    This was a repair job. When I had electricity run through my yard to a shop I was building the electricians cut through my drain pipe with a ditch digging machine. The plumbers were able to reconnect the pipe.

    I have been a loyal Hansen customer for four years now. This time I had them remove a tub and replace it with a shower pan and surround. Mr. Tim went to pick up the shower pan from the distributor twice and they tried to sell him damaged pans. He refused the broken shower pan both times. After that second one, he drove all the way over to Baldwin County and a different distributor and got a healthy pan to install in my house. He and his partner did a fantastic job removing the old tub, replacing plumbing and installing the new shower pan and surround. The sheetrock cutout work on the demo was so tight that he made my tiling around the new shower a breeze. Great job, Tim!

    After a botched job by another company, Zach and another gentleman came out and were absolutely amazing. They were very professional, courteous and attentive. The kindness they showed toward our kids while working(because kids are curious!) was refreshing to see, and the honest and straightforward advice was truly appreciated. I will recommend Hansen to everyone.

Second use of Hansen Larry and Josh completed installation of an entire outdoor gas system. This was a pretty big job and this team installed exactly to my specifications.     Brad, the Plumber, came to look at the jobs: replace insides of 2 toilets, replace 1 tub drain and give replace ball inside kitchen faucet. He gave me a quote after seeing the work to be done. I scheduled an appt to return. He came exactly on time, was clean and didn’t leave a mess when he finished. Although the work was expensive (all plumbing work is), I appreciated Brad’s professionalism and diligence to get the jobs done right.

    Very affordable plumbing made me very happy to know they dont overcharge you and they fix everything they see as they go very fast working and I will be calling them again if anything else I tried a different plumbing company before and they overcharged me did not fix the problem but this plumbing company knows what they are doing and gets the job done very much appreciate them!!!!!!!     I called late this morning and was able to get a same-day afternoon appointment. Donnie & Tim gave me a call before they arrived and said to expect them in 15 minutes…they were here in 14. They came in, they assessed the situation, they quickly repaired my leaking water heater outflow pipe, and were out the door after only 37 minutes - start to finish. I couldn’t be happier! We’ll, I could be if there had been no leak at all.

    I’m leaving an A+ review because Larry and Josh went above and beyond for us once they were able to get here! The challenges they met in our 2 story older home were mind boggling! They were really nice and beyond competent! They repaired a truly complex problem in an older home and did so with such kindness and respect for us and our home! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! In fact, we have already decided to have them do another job for us as soon as I am well enough from health issues I have been dealing with!     They did an amazing job on running the waterlines and drain lines for my tub at my grooming shop. They did a fantastic clean job with minimal cutting of the sheet rock..And did not destroy the sheet rock in the process so That it was able to go back on the wall.     Outside water hookup was torn off the house by our (ex)dog.They showed up the same day, in under an hour had found exact spot inside to access the problem, cut the drywall and removed the old piping ,drilled through the brick wall (needed as old piping was behind the bathtub so rather than tear that all up decided to make a new spot for it outside.). Quickly installed a new line.they left no mess, sealed up the drywall and good to go.

    This is the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and professional - from front office to the person in the field: all 5 -Star.To get this quality, I would be happy to pay a premium, but they are consistently the low price company. And they have never repriced their estimate, even in a case where I thought the scope of work expanded.Wonderful experience. I will never bother to call anyone other than Hansen when I need a plumber.

    I had a hard time believing the reviews of Jake at Hansen. After talking with him, having him answer my questions and seeing his work, I am not only a believer, I am extremely happy with Hansen (which we used before for other issues) but also with Jake. We had a leak in our 22 year old hot water heater. He thought it was just a valve until he looked at it. He explained what the issue was and why a repair was not going to fix the problem. I mean, its 22 years old! It began rusting at the seam. He told us our options, another 40gal water heater, a 50gal water heater and a tankless water heater. He also explained the differences between them and the cost of installation as well as an estimated cost based on usage. He was professional, told us when the work could be done, offered a payment plan if we wanted to go that route. Basically, I can not say enough good things about our experience and about Jake from Hansen (as opposed to Jake, from state farm...LOL). If Jake is coming to your home to look at an issue, you will be very pleased that you called!

    I was prepared to replace the water heater, but Christopher told me the water heater still looked good and would probably last at least four or five more years. I really appreciate the honesty, especially since I was prepared to replace it today. We have used HANSEN in the past for plumbing and HVAC and we will continue to use them.

    I had an issue with a broken water line going into the house. Hansen came out and made the repairs. We seemed to be having issues with water pressure and other symptoms. My wife made a call to Hansens to inquire if there was anything that could be related to the repair. Tim Childs came out and looked everything back over just to make sure there was nothing on their end that could be culprit. He was very professional and helpful. I appreciate that type of commitment and assurance. Will definitely be calling again if there are any future needs.

    Steven and his partner came quickly. They had to drive to daphne, al to pick up the replacement grinder pump. They returned and installed the grinder pump, checked it out to ensure it is working properly. They did a great job, and we recommend Hansen plumbing.

    The estimator/plumber, Pete, found an adjustment to the water level was needed instead of replacement of the toliet tank parts. He made the adjustments on all three toilets. This person was honest and responsive to the repair needed and would not replace what parts that were in good working order. This is the second time I had used Hansen for plumbing. Today, they earned my continued business.

    Another great job by Hansen Plumbing!!Bathtub mixing valve stripped, water would not shut off.Called Hansen, they stated Jake and David were in Gulf Shores and would send them once current job was complete.They arrived within two hours, looked over the situation and stated they had the needed part on the truck and would have repaired shortly.Removed the broken part in about 10 mins and replaced with new. Great job, no damage to drywall or tub. Ensured that all was working and made sure there were no issues.Great Job!! Hansen is on speed dial in my phone.     They were able to come the same day, explain what was wrong, and give an estimate of what it would cost to repair vs replace. We decided to replace and they came next day to install.     Thanks to all the great techs that have worked on our issues. Tim, Skylar, Grady, and Dave went above and beyond on our kitchen leak repair and dishwasher install. As well as work in both of our bathrooms. Had to deal with slab leak and collapsed drains. They were fast and efficient and completed work ahead of schedule and under quoted cost. They are the dream team. Very polite and knowledgeable. Thanks to Shawn as well for the most resent issue we had with another small leak. He repaired in about an hour and was on budget priced. We also had electrical work done. Thanks to Will for the quick job done installing an outlet for us. As well as hooking up the dishwasher to outlet.     I had a leak underground in my crawlspace. They immediately located the leak, which was underground, and gave me a fair price. Once theydugout the pipe they found there were more leaks than expected. They didnt add any extra labor but had to charge an extra $35 for the additional materials. Totally fair.
