    Enco Plumbing Company was amazing! I had Sirius plumbing come out first to figure out the leak but they could not locate the leak and left withe leaving mess behind. Enco Master Plumber was able to quickly pinpoint the leak. It shows their efficiency and expertise in handling plumbing issues. They were super friendly, fixed my slab leak, and even worked with me on the payment. I highly recommend their services for any plumbing needs. Thank you so much Richard.

    Chris deserves the 5-stars, him and the on-call service are top-notch communication, fast work, and fixing any problem that we might throw at them.They were even on-call for a New Years Eve party (with 30+ family) and the entire toilet system stopped working AFTER some family had already arrived! It was looking disastrous after trying several types of plunging, snaking, and even trying to remove a toilet and snake it from there. To no avail.They got us up and running in no time. They were able to diagnose just with my (very lamen) description in minutes. Thanks again for saving the night!

    I called ENCO on a Sunday afternoon for a clogged drain that if it remained clogged, would stop my AC. They had a plumber, James dispatched to my house within the hour. After a quick review of what was going on, James informed me of what he was going to do and made certain I understood the cost as this was a Sunday afternoon. James wen to work quickly and cleared the clog in no time at all. James packed up his gear and ensured the area was cleaned up and provided me pointers on some thing I could do in the future to prevent further issues. James is a very knowledgeable and was really nice to talk to. ENCO has a great Employee who speaks very highly of ENCO.

    These guys are truly ROCKSTARS I had a major water main leak and the City told me it was on my side of the meter so I was responsible for fixing it. I panicked because I expected the cost would be outrageously expensive and I would be without water for a few days. To my relief, Cody came out the same day, after 5:00pm to help me and he found the leak and fixed it within an hour. The cost to fix the break after hours was way lower than I expected which I am so thankful , I will use them for any future plumbing needs.

    These guys are ROCKSTARS! Cody was amazing and found the problem immediately! We had another plumber come out and he was horrible! Cody helped us when we had to speak with Plano Public Works department and told them exactly what was going on with the water main break that he discovered. Were grateful for the wonderful service that we received from ENCO and will be using them again, if needed. Also, the lady in the office taking the phone call was amazing as well.     Enco came to fix a bathroom sink that was clogged beyond my DYI skills. I called at 715 in the morning and by 1015 they had a technician at the house to take a look at the problem. James explained what he would do and the cost to clear the drain. James did this in a timely manner explained what he found. He also gave some preventative suggestions. Kudos to the Enco Team!

    This was a 2 part job that was serviced over 2 days 1 week apart. The 2 plumbers (James and Chris) knew their stuff and the problems are fixed. Complete professionals with great attitudes. They even made it a point to snail mail me all of the paper invoices for the transactions so that I can have them for my records. The only issue is the nuisance of the air pocket that I hope eventually will go away over time thats causing the water hammer effect that started happening after the first repair. Nothing structurally wrong but its just annoying. Other than that I recommend these guys.

    Robert, the dispatcher, made every effort to accommodate the problem I was dealing with at my house. He rescheduled 3 visits to finish the repairs...solely because I did not have the right parts.Luke, the technician, was very patient to help me to secure the right part, explain how the repair needs to happen.     Had a leak early Saturday morning of a holiday weekend which required the water to be completely shut off. Chris and James were fantastic at working to diagnose the issue in a timely manner, explaining our options and making the necessary repairs for a reasonable price.     After having a second water backup in a little over a year, I needed some peace of mind (as much as is possible) that there werent any other potential problems lurking. They ran a camera under the house and in the yard, a hydrostatic test and water pressure test. Chris was very knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and good at explaining things.     Saturday night, Memorial weekend, around 9:00 pm, we inadvertently discovered that one of our sinks was overflowing. I wasnt very hopeful that someone would actually come out. Enco did, and they sent out one of their superstar plumbers that was on call. He arrived within the hour, he was on point, extremely nice, very knowledgeable and thorough, and took care of the problem. I was not expecting this kind of service late Saturday night of a long weekend. I highly recommend this great team and company.

    I have used Enco plumbing during my recent home renovation. During the deep freeze this winter one of the pipes in the 2nd floor bathroom was leaking, and fearing that my pipes had burst, I called my contractor in a panic. Enco plumbing came promptly (within 30 minutes after my call) and turned off the water, then fixed the leaking pipe a few days later. Subsequent visits they were always on time, professional, and got the various jobs done efficiently. Luke and Jason in particular get a shout out for their professionalism and good work. I highly recommend them and Enco will be my go-to plumbers for future projects/issues.

