Needed a Plumber to come in and look at my leaky shower head. I replaced the Valve Cartridge myself but 6 weeks later it started leaking again. I was given a referral from my neighbor to contact Paul at North Metro. I called him late morning of the 30th and he was able to get to our house first thing on the 31st. It turned out the valve inside the wall needed to be replaced. Paul took the time to explain and show me what he was seeing and why he felt the valve needed replacing. The job was done quickly, and I am happy to say my problem has been solved. The area was cleaned up and left exactly as it was before the repair. I highly recommend North Metro Plumbing should you be in need. This was my first experience with Paul, I feel confident in using him as my go to Plumber if I have a need in the future.

Paul was just amazing. We replaced all the galvanized plumbing at my moms Northglenn home. Along with new shower replacements & upgrading toilets. Paul went over everything he was going to be working on and explain the piping that he would be using. Im sure he had some challenges in working on a 64 four-year-old home. But everything came out above and beyond our expectation. Pauls politeness, work ethic and being a true professional in doing a great job that he is proud of the outcome really shows. Paul installed two new toilets and Im so happy! We recently bought a home that had not had new toilets since the 90s; one was constantly running and the other was not secured to the floor correctly. Paul was able to replace the toilets with toilets of our choice, including the supply valve and supply line. He was professional, quick, and he did quality work. We will definitely be calling back for future plumbing needs!

I called Paul this morning (at 8am) about my hot water heater, and he was able to get out today (at 945am) and get it replaced for us. He was very clean and prompt and did great work for the cost, as it was very reasonable. Job completed by 1pm! Overall great experience and will use again on the future!

Paul was fantastic, we had water under our water heater out of nowhere but not an active leak. We determined that it would be a good idea to change the water heater out to be safe as it was old anyways. After install, Paul discovered that we had a backdraft from our duct above the water heater.We called out an HVAC person to find the issue. Thank goodness Paul found the issue because it was extremely dangerous and could have killed us!!! The HVAC person said most plumbers may not have discovered that, but Paul did. He also helped me light my pilot while he was on vacation!! Thank you Paul!!! Dare I say you are a lifesaver???

For the last few years, Paul has taken care of all our plumbing needs ranging from main line problems to garbage disposals to faucets. We would not consider calling anyone else. Not only are his prices fair and the work excellent, but he is honest in his assessment of what work needs to be done. Wow, got referred to Paul and I am sure happy I did. On time, did his thing and explained everything perfectly prior to starting the work. I would highly recommend Paul and his company. They arent a big, unwieldy machine that you cant reach. He handles his customers personally, and in todays day and age that is quite rare.No surprises, and more importantly no hard sell or looking around for other ways to raise the bill. I woke up with a plumbing leak in a bathroom and I stumbled upon North Metro Plumbing. I called and Paul answered the phone. He was there within the hour. I immediately felt better when I talked to him. He is a Master Plumber. His prices were so much more reasonable that the big companies. I could hardly believe it. He worked very hard to fix my leak. I was so impressed that I asked him to fix a problem with a toilet and then replace by sprinkler shutoff value in the basement. The total cost of fixing all 3 problems was about 1/3 of what Plumbline or other big paces would charge. I will call him for any issues I have now. I cannot recommend him enough.

Had a leaky drain pipe in by basement, reached out to Paul and by 9:30am the next morning, he came out, told me what was wrong and fixed it. He then spent a good 15 minutes cleaning up, explained what he did, showed me it didnt leak and was on his way. Great service and while I hope to not need a plumber in the future, will certainly reach out to Paul and share his information with family and friends.

I called Applewood and wasnt impressed then I called North metro due to a recommendation and If you need a plumber this is your guy to call! Do not shop around because he is the best in Thornton . My grandmas house needed some work done and Paul came highly recommended. He had to jack hammer the floor and all, he fixed the problem within a day . He also showed me other pipes that needed to be fixed and replaced them as well. Paul is honest, trustworthy and damn good at his job .

The tech with North Metro Plumbing (I believe he was Paul) just left our house and he did a great job. We showed him the video of what we thought were pipes rattling badly and it was actually a valve that was going out causing a rattling noise that sounded like it was going to break thru the walls. He was prompt, courteous, and answered any questions my husband had. Thank you for the quick repair and service! They were recommended to us by a friend so I didn’t really call around but the price they charged us seemed to be fair and they didn’t gouge us. Definitely recommend them and I’ll be using them for any future repairs!
