My hot water tank recently broke so I called All Pro Plumbing for a replacement. I spoke to Jim L. Sr. who was able to get me scheduled within a day and they sent Roger V. out to install the new tank. Roger was very timely, courteous and got the job done in a very timely manner. He explained to me, everything I needed to know about my new tank. Should I have any other plumbing related issues, I will absolutely use this company again. I’m so happy to have hot water again and I highly recommend ALL PRO PLUMBING to anyone else in need!

Josh was dispatched from All Pro Plumbing by HomeServe to address a backup in the basement through the floor drain. He determined the clog was not within the home but in the outside sewer line from the line to the street. He was able to quickly clear the clog. Very professional and impressively knowledgeable. AllPro was there for me on several occasions and continue to impress me. They fought for me and for my best interest when the manufacturer of my hot water tank was getting unreasonable. They prioritized me when I had a sewer backup, having the necessary patience and persistence needed to get the blockage cleared. They also came up with a drainage solution in line with the city requirements without bending the rules or making excuses. They implemented a solution that didnt include grandfathering in bad ideas. AllPro pulled through for me any time Ive had a plumbing issue. Professional, reliable and knowledgeable.
