    I appreciated Eric coming out and conducting an in depth analysis of the codes our furnace had been triggering. He was able to replace our faulty flame sensor (under warranty), run tests to ensure this fix worked, adjust the gas pressure, and evaluate the flow and electrical readings compared to what they should be. I thought it was a thorough evaluation.

    My wife and I just committed to Impact Heating & Cooling for an Annual Maintenance Contract and recently had our first maintenance visit for our Air Conditioner and Home Air Cleaning System.     Used this company for the third time now. The first 2 times for the furnace at our rental property in Westminster. This time for our air conditioning unit at our residence in Thornton. The representative Eric was very polite and thorough in trouble shooting the problem. Replaced the part reasonably and waived the trip charge as we agreed to fixing the unit. He waited around long enough to make sure that everything was working properly. I can highly recommend this company as we dealt with different service techs each time and they all were consistently top-notch people. And the company;s pricing is reasonable!

    My hot water heater developed a leak and the shut off valve for the heater was not operational. Impact Heating was very responsive.     Had a 30 year old furnace and ac replaced with a Carrier unit. The installers did a good job and worked hard. The system had some error codes initially that required another visit to adjust, they were timely and communicated well. Overall, I would recommend Impact if you need a system replaced.     I have had Troy and Ron come out from the plumbing division to install a new outside faucet, so when we had a leak into our basement utility room we called them to come out. They immediately located the leak under a sink and called a mitigation company PuroClean to try to save the wood floor. They were very timely and patient and professional. I appreciate them.

    Eric showed up at 4:30 pm for an emergency repair of furnace. Then he had to drive from Westminster to Denver for a part. After returning, it still needed work and the time was 8:30. He offered to go back to Denver that evening for another part, or get space heaters for us. We declined both options and said to just come back in morning to finish. We stayed warm enough even though the temp outside dropped to 20 degrees.He showed up in morning after driving back to Denver (in rush hour traffic again) to get another part. Tricky furnace problem was fixed after several hours of work. Yes it was sort of expensive, but worth every penny for the labor and computer control panel. We are grateful for his, and the main office’s, dedication to a good work ethic.

    Tyler was experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. He thoroughly and systematically diagnosed our furnace which has been having issues for quite some time and other technicians that were unable or unwilling to take the time to check each component individually, which Tyler did. With that we were able to eliminate 2 parts which other techs have told us might be the issue as working fine, and narrow down the issue to 2-3 possibilities. He did not jump to the most expensive or try to sell us a new furnace (everyone else did). I think we may have finally figured out the issue we have been chasing for years.     The whole experience with Impact was great from start to finish. I originally called after hours just looking to leave a message as it was not an emergency. To my surprise, a manager answered the phone, took down all my info, and said someone would be in contact the following morning to tell me when they could be out to assist. I received a call the next morning and an appointment was set for the same day. Great! Our heat was out and it has been cold. Mike, our tech, arrived on time and was super professional. I explained to him the situation and he was quick to solve the issue. He documented everything and stuck around long enough to make sure our heat was on and going to stay on. 5 star service and much appreciated.     Isiah was amazing and was very friendly and honest for all of my HVAC concerns. I would definitely come back to this company for additional services. However, when they requested to have an electrician come out to verify the electrical existence, I was not aware I was going to be charged $110 just for them to come and do an inspection. No electrical work was completed but I was still required to pay for the electrician to come out to the house. Very bad way to do business on the electrical execution but HVAC portion was amazing. Mike was quick but very thorough, and he even took a little time to explain how the system works so that I could look out for future issues. I was looking for an HVAC shop that is different from the sales driven, technically inexperienced big names in the area, and I think Ive found it.     My furnace was intermittently short cycling, had two techs come out to look at it, but they couldnt find anything wrong (and like any intermittent issue, it completely went away when one of the techs came by :) ). Since they couldnt find the cause, I was only charged the diagnostic fee (which was exactly the amount they told me up front), and they gave me a list of some repairs I could try myself. One of those ended up solving my problem (I replaced the control board myself, that seems to have solved it).No attempts to sell me parts or fixes I didnt need, and they told me what fixes I could try myself to save money on the parts markup and labor. Didnt charge me for the second visit since my problem was ongoing and wasnt fixed the first time.I will definitely be coming back if I have any issues in the future!
