We needed new lighting panels installed in our grooming room-they are super busy, so it took a bit to connect, but then Derek came out yesterday to inspect/give quote and today Alex installed the panels. He was on time, courteous, professional and left no mess behind. The lights are working great.

Derek Doll is professional, courteous, and responsive. His foreman - Alex - is super friendly and does great work. They show up when they say, which isnt always the case for some electricians. Ive used them several times for both large and small projects and have been happy every time. I now refer them to my friends and family.

Derek and his team are wonderful! Last summer we hired Derek to upgrade our electrical panel, install exterior outlets, run new electrical in our garage and install exterior lighting. We were very pleased with his work and his price was very fair. We hired him again to run wiring for overhead lighting in our entire upstairs. He is prompt, responsive, and leaves no mess. I highly recommend him!!

After leaving messages for a few electricians and not getting call backs, I was so pleased when Derek called me right back and scheduled same week service. Alex showed up on time and was super professional. They installed my EV charger, and even solved an electrical mystery that had been bugging me for a while (plug not working). The quality of work was perfect and they cleaned everything up. Couldn’t ask for more.

Most recently, when one of our dens outlets began to smoke and tripped the breaker, Doll Electric was the first and only company we called. Derek and his crew did a great job of replacing my old panel that had run out of room and making sure that I could hook an emergency generator up to it.Derek got back immediately after I left a voicemail about a service inquiry. He was able to stop by my house within a week to see the existing setup and get a full picture on the service that I wanted. He gave me multiple options that fit my requirements and a price that seemed more than reasonable.In addition to upgrading to a new panel and adding an external generator inlet, Derek also fixed a fraying connection to the utility pole from my house. I hadnt even noticed it but during a walk-thru of my backyard, he spotted it and was able to quickly repair it before anything got worse.I really applaud the whole crew for keeping sane on the day of the service. It was a very rainy day in mid-September and everything was cold, wet and muddy. The service lasted over half the day and the crew still did a great job despite the uncomfortable conditions. At one point I began to get concerned about the water level in my sump hole getting high while the power was off. Derek quickly pulled a portable generator out of the back of his truck and we got the sump pump turned on to address the issue. He was clearly prepared for any issues that could have come up.

Derek & his team replaced our electric service, trouble shot outlet issues and reran wiring to outlets. They were punctual in their arrival, performed the job quickly and made sure everything was cleaned up and put back in place after the full replacement.The pricing was extremely fair and Derek did a wonderful job explaining everything to us. He did not try to upsell anything or do any services that were unnecessary.We couldn’t be more pleased with how things were handled and the work that was done. We will hire them for any electrical needs in the future.

I messed up wiring that had a switch and overhead light wired to it so the circuit kept flipping. Derek came and was real quick fixing it. Good value and professional.
