    The service techs assisted in getting a couple of plumbing issues corrected at my in laws house. They were professional, courteous and got the tasks all completed. The job was more involved than anticipated, but they were able to come in under budget. My mother in law was very happy with the service.

    These folks responded to no a/c on a holiday weekend. Since we have a multi generational household with breathing issues, that was super appreciated. We ended up with a new split unit, professionally installed.Follow up and maintenance has been equally professional and responsive. Highly recommend.

    My wife and I moved to Mobile last year and we bought a house. We knew only a few people and had no idea whom to turn to for our home repair needs. We decided to give Hansen Super Techs a try after we saw several of their vehicles in and around our neighborhood. In short, we have been COMPLETELY SATISFIED with Hansen. On our first repair with Hansen, their Tech Shawn not only fixed our grinder pump, but he also took the time to fully explain what the problem was and what he did to repair it. Shawn also volunteered to fix our disposal that had frozen up the day before, at no cost. We were so happy with Shawns work that we decided to get the Hansen Super Service where the technicians inspected our homes HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The technicians were professional and explained everything. They made recommendations and carried out the needed upgrades and repairs, and my wife and I never once felt like we were being upsold or pressured. A few days after this service our A/C stopped working one morning (in the middle of summer). Shawn I. (a different Shawn) had been the main technician who inspected and serviced our HVAC and he had given us his contact information in case of any problems. In less than an hour after calling him Shawn I. was at our home taking care of the simple fix...again with a full explanation of what happened. The Hansen Technicians have been punctual, professional, and patiently receptive to our needs and requests. My wife and I are both elderly and it can take us some time to understand technical things. The Hansen Technicians willingness to explain everything to us is what we appreciate the most. We definitely recommend Hansen Super Techs and will continue to use their services ourselves.     I signed up online to inquire about purchasing a mini-split ac for my sunroom. I promptly received a call and scheduled a tech to come out that day to give me an estimate. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and facilitated a call with management to discuss the various options at my disposal. They even helped me get financing over the phone in about 3 minutes! Now, my project is moving forward and Ill have my mini-split in by the first of next week! Great experience! I will recommend Hansen to all my friends!

    Gio was at the house within an hour of calling. He was not “pushy.” He laid out what the issues were and what could be done. Once decisions were made we had an appointment for two units to be installed the next day. It’s hard to even get a service call that quick from a lot of places.

    Last Thursday morning about 7:30 AM, I noticed my grinder/lift pump red light was on. I called Hansen and Gabrielle F. had Shawn B. at my door around 9:15 AM. Gabrielle was pleasant and helpful on the phone. Shawn was GREAT! He explained everything he did repair-wise and he discussed the dos and donts of grinder/lift pump usage and maintenance. We will definitely be using Hansen Super Techs in the future.

    Got an estimate, Hunter came out was very knowledgeable and friendly he looked our whole system over really good and let me know what will be best ,upgrading to a new unit with new ducts is expensive compared to other quotes I have received but I really believe that this company would be a good choice as far a quality of work

    New HVAC AC system stopped working. No cooling, tech inspected started troubleshooting found that new blower was not functioning diagnostic was done to blower components found that a connector was not properly seated and had vibration caused it to come loose causing lower to stop functioning, causing system to freeze-up once functioning system thawed in about 45min. Great service knowledgeable technician prompt service call within a hour.
