Their customer service was impeccable. I was a challenging customer and had stringent HOA demands. PSL was always available to support and provide expert guidance throughout the entire project. I am extremely happy with the purchase and customer service.

We were very impressed with the installation of our Generac generator this past Saturday. Jorge and his team paid attention to detail, and left the worksite clean. We were expecting the installation to take eight hours and the installation only took six hours. Jorge gave us a detailed explanation of the generator and answered all of our questions. We would recommend PSL to take care of your generator needs.

PSL Technologys service is exceptional. Starting with the sales person Jessica to the office staff member Jasmine to the installation crew and the Project Manager Ulises all provided excellent support. They were responsive to our concerns and patiently addressed all queries we had during the generator purchase and installation. While PSLs pricing is comparable to the competition, in reality the pricing is more reasonable as PSLs price tag includes more benefits than some other suppliers we looked at. Strongly recommend PSL for any generator needs anyone has.

This company deserves more than five stars. I have signed the contract which was very favorable and then after installation was already scheduled I had to cancel the whole deal do to some unexpected financial reasons. I knew there is a $495 cancellation fee but I call Alex from PSL technology and explained my situation. I simply ask for help. PSL technology waived my fee and cancel the contract without any cost. I highly value PSL technology professional service from beginning to the end. I very seldom do reviews but they deserve high rating and my trust.

I cannot give enough praise to Alex at PSL Technology. There was a slight mix up with my appointment (just two days after Hurricane Beryl) and Alex came through with such amazing speed to make sure I still received an appointment that very day. His professionalism and kindness were above and beyond. Though he was constantly receiving calls at the same time, he handled himself with great calm and ability. If you go with PSL, I cannot recommend Alex as your sales agent more. Later, Ryan called to apologize for the mix up with my appointment (which wasnt necessary, but greatly appreciated) and he too was the definition of professionalism. If youre rushing to get a contract and in line for installation after your experience with Beryl, give the people at PSL some grace. They are extremely overloaded with people calling with the same requests. But they seem to be scheduling everybody as soon as they can and providing excellent service from the first appointment to the last appointment of the day.

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the people involved. From the sales rep (Jessica) to the technicians, they demonstrated an interest to meet my needs. The installation was very prompt and they took care not to damage my property as they had to dig the gas line across my yard and near many other pipes and utilities. Highly recommend them. In fact, I referred my in-laws and a close friend to them, and they also signed contracts for installation of a generator.

The crew that installed my unit were hampered with 3 rain showers, one lasting over an hour, and they never skimped on anything and stayed as long as it took to get the job done. The guys who took care of installing the SmoothStarter, were patient and did what it took to get it installed.I LOVE THESE GUYS!

They gave me a fair price with 7 year warranty and 3 years of maintenance. Jorge was great at explaining each step of the process. They were finished in about 12 working hours. Only had the power to the house off for an hour before the generator was wired in. Highly recommend Jorge at PSL Technology!

PSL Technology installed my Generac generator and Rafael and his team arrived on time on the morning of the install. They did an amazing job and were a great crew. The job was done professionally and the generator installed according to code. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend PSL for an installation. Overall a great job and I would definitely hire them again.I took off one star because of a couple things that happened after the install. I guess someone at the company registered my generator to another customer by accident, I understand, mistakes happen. The problem was I couldnt register my unit under my name because it was already attached to another customer. PSL said a couple times it was fixed but I was still running into the same issue when I tried to register it. In the end, I ended up calling Generac myself and was told the other customer was still in the system. The Generac customer service agent was awesome and removed the email and got everything set up for me. He also waited on the phone while I registered on the app to make sure it was working. Overall it took about 30 mins (5 mins on the phone and 25 mins on hold but I choose the callback feature and they called me back when it was my turn).The second issue was not being able to register my warranty because I was getting an error code on the Generac website. Again, PSL was going to handle it but I just decided to call Generac again and have it handled quickly. Same thing with Generac, I did the callback feature and they took care of my warranty problem as well.Overall I guess I would give PSL 4 1/2 stars because everything else was great but when you pay that kind of money, you really dont want to have to do the leg work after. Very minor details but I did have to spend my own time getting it corrected. Thanks again PSL, totally happy with my generator and your crew. Great job!

I realize that mine is a crazy story, literally everything came together like the perfect storm that ripped through Cypress on the 16th. After being without power for several days, my wife sent a request for information here. Best thing she did. I called them and set up an appointment the next day. During to no fault of his own, Jorge was running late, but his office called me in advance. To make a very long story shorter, he got to my home in Dunham Point in Cypress. He told me everything that would be done, and I must admit, it was A LOT more than I realized. But heres where it goes above and beyond, his crew showed up around 330pm. Already looking tired and sweaty from thinking they were done for the day having finished another job. But they were all super nice, professional, polite, and eventhough visibally whipped, in very good spirits. I could tell that they enjoyed their job, and were also treated very well there. That good of attitude is not an easy thing to fake, it comes from being respected by 830 pm, my system was in, running, and cooling the home. Jorge went through my home making sure everything was working like hot water heater, stove, AC , lights. Start to finish. All in same day.Now here is what initially got me thinking, the price. During the cold snap thar caused so much damage, I was quoted over 18,000.00 for a Generac in my then home that was a full 1,000 sf SMALLER!!! From that Generator Superstore This unit, installed, with warranty, and maintenance plan, all set up, gas and waterlines, everything was 11,300.00. I now have two other neighbors using his product, saving money, and resting easy. I fully recommend him and his crew. It was truly remarkable.

I contacted PSL Technology for some home electrical repair. I noticed on their website that they also installed Generac home generators too which we had been considering since the big freeze several years ago. I inquired, answered some questions about my home, took and sent some pictures and received a quote. I made a few other calls and decided to go with PSL Technology as I liked their professionalism and customer focus in our discussions. I had alot of questions and they answered them. They handled the city permits and were at the house a few days later. The crew got to work immediately. It took a couple of days as they had to do some longer runs of cable for our home and the location of the gas and electrical panels, but this was expected. The on site crew was respectful of our home as they had to access several different attics in the house. They coordinated the timing of the power shutoff and restart with us so that we did not have a load of laundry going or someone in the shower, etc.. Start up and testing went smoothly. Very good experience and a great looking professional installation. I would recommend PSL Technology for your home if you are considering a home generator. I will be calling them for maintenance and if we have other repairs or electrical work to be completed. Thank you PSL Technology!

I have been using this company for over 3 years. I cannot say enough great things about Jorge and his staff. It all started with installing starry lights on our home theater ceiling. from that point on, Jorge has installed LED lighting (phone app controlled) for kitchen cabinets, home exterior, room interiors, pool, master bath renovation, etc. In addition to that, he has installed our home camera system and most recently a whole home generator. I write this literally as my entire neighborhood sits without power except for my home for the last 4 hours! Jorge is always available to answer questions, take a video call and help resolve issues as they may come. As a satisfied client, I strongly recommend PSL and am proud to call Jorge a friend!
