    This was my first time using this company but it will not be the last. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. We called and was able to get an appointment immediately. The company texts you with a photo of your plumber and automatically puts you at ease as to who will be coming into your home. Kyle was professional and polite. He laid out all options up front with costs so nothing was hidden. He cleaned up after himself and took out the trash created, I canā€™t even tell someone was here. I could not believe how quickly he fixed our issue and restored running water for me and our newborn baby. I would highly recommend this company and know I will use them for any future needs.

    I called to get an appointment set up for an Emergency issue of Water Overflowing from all of my Toilets and Bathtubs. The Receptionist was very polite and helpful with setting up the earliest possible appointment for me.Ryan the Service Tech called me to let me know that He was on the way and He showed up at precisely the appointed time.After listening to my description of the problem, He quickly did an assessment and diagnosed that the issue was the Septic Tank needed to be Flushed and inspected for any other problems. After Flushing The Septic Tank, my Problems were immediately resolved and we were Good to go.Ryan then did a Complimentary inspection of all Water Outlets, Bathrooms and Kitchen Plumbing and Water Heater and explained and advised me on everything as we went thru the inspection.Ryan was very Polite, Engaging, pleasant, Knowledgeable, Professional and Communicated with Me and My Wife very well.We are very Happy and Pleased with The Services provided to Us, would use this Company again in the future, and would recommend.Thanks Again !šŸ˜Š

    Lane called ahead giving me an accurate ETA. He was clean cut and very polite. Bonded very quickly with my 2 puppy dogs, a Pit and Toy Chihuahua. Explained what he would be doing and then explained the annual program Walley offers. I thought it sounded like a good plan so i personally took advantage of it. He Completed the service call, cleaned up, collected the charges. Etc. i was very pleased and would also like to give a shout out to the person someone speaks with when they call Walley Plumbing and that is Chrissy (sorry if spelling is not correct ) she was very personable and worked me in the schedule quickly. Did not have to wait days for a tech to come out So Yes based on my experience today I definitely recommend Walley Plumbing.

    The Walley plumbing technician knew exactly where the clog in my sewer pipe was. He did a great job of removing it and restoring my septic system to a working condition. I will say that Walley plumbing is a little pricey but, the technician was here within 3 hours of my call. This in itself made the price worth it to me. The raw sewage in my tubs and shower smelled disgusting and I was glad it was gone.

    This guy was great. He spent a lot of time unstopping my drain he went for reinforcement and came back a 2nd day. He wouldnā€™t stop until it was fixed. I have never used this company before but I will never use another plumber company. I give them a 10*.

    I wanna give a big shout out and a huge thank you to Blake Peavey. He came on time like he said and he was so super nice and very informative and explained the issues at hand very thoroughly and even showed me personally and explained what it was I was looking at to fully understand. But the biggest quality of his I greatly appreciated was his full, unbiased honesty. People now a days wonā€™t be honest and try and pull one over on you but he was honest and trusting and did what he could to help. And the solution to our problem that he suggested turned out to be 100% correct. So if ever another problem was to arise then I will be calling and requesting Blake Peavey! Walleyā€™s Plumbing yā€™all have a great employee working for yā€™all! He deserves a raise šŸ˜‰šŸ˜„ALSO: I canā€™t remember who I was talking to when I called (Iā€™m sorry for my bad memory) but they were also very kind and had great customer service despite my questions.

    Blake Peavy is a very hard working young man. We had a clogged sewer line that literally broke two angers, but he stayed at it until the clog was fixed.     Tristan was on-time, polite and professional. However, Walleys prices were outrageous. I am giving them 5 stars based on our experience with the technician, but we are fully aware that we can get the same services performed by a qualified plumber for waaaaaay less (less than half of what was quoted). If you choose to use a premium provider, be prepared to pay premium prices.

    Phillip W. Did an excellent job and arrived right away after my tankless water heater suffered a severe malfunction from improper installation by different Plumbing service. Phillip installed a shut off valve on my water heater and replaced the part that had malfunctioned.     I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle, one of their service techs from Wally plumbing this week. He installed two new bathroom fixtures, a new kitchen sink with a new faucet and cleaned out my drains for both of my bathtubs. I was sent a text before he arrived. This text even showed me where he was and how long it would take for him to arrive. Upon arrival he had cloth booties over his shoes. He went over all of my pricing and I was impressed from beginning to ending with not only the work but all the technology that this Plumbing company uses. The owner of this company has made sure that everything is done not only perfect but that the customer is number one. Kyle told me that all the plumbers are trained so that each plumber conducts themselves in such a professional way that it was a pleasure to use them. As all of you know, the cost of everything has gone up. Donā€™t think you can get a plumber there and not pay for it in this day and time. I have never been treated so kindly. Prissy, their receptionist, also was the sweetest lady & kept me informed on everything about my plumbing needs. I just want the owner to know that between Kyle and Prissy, I will always use them. By the way, they won the number one spot for the best Plumber in Mobile this year and that is how I made my decision as to who to call.

