    We wanted to share with everyone what a wonderful job Charles from CRC plumbing did for our family.We had a slab leak so we called, what we thought was a family-owned Leak Detention Company (not CRC), and they came out and told us they needed to cut a 3 ft X 2 ft hole in our tiled shower and there might be more cutting once they start the job. They gave us a bid of $6,100 and said this was for the minimal amount of rerouting and then the salesman went on to mention how outdated our bathroom was and for $18,000+ they would replace the shower, fix the leak and offered to put in a new vanity, that *we* would supply.Now, here is a good part. We then called a real “family owned” business, CRC Plumbing, and Charles fix our slab leak, without cutting into our tiled shower and without trying to up-sale us anything and he never even mentioned our outdated bathroom 😊. Charles completed the whole job in one day and charged us around one quarter of what the unreasonable $6,100 bid from the other company. He didn’t even need to reroute our pipes and he completed the whole job outside, not needing to go into and tear up the bathroom. Charles even worked us into his busy schedule because he knew we needed this done right away.So, if you are looking for an honest, friendly, reasonable, hard working, family owned business Charles, is your man (or soon to be your plumber).Thank you Charles!The Wauchopes

    It’s not surprising CRC has so many positive reviews. Charles is simply the best plumber I have ever used not only because he is always on time and very efficient, but because he really loves what he does and it shows. You can see the pride he takes in his work, he doesn’t cut corners - he looks for the right way and explains what he is doing in simple terms. We’ve had Charles install several faucets, fix leaky pipes and valves, and even in the sweltering heat he’s got a smile on his face. His pricing is very fair especially because you have the confidence that he’s doing high quality work.

    This family owned local company has come through for me on so many occasions! They are so knowledgeable, honest, resourceful, and the only plumber you need. As someone on a tight budget with little time to spare, CRC quickly assessed complicated issues with my leak under my crawl space recently and helped resolve it quickly. I rarely ever write reviews but had to thank these guys and encourage others to try them. You won’t be disappointed!!

    Charles is the most professional plumber Ive ever hired!I wanted somebody fast, and Charles booked for the next morning, then had an opening the same day, and knocked it out of the park!     I used CRC plumbing a few weeks ago after our sinks kept on clogging up. Charles came out, I think he is the owner, and he did a super job for everything. He was in and out in less than an hour, and he didnt make a mess like others have done to our home when they come in for maintenance.Very happy I found him.

    I have never used this company before. I was calling around to locate someone to come out ASAP to fix my garbage disposal on a Friday. After calling 3 other companies, who could not come out same day, I called CRC Plumbing. I dont recall who I spoke with but he informed me that the disposal probably just needs to be reset and he walked me through how to do it over the phone, at no cost to me. This saved them time, me time and even saved me money. I am happy to say that with his help, I was able to successfully fix my garbage disposal on my own. I will definitely use this company in the future. Thank you so much for your help!

    Charles has been my favorite plumber for many years- hes easy to work with, always does a great job, warrantees his work, doesnt try to upsell or overcharge. He installed a pressure valve, a hot water pump, and a water heater expansion tank, fixed a broken shower valve, and numerous other jobs.

    I received great service from crc plumbing Charles was upfront and honest about the repair which I really liked. He did a great job and gave me a fair price much less than the larger companies I definitely plan to use him again when needed. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for an honest plumber.

    I have used CRC the 1st time for a water Heater and was happy with the service and the price for a new one. This time I was out of town and my wife had a facet issue I had her call CRC and they took care of it right away. She felt very pleased with the work done, and comfortable having them in our home while I was on east coast.

    I have been calling CRC (Charles) for plumbing help for the last 4 years! He always does a really great job. Plumbing work is never cheap that is for sure but whenever he finishes a project the area he works in is always clean. He always gives you a good explanation of what it is he needs to do for you and what will happen. I have never had to call him back for repeat work on anything he has completed. Only on new things that needs repairing and I will keep calling him. Last week my water heater went out. He was quite busy but came anyways and work in to the night to help me get it done and didnt say I have to charge you last minute fees like all the other places when you give them less than 24 hr notice!

    Used CRC Plumbing last week when my daughter shoved a few foreign objects into the toilet and tried to flush them.Charles (I think he was the owner), came to the house and was VERY helpful. He came in, got the job done in a jiffy and the price was very reasonable.Put his number on my fridge in case we need to use a plumber again in the future.

    Ive lived in Thousand Oaks for 10 years and only use CRC for any/all my plumbing needs. Without Charles my house and life would literally be under water. He has helped me dig 3 ft down in my front yard to locate and fix my main water line pipe too remodeling our bathroom installing all new piping for our two sink vanity. When the worst Restoration Company (State Restoration) quit on me after gutting my house during the height of the pandemic, 3 little kids and no clue what to do, Charles made sure to come over any time I needed him including some visits at 6am just to fit us in. He not only knows what he is doing when it comes to plumbing services, he is a good man with fair prices and wont quit until the jobs done the right way.
