Brad, the owner, answered my call about a blocked sewage drain line and promised to be out the same day after finishing scheduled work (which is amazing in and of itself). He and his apprentice were not able to make it until around 7 p.m. but they stayed until 9:30 p.m. and completed the job. Both were open, friendly, polite and professional. Brad was happy to explain what they were doing every step of the way. We could not have been more pleased with their work. -

Brad called to confim he was in route to my location, my appointment was at 12 noon and he stated he was ahead of schedule and would be arriving in about 30 minutes; arriving about 11:30. He began the process of clearing the line with his 25 ft snake and it was not successful. Next he tried the pressure hose and it wasnt successful either. He said there was one other machine but it wasnt on the truck and hed have to go back to the office to get it; therefore, hed go back and return after lunch. Brad returned around 2 PM with the machine and it was successful. The line was cleared and the water was draining perfectly. Brad was patient and very thorough, I feel he went above and beyond in his attempt to clear the line and he didnt stop until the job was done. I highly recommend this business and the price was very reasonable. Thanks Brad, for a job well done! -

Very professional and friendly! Called at 9:30pm due to a pipe exploded in my back yard, they had someone out here to fix it within an hour! Very happy with the service they provided! I will be using this company for any future problems! Definitely recommend 💯 -

From Johnny and Deborah GarretteJacob did an excellent job. He was very courteous and professional. Our water heater went out. This was an emergency for us. I called and help was here within 2 hours. We are so thankful for people that do their job without trying to squeeze us for more money. Great job guys and thanks so very much. -

Called Norton plumbing on a Tuesday at midday because of a very bad water leak in my yard and under my house. He was there in about 20 minutes and assessed the damages. He quoted a price and told me when he could be there to repair and replace the damaged pipe. He showed up right on time on the agreed upon day and quickly replaced the pipe. He cleaned up after himself and did his best to leave my yard the way is was before. He came in under budget and we’re extremely grateful. He just earned a repeat customer for all my plumbing needs -

I had a plumbing emergency. Norton plumbing responded to my call in 30 minutes. They were at my house in 3 hours.Horton plumbing personnel diagnosed and repaired my emergency the same day, working beyond non working hours to complete the repair.I asked Horton plumbing personnel to conduct a comprehensive inspection of my entire plumbing system. After the inspection they went over the report and advised me of any repairs that needed to be made.Norton plumbing personnel were extremely kind, courteous, honest, extremely knowledgeable, and uniquely professional. This is the company I will choose to do all repairs to my home and my relatives as well in the future.My repair seemed to be in line financially with other companies, and maybe a little cheaper.If you live within a 50 mile radius of Griffin, Ga. call Norton Plumbing. You will not be sorry. -

If your looking for a plumber, I would HIGHLY recommend Norton Plumbing out of Thomaston. I spoke with Brad Norton, the owner, on the phone Friday evening. He pretty much diagnosed our problem over the phone and was at my house early Saturday morning. Took care of the nasty clogged pipes and got my water flowing again!! The price was exactly what he quoted me on the phone, because no other “services” were needed. Very reliable, professional, honest and friendly!! I pray you don’t need them, BUT if you do, you can depend on Norton Plumbing!! -

I had a great experience with Brad the owner of the company, he saved me about 500.00 to 700.00 I’m happy I ended up with Norton Plumbing doing my work. Brad made great alternatives, to do the Job saving me lot’s of money!. I mean, he really cared and did not want me to waste my money, Brad even locked up my house for me and came to home depot and helped me pick out the right products I Thank God for him. I cannot remember having an experience like this with other contractors. and Also he would not even take money for the job until after a couple days of using everything they installed and I was satisfied!!