    Long review but worth the read for excellent service. From the initial call the day after Christmas to the dispatcher to the technician everyone was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. They were the only company I called willing to send someone out right away. Communication was excellent with advance notice with photo and info about tech before his arrival. Technician Phillip encountered multiple challenges with my older home plumbing but with each step he kept me informed, offered multiple solutions, explained the pros & cons, long term effects, and expenses for each one. He maintained a positive attitude and was patient with my many questions. Phillip went the extra mile to solve my problems as quickly, efficiently, and economically as possible given the ancient plumbing challenges he encountered. He moved a LOT of dirt and found the roots completely clogging my line. He worked around family in/out and stuck with it until he resolved each of the plumbing issues he encountered. He removed all the old piping and debris from the premises and cleaned all working areas inside and out. He tested the drainage to ensure problem was resolved. Phillipā€™s expertise, years of experience and calm professional attitude were extremely appreciated. Shannon worked with us to quickly get pricing estimates, create invoices, and work me into Phillipā€™s schedule.I highly recommend Walley Plumbing team for any plumbing needs you have.     A person answered their phone....not an answering service. They were able to come out in less than an hour. The plumber gave three quotes. I chose one, and the work commenced.     My go to plumber who was unavailable recommended Walley Plumbing. I called just after 5pm. They answered the phone, took my information and scheduled next day service to address a budding emergency situation. They showed up on time and expertly resolved the issue before it became a crisis. Fair rates and immediate follow through with images of work performed, and invoices. Also took the time to explain what the issue was and what caused it.Such a good experience I asked if they could quote a hot water heater replacement since mine had completely gone out three weeks before. They gave me the quote within minutes, it was a competitive rate and they were able to install it the next day. I have hot water again and am super happy!

    We were stressing when our water heater went out. A different company made promises and never delivered, so we called Walley.     I had a slab leak and it had been there for quite a while without me realizing it. My water bill was enormous, but I thought it was from my family taken extremely long shower, but that wasnt the case, it was a slab leak on the hot side. I first contacted another plumbing company which I will use D for their name around Thanksgiving, they came out and told me my problem, and they will have to contact me back later with a price quote. I called plumbing company D back a week after Thanksgiving and they said they were really busy doing other jobs and they havent forgotten about me. Two more weeks passed by and still no word from plumbing company D. I decided to call another plumbing service, and I found Walley Plumbing company in a Google search. Walley Plumbing sent someone out on the day that I requested, and the fixed my slab leak by doing a re-route. The two technicians (Jake and Tristan) done an awesome job, and they finished on the same day of my service request. Thanks guys!

    Im so glad we used Walley Plumbing, Jake was excellent! We started off by getting a text back confirming our appointment date/time. The day of he notified me in advance and was a little early. He was able to quickly find the problem and let us know what we were dealing with. After discussing the pump replacement, he was able to give us a quote and install the pump quickly. He gave us a few tips on how to care for it to prolong its service. He also tidied up his work space and all was good. Would definitely recommend!

    My tankless water heater in the house I purchased one year ago went bad. The unit was 17 years old and the PC for the unit was no longer available. So we went with a new unit. The technician was prompt, efficient, and answered any questions I had. Good job. I called them on a Friday and they came out the following Monday. Job was done before noon. No more ice cold showers.Also, just had our kitchen faucet replaced February 23, 2023. Technician was Tyler, who was top notch. Very professional and courteous. However, the price for installation was very high in my opinion. I should have asked up front and then compared with others. No complaints about the quality, courtesy, and prompt response.

    My experience started when I bought a shower panel to replace what I thought was a bad existing shower panel. The new panel has many small holes that I know would clog from build up of calcium and many other deposits that are high in my water. I bought a very high quality water softener and filter system, and I was fortunate enough to find Walley Plumbing.Tyler did a fantastic job putting in my water softener system, which included digging up the main water lines in the front yard to tie into them, and much time in the attic. The system is fantastic, and I was very happy with the quality of the work done, so I asked Tyler to tackle the shower panel problem.On the next job, Tyler repaired the existing shower panel, which I had luckily found the internal parts to repair, so that saved me a great deal of hassle with everything involved with tear out and disposal (itā€™s very big) of the Water Haven.The third and final (for now) job I hired Tyler for was to convert and install the shower panel in the guest bathroom. As always, it was handled just fine, and Iā€™m very happy with the work performed.Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll need a Plumber in the future, and I certainly intend to call on Walley Plumbing Services, and ask for Tyler, if heā€™s available šŸ˜Ž.
