. This young man was extremely polite and I could not be happier. I was so impressed that I actually called the service manager to let him know how happy I was. I think this young man deserves a 1/2. A day off because of how professional and pleasant he was. Had a drain backup through the whole house he knew right away it was probably the sewer he was right he snaked it and checked that the drains were working. Advised I would need sewers replaced and will definitely us Franks. They were clean and knowledgeable about the situation. Hopefully it will wait for warmer weather.

Franks Mr. Plumber has consistently proven themselves to be reliable, responsive and has provided top-notch service. We recently contacted them regarding some water backing up in our basement. Within two hours we met with one of their licensed plumbers, Shane. Shane went straight to work - first trying to clear the blockage in the main sewer line from the vent on the exterior to prevent additional clean up in the basement. When unable to resolve the issue from the exterior, Shane moved his operation to the basement where he made short work of clearing the blockage.I have used Franks for nearly 20 years and have referred them to dozens of clients. Professional quality service every time. Highly recommend Franks Mr. Plumber for all of your plumbing and foundation needs!

He did his best to fix the issue without having to pull the toilet out and when worst came to worst and the toilet needed to be pulled he wiped everything down and bleached the area before installing it again. Came home to find basement flooded because the water heater had let go after 20 faithful years. Bob Warham was there within a half hour. He stopped the water flow, set up a hose to drain the basement, and will be back tomorrow at 9am to install a new tank. I am so happy and so grateful. Highly recommend!

Shane, a senior plumber from Franks Mr. Plumber, came over to fix a major plumbing problem with my upstairs bathtub after my house was flooded last year. He charged me FAR LESS than another competitive plumbing company, in fact THOUSANDS less. The plumbers who work for Franks Mr. Plumber are fast and efficient. Just recently, I had a drippy faucet from the same job that he did last year. Shane came over to fix it at no charge as a courtesy call. They are also very kind and courteous with their customers. I would recommend Franks Mr. Plumber to anyone who needs fast, reliable solutions to their plumbing or sewage problems.

Our house needed a new laundry tub, as well as some updated plumbing. I was very impressed working with Mike and Kyle. When Mike did the estimate he was super personable, walked me through everything that would be done, gave me suggestions, listened to my thoughts, and really helped me make the best plan. The quoted amount was the amount I had to pay on the day of service.They arrived on time, the work was done quickly, and they both kept me updated on everything. I highly recommend Shane Foster. He is timely, explains what is wrong with the plumbing and explains how he is going to fix it with the best solutions. I have never been disappointed with his work, instead quite the opposite. When he is done with the repairs he goes over what was completed and cleans up. He is the best plumber I have found in Buffalo and will never choose another. Ill happily be put on a waiting list until he has an opening because I know things will get done right and I will never have to worry about that repair ever again.

I had basement waterproofing work done a few years ago by Frank’s, so when a leak developed in our tub’s drain line, my call was to Frank’s Mr. Plumber. Michelle arranged an appointment for the very next day. Bryan arrived at the time specified and, after reviewing the situation, he outlined the options and costs available as fixes for the problem. We agreed on an approach. He worked swiftly and with care, cleaned up nicely after himself and was a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend Frank’s Mr. Plumber for your plumbing challenges.

I had to replace our sump pump. Bryan Randall was the associate that Franks Mr Plumber sent to us to do this work. Bryan was very efficient but most of all he was very pleasant gentleman. He explain how the sump pump works and things to watch for in case the pump malfunctions. Id highly recommend Mr. Plumber and Bryan.

Franks Mr. Plumber installed a new sewer line for us and we couldnt be happier with the work. The plumbers (Shawn K., Daniel Luna, and Darrel B.) were so professional and they did great work. They walked us through the process before they did it, and then showed us the video of the new line after they put it in. One of them even came back after they drove away to help us with one of our faucets inside. We would recommend Franks Mr. Plumber to anyone who needs plumbing service. We wouldnt use anyone else!

When it would take nearly 8 hours to drain the tub, I knew I had a problem. Even though it wasnt an emergency, Mr. Plumber was there in a matter of hours. Turns out my pipes were not only corroded internally, but the initial plumbing had also not been pitched correctly. Within a day, I had new plumbing installed properly at a fair and reasonable price. I couldnt be happier with the service, price and my fast-draining bathtub.

While not an emergency issue, a plumber was at our house in two days. Josh B was not only friendly, respectful and kind, but he explained every step throughout the process of solving our issue - teaching me some things about how our plumbing works. He was careful not to leave a mess too - wiping up constantly and even hosing the driveway to clean up the gunk left by the snake. We would welcome Josh back to our home in the future.

I called for minor plumbing(non urgent). Got an appointment for the following day (much to my surprise). The plumber himself (Mike R & Kyle) called 25 minutes before the scheduled time frame of 8:30-9:30 to let me know that they were on their way. Mike R & Kyle assessed the area, let me know that they had to go to the office to get some parts and that they would be back within a half hour. Mike R & Kyle came back explained what they were going to do, how long the water would be off and got to work. While Mike R & Kyle were working got a knock on the door from Dave H(also works for Franks). Dave was just stopping to check on his workers and in general making sure that all was good! I could not be more pleased!! Fantastic company to deal with!! And kudos to Franks for hiring such a great crew!!!
