We have had Fred do several jobs now, among them replacing 2 water heaters, changing shower faucets and outdoor faucets, clearing backed up sinks, and changing the water pressure control leading to the house. We have always been very satisfied with his responsiveness and work, and his fees are very reasonable. He has definitely become our go to guy for any plumbing related issues, and it is a relief to know that he or his partner will be there on short notice should we have a problem. I would recommend Fred to anyone, and have referred several neighbors and friends to him who have been equally happy with his work. -

Fred has done plumbing work on our house several times now including a repair that another company told me could not be done without extensive and expensive work. Fred did the job no problem. He always explains what the issues are and gives you all your options. This is a guy who cares about getting the job done right and at a reasonable cost. Hes our exclusive plumber. -

Fred was absolutely a life saver. With this ice storm going on all of the big chain plumbers said they may not get to us until Monday...today is Saturday. We called Fred and in less than thirty min he drove to our house in the ice and fixed our hot water issue quickly. He is so friendly and even taught us how to fix the problem ourselves if it happens again. We just moved into our house a few months ago and we have found the best plumber who we will definitely be using in the future! -

I had my toilet bowl all messed up and leaking and called a few plumbers without satisfaction. Then I called Fred, who responded promptly and did a very professional and fantastic job of fixing the problems. He was very friendly, professional and helpful in giving hints and advice on maintenance and precautions generally. His charges are very reasonable and his work very neat.I highly recommend him and he just won my future plumbing business.Thanks Fred. -

Fred is the best!!! I have only lived in Dallas for a short time but I have used him several times for lots of different jobs. I can text or call him anytime and he always makes time to come by within a day or two! Very knowledgable, lets you know his prices/what its going to cost before he does any work, and if there are multiple options he lets you know what they are and the cost. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, such a nice guy and very professional!! If you need any plumbing work done, call Fred first! -

We have been working with Fred for past 2 years now for our house’s plumbing needs.He is so efficient and systematic in his work that I never hold back from recommending him to any of my friends.What separates him from zillions of other plumbers out there in market is his extensive knowledge, years of experience, highest level of professionalism, honest estimates and hygienic way of work.He has done multiple projects in our house, ranging from water heater leak detection and fix in the garage, kitchen faucet replacement, fixing a broken toilet, replacing 3 rusted toilet tanks, fitting a new shower system and just recently servicing a backed up dish washer.You will always find him arriving at your house wearing his office uniform and most importantly bang on time. He never fails to wear shoe covers while working. He will take time to explain what exactly is wrong, how can it be fixed, how can it be maintained thus making sure every penny you spend for his services is very well utilized.We had an emergency when the water heater broke in our garage. He responded very well to the situation and completed his job in a day, working till 10 pm in 35 degrees F to make sure that we have warm water the next day in chilly winters.I still remember during one of the kitchen projects, I had a newborn at home and he made sure that he was very clean, hygienic and less noisy about his work.Call Fred to your place and I bet you will be overly pleased and satisfied about his work. -

Fred came on the same day when I called, he was life saver for us, he explained us what was the problem and fixed it very quickly.After Fred’s visit we remain with felling that he is honest, experienced and knowledge plumber, we will defiantly invite him next time if we will have plumbing issues. -

These guys deserve 6 out of 5 stars. I had a clogged line at 4 pm on a Friday. The two other companies I tried first both said they wouldn’t be able to get to it until Monday. Leak was able to come out immediately, and within 10 minutes they were at my house. They worked through a thunderstorm outside and got the job done quickly and professionally. Their pricing was more than fair. I will 100% be calling them for any future plumbing issues. Great people. -

People like Fred are a rarity in this world and god send.Extreme dedication towards work without motivation for remuneration. Few months ago, I had a nasty slab leak in my garage. I called Leak after a quick google search. Fred, the owner, arrived promptly on time and explained to me what was happening and quickly put a band aid to it temporarily. He and crew then came next day to fix it which involved drilling through concrete etc while I worked with the insurer. He fixed that and we were up and running. Fast forward couple of months, I had a leak on another line..this one in my master bedroom. Called Fred and he came within an hr and he worked quickly to stop it by closing off that line to my master bathroom. My house is old and has some nasty cross connections with two water heaters being connected in a manifold somewhere in the house. Fred patiently explained to me the connections using a diagram and advised the best option and we proceeded with that. There were couple of other plumbing issues in my house which he fixed free of charge. Recently, I had a small issue with my bathtub shower and called Fred and he was promptly there and fixed it in no time. He felt bad that I had only one working shower due to crazy cross connections and he came up with a way to have atleast two showers working and he didnt even charge me. I will follow his professional advice and will hire him back and recommend him to my friends. -

I cant say enough positive things about Fred and his company, Leak. He just installed a 50 Gallon gas water heater for us and did a superb job. He schedule us on a Tuesday at 10AM a few days in advance. Showed up 10 minutes early ready to go Tuesday. It was raining outside and I told Fred, Im sorry its a crappy day out today. He responded and said, Its a beautiful day!. Hes just so positive and does such a great job. Not many people do you trust to do work on your house, but I trust Fred 100%. -

Leak is our go-to plumbing company. I will not call anyone else. Fred Moreno is prompt, honest, and fair...and he does outstanding work. We live in an old house that has had numerous plumbing problems, and we use him every time...I could not say enough great things about the service he provides! -

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Alfredo explained everything that needed to be done to do the job correctly. He was very informative and his rate never changed. Wow. I broke my first rule of do it yourself plumbing and attempted to do a minor upgrade of our bathroom. After shutting off water to the house to effect the repair, I attempted to turn the water back on only to have the valve break in the closed position.I called Fred (Alfredo) at metroplex plumbing and he was nothing short of fantastic. In order to fix the problem, the valve had to be replaced. I knew I was in for an expensive repair. The good news, the price I was quoted ON THE PHONE was the price I paid. There were a few surprises after he got into the project but stuck to the deal. I wont tell you how long he was here but IF I had gone with one of the bigchains, I would be eating beans and franks for a month. I could not have afforded anyone else.His work is impeccable, neat, professional and correct. He also made some repairs to the original plumbing that should never have been done in the first place at no extra charge. He explained everything he was doing when I asked and was very very polite. I have used numerous plumbers over the last 20 years here in the metroplex but from now on will only be using this guy. His work is neat and his truck is even neater. I have seen plumber s trucks before that looked like trash heaps. His was spotless and neat from top to bottom. He has all of the correct tools and then some that I have never seen before. I even learned a few plumbing tricks from him. Do yourself a favor and give him a call. You will not be disappointed in his work. He stayed till the work was done and cleaned up everything, including MY tools, and left the house looking better than it did before he arrived. I apologize to his wife for calling him out on a Sunday. I wont do that again, but I will certainly call him for any future plumbing needs. -

Fred was absolutely amazing! He was literally my life saver. I dropped my engagement ring down the shower drain and was in a nervous frenzy. I was not aware that there is a P-Trap that mostly likely caught it, so it was a very very stressful event. We spent two hours trying to vacuum it out, trying to fish it out, trying to see down with a camera, but no luck. Then Fred just so happen to check the tube of the shop vac and voilà, there it was.I will definitely keep Leak in mind if I ever run across any other plumbing issues. He provided me with great customer service. -
