    Just had a new furnace installed and the techs did a fantastic job. They had to do extra tin work, made sure everything was properly sealed. Took time to explain the thermostat control to me. Cleaned everything up. It was cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. I really appreciate all their hard work. Very professional.

    I had the ducts cleaned in my new rental home and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The technicians were very professional and explained the entire process. The price was clear from the beginning, and when the technicians found more registers than I was quoted for, they clearly explained the price increase. They were respectful of the other people working around the house. I would highly recommend Bluflame and will call them first if I need service.

    We have been a customer of Blue Flame’s for several years. No matter the time of day, or day of week, they have always responded to our concerns in a very prompt, courteous and professional manner. Their technician Victor has did a number of jobs at our home. He is prompt, caring, thorough, knowledgeable and always explains any work or service work he has completed.     The service guys at the shop on Saturday were able to quickly diagnose my AC issue. They were very professional, and didnt try to sell additional items I didnt need. Seemed trustworthy. I hadnt had a need for AC/Heat shop before now, but I know in the future theyll be the first place I call.

    This past weekend our air conditioning went out. It was determined it was not practical to repair being 17 years old. Bluflame put the original system in complete with furnace back in 1999 and did a great job then. I called Steve at 8:30 Monday morning and explained our situation and needs and they were at our house 90 minutes later starting the job. The job was done 100% by 4pm that same day and we love it! It pays to be loyal and stick with a winner and Bluflame treats you the same way. I highly recommend this company for a very competitive price, great service and skilled workmanship. Kudos to Bluflame!The city inspector was very satisfied with the job and said they do nice work! From a knowledgeable guy like him, that is really good to hear.

    Blue Flame diagnosed a major issue involving dangerous carbon monoxide levels. The company immediately communicated with the furnace manufacturer to get a replacement furnace based on the warranty. Within a few days we were back in service!Have used Blue Flame for the last 20 years +\~ for Spring and Summer maintanence.

    Their crew was kind and courteous and quick to respond, completing their work in less than 2 hours time. The job consisted of tearing out a basement full of old fiberglass insulation duct work not an easy feat by any means. The new work updates our basement even giving it a larger appearance! If ever in need, we will definitely use their service again.

    Ive purchased a few replacement parts for my furnace here, they knew what they were talking about and had the items in stock that I needed. I tried out their propane cylinder refill service today, it was great, my cylinder wasnt completely empty so I only paid for what I needed to fill it. Very reasonable!

    I was able to call bluflame early one morning when I woke up to a cold house. They had my furnace fixed in a matter of hours. The tech knew exactly what was wrong and got it fixed quickly. They were super polite, prompt and helped keep my family warm. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

    The only place that I’ve found in Toledo that regularly stocks HVAC parts when I need them the same day. They helped me find the right igniter for my furnace and had it ready for me when I arrived. I’ve come here for flame sensors and other parts before and would definitely recommend giving them a call if you just need parts.

    We had them repair a humidifier after another company was charging us but failing to either maintain or repair it. Blu flame was professional, prompt, and did in one hour what the other company couldn’t accomplish in two visits.I’m sold on this company. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

    I had a different company come and install my new ac and furnace in April. After a few months I was having issues with the air conditioning as well as the person who installed it , I decided to bite the bullet and have some one else fix it and I’m glad I did , I called Blu flame at 1030 in the morning and they were here by noon, They sent there service tech Bob who was very helpful in solving all of my issues I had with the other installer . He even pointed out some issues that the inspector missed , I wish I would have just given Blu Flame a call in the first place and I will be using them from here on out👍🏼 Again thanks to Bob at Blu flame for helping with my issues

    This post has nothing to do with the quality of service from this company, just the compassion of one of its drivers. A few years back I witnessed an older gentlemen walking down Sylvania Ave, in a downpour, carrying what looked like groceries. The man lost his footing and fell to the ground. A Bluflame van that was driving past immediately pulled over and the driver jumped out in the rain to check on the fallen person. I can only imagine how good he would treat a paying customer if he would stop to help a total stranger. Kudos to him.

    I had a weird fix with just needing a rubber cap for the drainage pipe on a portable AC unit. The parts were no longer made for this unit and a big box store had nothing that would work. The gentleman in the parts department stayed on the phone with me to get exactly what I needed. Took the time for such a small fix.

    Less than a week before Christmas, my furnace made a popping noise and filled my home with a smoky smell. With two little ones under four, I was very concerned about the cold and about our ability to spend Christmas morning at home.
