    Chris Everett was knowledgeable in what he was doing. I love that he showed me what he was doing and explained each step. He even went and extra mile to check under the house and found the problem. Although he was not the one to do the repair with the air duct he reported it and Mark called me a few minutes after and scheduled the repair for the net day. This young man is a keeper. You rally found technician that goes that extra mile to make sure you understand what was done and needed to be done. Thank you Chris for your service , it was really appreciated.     Very happy with A & B. They came out within a day of my call that one of our a/c units stopped working. Chris quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a workaround while the part was ordered. Harold came a couple of days later and installed it. While they were here I asked if he could check out both units and service them. He was excellent at explaining things to me and gave me pointers on what to look for with our older units. The bill was very fair. Overall it was a great experience and I will recommend A & B to anyone!

Received a call immediately and was dispatched same day tech Devin was professional honest and cares to fix it for customer so they would have Air for weekend.     It is so nice and refreshing to meet IVAN VELEZ!!He came over to my house to check my heating system after another company came by and said that my gas valve was out and it would cost $1300 and that my heating system in my downstairs was no longer working. Ivan came over and checked it and said it was just fine and just charged me a service fee and went on his way- So Knowledgeable, kind friendly, and will be the first person. I call when it’s time to replace my heating and air conditioning system!

    I have never left a review on a company, but because A&B exceeded my every expectation, I feel compelled to do so. Not only did A&B replace two complete HVAC / heat pump systems for us, but they also cleaned out our crawl space and fastened down heavy weight plastic sheeting for a moisture barrier. They were prompt, efficient, considerate, and conscientious. Their pricing was also very competitive, but most importantly, all of the staff showed a remarkable and encouraging focus on quality. Jeremy even contacted me twice after the job was completed to ensure I was happy and the systems are meeting our expectations.I can’t recommend A&B enough.

    Michael came out over the weekend to get the specifics in order to price replacing my downstairs units. Michael was professions and thorough. Devin & Jason came on Monday and checked out both the furnace and AC and determined they needed replacing.     Very pleased with A & B. Called last week because our unit wasn’t heating. They came out same day and diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple of options for solutions.     I wanted to give a complement to this business. After 16 years our heat pump/AC stopped heating our home during the Christmas break. It was a bit chilly but by turning on the EMER Heat we got by. A&B replaced my in-laws heat pump the past year and did a great job. No issues at all.So I called them, what surprised me was how fast they responded.Within a week they came by and did a survey and by the end of the week we had a new Carrier heat pump. The guys that did the install were great and very friendly. I probably talked to them more than I should have but they were patient. I highly recommend A&B. Its been a couple weeks and our heat pump/AC unit is working perfect. Also, I need to add the new unit is amazingly quiet.

    Professional employees and a fantastic execution of job at hand. I had to have an entire system put in including new wiring and safety breakers, everything was replaced.     I am writing to share my experience with A&B Heating and Cooling. A&B is the type of company that you form a lifetime relationship with. I have a unit that is over 20 years old. From day one, it has been serviced by A&B Heating and Cooling.     We had extensive work done on our 52 year old home. We never had central heating and air in our home...we had room air conditioners and electric wall heaters. We needed to upgrade our 5200 square foot home and had a new system put in. Actually due to an upstairs apartment and the square footage of our home we needed three systems installed. A&B did an outstanding job from start to finish. The crew that worked on our home was not only professional and experienced but very polite and personable. We actually felt so secure with the crew we left them unattended for a few hours on multiple occasions.     We were having issues with our unit. A pair of A & B techs came twice and the issues were not resolved. We called again and this time Darren was sent to check on our problem. Within a short time, Darren was able to isolate the issue and went about resolving the issue. He had to go under the house and rework the drain hose and he didnt mind at all. He made sure it was working and even sent us a video because we were not home at the time. He called us the next day to make sure it was still working. We were blessed to have Darren come to our rescue. He was pleasant and kind and we have not had any issues since. Thank you, Darren! You are our hero!

    Darren was our technician from A&B Heating & Cooling Co. He was terrific. He was here on time and was very professional. From our first call to A&B when our air conditioning system needed repair, to their coming out to diagnose the problem, to them giving the estimate, to them ordering the parts and making the needed repairs, they kept us informed and were always here when they said they would come. Darren is not all the way back to Thomaston and I have already recommended A&B to a relative.

    I recently made the decision to replace my air unit and get rid of the propane heat.
