    Chad was very professional! We had a water leak that seemed to be in our spare bathroom. He used his expertise to find our A/C unit was leaking in our closet behind the bathroom. He was upfront and honest with pricing and repair cost. Prices were competitive to others plumbers used in the past. We will use him again for the simple fact that he told us everything that he was searching for before the work was done. No hidden charges. He even snaked our drain for the A/C line which we didn’t know about.

    Chad replaced water cut off valves in front flower bed. Over the years so much dirt had gotten into the valve box that you couldnt find the valves at all! Chad replaced pipes, valves, and filled the box with pea gravel to allow any water from rain to drain off and keep the valves accessible. He quoted a price which I accepted and kept to that price. I would recommend Coles Plumbing.

    I would highly recommend Coles Plumbing! I was revamping my kitchen and called around for estimates from several plumbing companies.     This man bend over backwards to help us after four other plumbers failed to find the problem. He drove over an hour twice to come to Fort Worth and finally helped get out gas turned back on. If you need an expert plumber, Cole is your man.

    We called Coles plumbing because we had a leak somewhere in the yard. He was very professional and came out earlier than the time he scheduled us. He talked to us about everything that was going on and gave us updated on how much it would cost before he even did it. The price was very fair, we actually thought it was going to cost in the thousands but only came out to $570 with tax. I’m so grateful we found this company and 10 out of 10 recommend.

    Wow! I am amazed with how great our experience was with Coles Plumbing! We had an issue and called at 8:30AM, they were at the house by 10:30AM and had everything fixed shortly thereafter. I was concerned that the price would be crazy since it was same-day, but it was very reasonable. Chad was incredible as well. He was thorough, kind and informative. If we ever need plumbing service, Coles will be the first number we call. Thank you very much!!! :)

    I noticed a leak around my driveway and called Coles. Chad showed up the same morning I called and located the leak under the driveway. He was able to repair the leak by digging out the mud under the driveway and was able access the pipe. I have had this main water line leak before and repaired by a well known large plumber company before and Coles price was almost half and the fix was far more difficult. He is very professional and responsive. Support your independent trades man. They try harder.

    WOW!! I cannot say enough great things about my experience. I called another plumber and got an estimate of over 350 to fix my hot water heater, which I knew wasn’t right. I called Cole’s plumbing and left a voicemail. He called me back about an hour later and was able to get to the house later THAT DAY!!! Fixed my hot water heater for less than half of what the other guy estimated. Got the work done in under 20 mins. Was super friendly and was willing to call my home warranty to work with them!So glad I called!

    Chad was easily the best plumber we have had come out. He was honest, courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing. We were staring down a very different situation and he managed to dislodge the clog within 15 minutes.He came out the morning we called, and took the time to explain what equipment he used and why it worked. To say we are grateful would be an understatement. If you are like for an incredible plumber with not only experience, but also kindness and advice. Go with this guy. We will be using him for any and all needs we have regarding plumbing in the future.

    Hi everyone! Unfortunately, our tankless water heater, which was only a year old busted from the freeze. We called lots of plumbers and all were busy. One company came and charged us to barely peak in the attic and told us it was frozen and nothing could be done. We told themit was frozen before they came out! We got a heater up there and thawed it out and they would not return to help. Then, we called COLE’S PLUMBING! YAY!!! CHAD came out at 8pm to replace the entire tankless heater! He had been up since 4:30am on calls and was pleasant and kind about our situation. When he pulled up, he was on the phone. Turns out a neighbor saw his truck coming to our house and asked if he could help them next. So, he finished our house around 10 and then went to a neighbors. I found my new plumber! GIVE THEM A TRY, you won’t be sorry.

    Coles plumbing came quickly for an estimate, he was half the price of Scottco for the same repair of a new gas line from the meter to the house. They stuck to their estimate, and had to fix some leaks inside the house also when completed to pass the city inspection at the price he quoted for the additional repair which he explained up front at the initial estimate. They worked fast and had the gas line dug up and replaced within 24 hours, city inspected and back up and running within 48 hours.

    With recent snow storms we were sure we had plumbing leak in ceiling. They came out and inspected and showed me how to diagnose and see that the issue was due to roof issues and not plumbing. He refused payment because he didn’t need to do diagnostic tests to see the real issue! An honest man and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!

    We found Coles plumbing from a friend of a friend and man when I tell you, this company is our go to plumber here on out, I mean it. Chad, the owner, came late in the evening to fix the toilet. He helped us without question, even though he was on his way home for the day.     I had an emergency with my plumbing. I called 8 local companies before I was told to call Chad at Cole’s Plumbing. He came instantly. I really believe the good Lord above was watching over me!! He had to deal with a corroded pipe that was about to break and cause a tremendous amount of damage. It was NOT an easy fix.     I called Coles plumbing for their services for an inspection on a home Im hoping to buy. The previous owners hadnt done a sewer line check before they bought it. So I decided I wanted to have a thorough check on it. I called them on Monday and they came out the same day. It was a huge weight off my shoulders to know I didnt have any sewer problems to worry about. From start to finish it was a little over an hour! I highly recommend Coles Pluming for any situation you have!
