    Annual cleaning service but first time with the company. Technician was wonderful with explaining everything and items to keep in mind for potential future repairs.     Will was on time, courteous, a good listener. He investigated the problem with the heating on the second floor. Once evaluated, Will filled me in with options to repair the heating system and the price. It took no time whatsoever for Will to get to work on the essential repairs. He was prepared.     The entire process for replacing my dated furnace couldnt have been easier, from meeting Gary the owner and reviewing my options, to getting a more than a competitive price and scheduling an install date.     We contacted Pelletier Heating and Air when we experienced a water and natural gas leak in our furnace. Bill Berg came out and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He repaired the furnace in a timely and thorough manner.     A great guy showed us everything and had to work in the rain the whole week. He did a great job.We ran the cooling until Sunday so quiet we couldnt hear any noise. we are still trying it out but so far we like it. Actually all the kids that worked here were great.

    Our Utica boiler and Titan Wood Boiler, vintage 1985, were showing their age not keeping our house evenly heated. We had Luke, Chris and Finn from Pelletier install a new Buderus boiler. Their patience with my plethora of questions was very much appreciated. The new system looks and works fantastic. I felt bad they had to get the monster wood boiler out of our basement, but they managed that perfectly as well. They showed us how to use the new digital thermostats, and explained the whole system to me (Im an engineer - hence a million and one questions). I thought it was going to take four days to disconnect the old stuff, install all the new stuff, and then remove all the old components from the basement. The entire job was done in less than two days. Extremely organized, these guys knew what they were doing. It was great to see the team working together as a team and not as three individual contractors with different ideas on everything. Within a few hours after completing the job, the system operation had the room temperatures evened out nicely. Loving the new system and very much appreciative of the expertise of this team. Highly recommended.Cost? - I had a number of other contractors provide estimates. None came close.

    My whole experience with Pelletier Mechanical was very positive from the initial sales call with Jay who understood my situation and explained what they offered while not trying to upsell me. I decided on a heat pump to replace my existing system and Ty Dance did a great job with the install, he was professional and very capable while working in a difficult space and in high heat. He kept me informed and updated at all times and he and his crew were courteous and left the site clean upon completion. I was impressed and very satisfied.     Scheduling was easy. Reminder messages were great. Text with technicians photo was helpful. The only issue was beyond the scheduled cleaning we werent made aware of other repairs being made in advance of being completed. It would have been nice to know what we were getting into. We werent expecting a bill three times more than we thought.

    My husband and I were looking into getting a replacement for our central air unit in summer of 2023 as the unit we had was very old. We were getting estimates from others but they did not like the area where our old system was situated , they said the area was tight and would be hard to take out the old unit and they said they will not work on this. So we called Pelletier Heating & Air and made a appointment. James Gorden from Pelletier Heating and Air arrived on time and was very polite and looked at our old Central Air unit in our attic and said the old central Air unit was put there before and that a replacement can be put there again, my husband and I were very, very happy to hear James Gorden mention the Pelletier Heating and Air can replace our old unit and we proceeded to signing the contract. If it werent for James Gorden positive attitude in saying our old Central Air Conditioning unit can be replaced and a new unit can be put there again we would not have become customers of Pelletier Heating and Air. Not only did we have our Central Air replaced, we have become annual customers of Pelletier Heating and Air for our Central Air and our Furnance maintance. We are very pleased with Pelletier Heating and Air service, and the knowledge of their technicians

    Hired Pelletier by a recommendation. Job was weird as the pad my condensors for my minisplits became unlevel because of erosion and one of the condensors was leaning pretty far. We live in a hill. They came out and took a lot, gave me an estimate on the spot and were honest with cost. Thanks to supply chain the cost doubled from the estimate from a previous company that backed out on doing the work. That meant more for refrigerant and some other materials. After some investigation found original installers did not put anything down to level the pad the condensers were placed on. They came out, took the condensors off the pad removed the old pad, relevel the ground with rocks to ensure no movement and flooded the area to test the erosion loss. After that put a whole new pad down, reconnected and charged the system and cleaned the heads. Was done in like 6 hours.Couldnt be happier with the work and will be calling them again in the future for my mini split work. Highly recommend!

    I had my old oil heating and ancient air conditioning upgraded to a heat pump. Andrew and his team with Pelletier did the job with great professionalism, and the system is running beautifully. I had previously used them for routine maintenance, and what I like most about them is that they reply quickly and professionally to all correspondence. With other similar company I’ve worked with in the past, it feels like pulling teeth to get a reply. Pelletier has an efficient and helpful team all around. I highly recommend them.