Not only was the quoted price better than others in the area and they were able to get me an appointment within two days, Jason went above and beyond to complete my job (pipe was screwed on so tightly that it took extra work & tools just to get it off), at no additional cost. He even made sure that brand new parts I purchased previously were retained. Then, when it came time to pay (the exact original estimate at that!) Paige was quick to provide confirmation right away.     Awesome first experience! I have used numerous plumbing companies as I have an older house that has needed lots of renovation and repair. No company ever impressed me like this! They answered the phone on a Sunday. They got a crew out before noon the next day. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They provided valuable advise to avoid the problem in the future. They provided a referral for remediation for the leak which is the same company my insurance agency recommended (I have a great insurance agency, so I trust that referral). I need to be better remembering names, but their service tech numbers are #35 and #45, so they can be recognized by the company. ENCO will get my call and referral for sure in the future.

    I was recently in need of non-residential commercial services for the business that I manage. Enco could not have been any better with handling my project.     Great overall experience. Spoke to Richard and explained my issue. We are a repeat customer however wasn’t sure if they installed our hot water heater. They did not. I was impressed by the first impression with Richard and decided to make an appointment.Cody and Eric showed up the next morning. Very professional and respectful. Quickly diagnosed an element needed replacing. Our system was under warranty. Cody took the time to get with manufacturer and secure the part kit. Anyone could have told me I needed an element and charged for the part. I would have been none the wiser. He installed the kit (2 thermostats and both elements) and showed me he left the working parts in case of future issue. The labor cost was well worth my peace of mind.The reason I used respectful is the way Cody explained the issue. Because of my husbands health I have taken on the house repairs. He answered my questions and did not make me feel bad about my lack of understanding the mechanics of the hot water heater.I will not have an issue in the future finding a plumber because they are my go to plumbing company!     The plumber Cody did such an excellent work on our outside pipe. Our outside pipe broke and the whole front yard turned to a big pool. Cody was not only very efficient with his time and fixed the pipe very quickly but also he was very courteous and provided a great consultation about possible future issues and what to do about them. What I really appreciated about Cody’s approach that he didn’t simply replace the pipe as it was but rather installed improvements to include a double shut off point and a higher box. Overall, this was such a positive experience and I would recommend the Enco plumbing to all my friends and family in a heart beat.

    Let me preface by saying I NEVER write reviews, so the fact that Im writing one for ENCO by itself attests to them being an overall excellent company. I have used ENCO now about three times over the past couple of years for different issues, including leaking water heater, replacing water heaters, and sewage pipe issues. Their responsiveness is unmatched, and I have had immediate callbacks and someone at my place within the same day, if not a couple of hours. Their plumbers are very experienced and professional, making sure to explain everything in detail and ensuring a thorough, high quality job.     Enco responded to our call over the weekend. We had a gas leak coming from the external riser and advised us promptly of what we needed to do. They then coordinated with City services,p and the gas utility to get us turned back on very quickly!     Responsiveness, Quality work and Professionalism in timely manner.I’ve used Enco Plumbing for the second time today. Jason, was the same service technician who helped me last year as well. People often look at electricians and plumbers as a very expensive service call. But I must say, Enco changed my perception. They are courteous and professional. The repair was done on my tankless water heater in timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. Jason is one of the most professional people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He knew exactly where the problem was, diagnosed it, got the needed part and fixed the problem without any difficulties.     We reached out to ENCO Plumbing for a water leak alongside the front of the home. ENCO Plumbing quickly diagnosed the issue and presented us several options on how to fix the problem. We opted to install a new PEX pipe that ran from the home and connected at the water meter. This was a big, complex job that included excavation throughout the yard. ENCO Plumbing kept us informed step by step on all work that was being done. We felt comfortable and confident in ENCO Plumbing’s ability to complete this work successfully. We have used them in the past for other jobs and they have “always” provided us with exceptional customer service. They stand by their work and are always willing to go the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction. Their team is highly qualified/skilled and very customer focused.     We needed a garbage disposal replaced and Enco was able to take care of this for us on the same day we called for service. It may not have been the least expensive option in town, but the tech (Luke) did a great job and even made an adjustment to the p-trap on the other side of our sink which never seemed to drain well and now it is working great as well!

    ENCO plumbing really bailed me out of a huge jam. I was remodeling a bathroom and part of the remodel was new tile and hardy board under it as it is on the second floor. Because the toilet was now raised higher than before the toilet no longer connected properly to the floor. When I turned the water to the toilet on it flooded everywhere. I called ENCO and Richard returned my call within 3 minutes. He had me turn off the water and they squeezed me into their schedule the next day to come fix my toilet. I cannot say enough about Richard and his crew. Fast response to my phone call and the two guys that came out were nothing short of true professionals. If you ever find yourself needing a plumber call ENCO. They now have a customer for life.

