    I checked this company out on their Website after hearing advertisements. I filled out a form and within an hour or two I got a call from Tony. I explained that I wanted to install some soffit lights on my house. He had a representative at my house a day or two later and looked at what I had. I asked for color changing recessed lighting. These lights are dimmable and can be changed to shades of white as well. Really cool !! Within a couple days or so I had a price and set up an appointment for installation. Two electricians, Matt and Matt came to my house and were fantastic. They were polite, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up very well. The whole process was fantastic and I will definitely use these guys again. We love our color changing lights especially for holidays, etc. Thank you again all of you. These guys are great !!!!!

    I had Empire install a recessed box for my Samsung Frame TV. They also installed an outlet and a Blink doorbell. All of this work was done in an older house, so the Empire guys had to get creative. I am very pleased with their work and professionalism. They called to ask if they could come earlier than scheduled. They arrived a bit before the new time. The Empire guys worked quickly and cleaned up after completing their work. Excellent experience!

    Great work done by Empire Electric , installed an outdoor ceiling fan/light and a pair of outdoor speakers. Couldn’t be happier with their work! On time and cleaned up after they finished. Then they followed up to make sure I was happy with their work. Highly recommend!!!

    I highly recommend Empire Electric I had to rewire my entire kitchen, add extra outlets in garage and Kitchen, and install multiple ceiling light fixtures. They also did the wiring for my new HVAC system and help remove part of the old electric wall heaters. They also clearly labeled the electric panel so I could read and know what the circuit was for. They show up on time, clean up after they work, and do quality work. They also work with the city of North Tonawanda and pull the necessary permits to ensure the work is done up to code which I appreciated. When I start my next project they will definitely be the company I would go with.

    The guys from Empire Electric did a great job installing a fan on a 16 foot high vaulted ceiling in our family room including a 4 foot drop rod and removing the old unit. They were very professional and a the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will use them again myself if the need arises.

    The customer service was more than I expected. Cory was prompt and was very professional. After troubleshooting Cory found the problem and fixed it within an hour. I didn’t know which choice to call, so I went to the BBB website and then placed a request on their site for electrical work needed.     These guys came out today in the cold snow storm on short notice to restore power after electric cable came off the house. Also did some code wiring. Very professional, left no mess and were super friendly. Cost was veey resonable and they handled all the red tape with Nat Grid .Will def call again !

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Empire Electric for a new overhead electric service on a historic mixed use building in downtown Buffalo.I’ll be the first to admit that I can sometimes be a hard customer to please given that I’m highly sensitive to historical aesthetics as well as obvious function. When his crew first mounted the electric meters, I was unhappy with their placement and I made them come back weeks later just to move them.     Im a real estate attorney and sometimes my home buyers have issues with National Grid shortly after purchasing their new home. Tony from Empire Electric is always responsive and does an excellent job working with both the new home owner and National Grid to get power restored as soon as possible. Other electricians dont always have the capacity to help out immediately in emergent situation, but Tony always answers the call and my clients and I very much appreciate it!

    Tony and Empire Electric was great! I had other companies tell me it was going to take them 4-5 months to complete the job because of parts. Empire completed the entire job in less than 1 month including all inspections and being delayed by National Grid. Zero issues, clean work and they conducted themselves in a professional manner.     Dominic and Quinn were wonderful. From the start, they were responsive, prompt and put on shoe covers around the house. Both were highly effective and efficient.     Great job! Arrived as scheduled. We had several electrical issues including replacing bathroom light fixtures, having new outlets put in and outside lighting problems.     I called Tony and left a message after hours. He called me back first thing the next morning and asked about my issue. I had no power from 3pm the previous day. Tony was on the phone with me for about 15 minutes. He was patient as he walked me through the issue trying to see if I could fix it, so he could save me a service call and get my power restored quickly. Luckily, the fixes he suggested worked and I was able to get my power back on. He was great! I cant imagine another business helping me the way he did and not ask for payment. Im incredibly grateful for his help and will certainly use him for future electrical needs. I highly recommend him! Really great guy!!

    I had a list of highly recommended electricians serving Fredonia. It was proving difficult to find one with immediate availability. Then I called Empire Electric and left a message with an answering service. I was not optimistic. About an hour later, they called me back and told me an electrician would be over the very next morning. He arrived promptly and solved four problems immediately. He even shopped for light fixtures at Home Depot for me, and fixed a problem other electricians could not fix. I love these people!! I will never call another electrician.

    The team at Empire Electric saved us when a winter storm took down the fascia, soffit, gutter and the entire electric service to a duplex in South Buffalo. They were able to get us back up and running with a new service within days of the damage and had the tenants back in their apartments before the weekend hit! No other electrician could even get to the job for a week or more!

    Called Tony late Saturday night about losing partial power. Tony responded quickly and asked for pictures and details. Informed me that this specific situation would be power companys responsibility. I called power company which eventually came out about 4 am to repair damage.     Tony sent Sean out to my house to evaluate the work to be done. It was recommended that I pick up the Under cabinate range hood to b r installed. Sean came back the next day, installed the hood, repaired the light socket in less than three hours. I called Tony at Empire Electric and got the invoice for much less than I expected.     An overnight ice-storm snapped a giant branch off a neighbors tree that proceeded to break part of my fence and rip the power line, with meter, right off the house. After contacting my insurance, I searched online for good rated electrician and found Empire Electric was down the street from me.. Called them and they got me a quote right away, they got there the next day... to fix it, replace the meter and got my power back up. Im very grateful for the fast and honest service (their quote was better than others I contacted). I talked to and could even text (short/simple questions) Tony throughout the process.. he was very informative and replied right away or at least in my case answered the phone every time.     Great customer service. I called this company in regards to an electrical issue in my home. Instead of setting an appointment and taking money from me the owner spent a good amount of time helping me trouble shoot the problem via telephone . After about an hour of his help he suggested calling my electric provider prior to him coming in the morning. He identified the problem by phone and suggested it would be my providers responsibility to fix it. Point is, in a world that everyone is trying to make a buck and many company’s will charge you for nothing......empire electric didn’t. He was HONEST. I offered to pay him for his time (Sunday night), he declined and told me to enjoy the rest of my night. My electric is now working fine and my provider endured the expense.