    This is now the third time Pelletier has been to the house. This time was just for our annual tune-up and Jeff was out again which I appreciate. I hate when you get a different technician anytime a company comes to your home. Its such a relief to know that I dont have to follow someone around and wonder if theyre going to be responsible and respectful, or mindful of the pets. Jeff was, as last time, professional, courteous, respectful and efficient. He took the time to ask questions and listened intently to my concerns- which were all addressed. Thank you Jeff for your hard work, and thank you Pelletier for reaching out to schedule this tune-up. Lord knows I would have forgotten!This is the second time Ive had Pelletier out to my house. The first time was for a general cleaning and service, this second time was to replace parts they found inoperable the first time. (One of the units stopped working which is why I really reached out the first time, but since none of the units had been serviced or cleaned in awhile, we had them do everything.) Jasmin in the office has always been courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. They offer this pretty great service membership that Jasmin was able to inform me of in full. It was truly a no-brainer in choosing them just for their service membership. The first tech out on our initial appointment was kind, courteous and thorough. Nick in scheduling is very accommodating and understanding. And then finally today, Jeff was great- he replaced the necessary parts outside, we checked the wall unit inside to be certain it was working properly, he cleaned up and he left. I felt very comfortable leaving him outside by himself (I tend to hover and ask a million questions), and feel confident with his work. Jeff was very friendly and polite. Thank you again Pelletier! Their technician Brandon came out and found the job from hell with carrier sending wrong part to then after installation of the right part the compressor then failed after 5 minutes.     I cannot believe how professional Gary was. We have been through several other companies that were not able to figure out the problem on this new unit to give us heat and hot water since March. He took the time to analyze everything and work with Eversource to determine that the actual problem is, that the company that installed this on demand heat and hot water system should’ve used larger pipe to the gas supply. It’s been two years of hell trying to get somebody to figure this out costing thousands of dollars on things that had nothing to do with the problem, space heaters, The inability to be able to take a shower and go to sleep cold. Gary solved it almost immediately! I highly recommend this company as I have not seen the professionalism and knowledge that was displayed today in any other furnace company! Thank you so much Gary! You have no idea how much you helped our family! I highly recommend you use this company!

    Pelletier Mechanical and their staff (Gary, Andrew, and Chris) were awesome! We purchased a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split heat pump with three inside units. We also are now having our traditional gas hot water heating boiler serviced by them - it definitely needs some tuning up after 31 years! Great company, great people.

From my initial friendly call with Jolene to request service, to having my billing questions answered promptly and courteously by Jasmine, I was already 100% pleased! The technician, Bill Berg, was extremely professional, explained everything clearly, and ordered the part I needed by phone RIGHT THERE in my basement, not waiting until the next business day to make the calls to look around for the part! I could go on and on, but I plan to hand out some business cards to my neighbor, and some friends-- THATS how relieved I am to have finally found a trustworthy company to work with me! And one of the best aspects if this company is that they send you the name and a photo of the Technician who will be coming to your home (as a single Mom, that extra safety measure means a lot!), AND they give you a 2 hour window of their arrival time (instead of 4+ hours, or no info whatsoever, like many service providers do), and text/call with updates if the Technician is running early or late. A service call was scheduled, and email reminders appeared to confirm the date and time.Will was on time for the service call and listened to what was happening with our heat pump. He explained the workings of the system and what he was doing while he worked. When he had isolated the problem, he quickly obtained the part from a local supplier. Will had the new 24 volt transformer neatly installed in minutes. He knew exactly how to test and repair the system. He was forthcoming about the workings of our cooling system and explained things thoroughly. He asked if there was anything else that he could do before he finished up.Will is highly skilled and dedicated to making sure you are satisfied with the results of his work.When I inquired about a new heat pump installation in the future, Will put together an estimate to replace our aging system.I felt the invoice was fair and I was able to pay him with my credit card upon his completion of the job.I will absolutely continue to do business with Pelletier Mechanical Services. From scheduling appointments with Jolene (who is always courteous, attentive and accommodating) to the actual service appointment, this company truly goes above and beyond. Don’t hesitate on whether or not to use Pelletier, call them!This time around we had the pleasure of having the technician Nick for ac maintenance/repair. He was not only professional, hardworking and thorough but he took the time to review and explain everything. He even identified a potential issue that may be causing extra wear to our heating system.

    Had a 5-head ductless mini-split system installed by Pelletier, prices were very competitive for a high efficiency system. Everyone from the tech who quoted me (James) the techs that did the install (Chris, Dominic & a third tech whos name I cant recall currently) as well as the electrical sub were professional and friendly. We discussed everything prior to install, routing of line-sets, location of units, as well as during install to make sure everything was where we wanted it to be; the electrician was equally communicative. They were here bright an early every morning working in ~30F weather without complaint, and finished the job in 3.5days. highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

They have maintained our heating and air conditioning systems for many years and just installed a whole new system for us including wireless thermostats.     I called this morning regarding concerns about my ductless a/c, and asked if Scott was available to come and check it out for me. I was concerned there was a mold issue.     Scott was amazing, he was here early and identified the issue quickly. Within a very short amount of time our central air unit was up and running.