    We had to have a toilet and a garbage disposal installed and were initially going to use a company we had used in the past until they sent over a rude and angry plumber, just completely unprofessional. I searched and found ENCO Plumbing and we were so happy with the work Cody did. Since we did not know anything about toilets, we bought one that was a very tight fit and most plumbers probably would say it did not fit but Cody was able to make it fit.     We needed a lot of re-pipping under our house, last year and after the last few plumbers left a bad taste in our mouth (and were rude) we tried one more company , Enco. They came and checked it all out, and turns out the other companies had it WAY over priced and Encos pricing was much much more reasonable.     If I could give 10 stars I would. I have used Enco for years and they have always come through. One Easter morning when a water heater is in my attic started flooding they were climbing in attic and installing a new one. Today I got a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal installed. While he was there he also tightened my toilet handle and it no longer joggled and often kept running. I recommended this company to my business when their plumber gave them an outrageous price.     I called Enco plumbing the morning after the Fourth of July holiday. We had a major water leak on the holiday the day before. Needless to say, our holiday was ruined. I called Enco before their normal business hours hoping to get on their schedule for that day. Thankfully the scheduler was able to fit us in that very same day. I was expecting them to show up much later in the day, but he told me that they had an opening at that exact time and would be on their way in fifteen minutes.Cody and Josh showed up on time and were able to diagnose the problem. They repaired the leak and repaired some other old parts on my water heater and washer/dryer connection while they were there for an additional fee for their extra time and materials. Both guys were friendly and knowledgeable, and they fixed the items that I asked with no unnecessary upselling. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing issue. Please note that the repairs were not cheap, but were in line with my expectations. It’s hard to haggle with someone when you’re standing in several inches of water, if you know what I mean. That being said, any time you need a plumber, you’re probably in a bad situation already. As I said, I would recommend them to my friends, and will definitely call them again when I need plumbing services. I’m just hoping that it’s not too soon!

    I will start off by saying it is very difficult to find companies that stand behind their work in DFW and ENCO is one of the few companies that does just that. I contacted ENCO regarding water hammer in my pipes when I turn my sprinklers on. This was a complicated issue as it sometimes happened, sometimes didnt. Long story short, it took several trips for them to fix the issue as it was an issue nobody had ever seen before. After the original repairs which did not work, they came out many times at no cost to myself other than parts until the issue was fixed. Im almost positive they lost money on my job due to all the service calls but I was amazed that they kept coming out until I was 100% satisfied.I am very please with their service, how professionally they handled this complicated job, and I now have no water hammer in my pipes. 5 stars.

I explained to them the situation and they came out and found that I had a slab leak.     So my washer machine valve was corded, and had been slowly leaking water for like 1-2 weeks, figured out it was coming from the valve upon looking behind the washer. I tried the remove old one and had no luck, my wife tried also to make sure I wasnt just weak, and well no luck. I did a google search for plumbers near my area, (Corinth) and Enco showed up. They came out Monday for 67$ bucks, which isnt bad, on weekend or after 4pm I think the cost jumps to $120ish? Well I wasnt home, but my wife was and the technician Colten was able to get the old valve off after many attempts, (the last resort and probably more costly was to cut intot he dry wall and remove/replace the old pipe) he also fixed our bathrooms sinks that were abit clogged up. I wasnt personally there to meet this man, but my wife was extremely happy with the service and the overall cost of everything. I would highly recommend these guys, and if I ever have a issue Im calling them. Im super pleased with there service, def, def recommend!

    Panic was not far away when I noticed a huge water leak in the front yard-coming from somewhere underneath. I was happy that Ive chosen ENCO Plumbing Inc. Btw, they came recommended to me by 2 people. Basically and due to age, I needed a whole new waterline for the front yard. Especially one of ENCOs Technicians, Cody, dug the 1st day, all by himself, for hours non-stop--no breaks in between. I honestly never experienced any plumbing svc. like Ive received from ENCO. In addition, they work with Seniors and are extremely competitive price-wise. All there is left now--for the City to come out for inspection/permit, which ENCO said they will take care for me also. This was definitely Customer Svc. to rave about! Thank you, ENCO!!!

    I strongly recommend the service provided by the ENCO team. The team was very professional; every time I reached out, the coordinator Paige promptly reacted to my request and provided latest update to the project. My appointment was scheduled on the same day I called for the service. When the technician Cody was on-site for evaluation, he used an easy way to explain why water pressure fluctuation at the level he observed could have caused the issue I encountered at my house. He also answered all of my questions patiently. After the consultation, I got detailed diagnostic notes so that I was able to discuss with my family to decide if a pressure regulating valve is needed. I was glad to be able to make an informed decision regarding the service. Cody was responsible for the work and got the job done nicely and quickly. The ENCO team was very responsive during the process and I would definitely recommend their services!!
