    Vast technical knowledge, skill, and excellent customer service are a rare combination in the trades. Youll find that combination with Curtis.I needed a plumber to help with a 2 new bathroom addition project. The plumbing was the most critical part of the project, dictating the location and layout of the bathrooms. I interviewed a large number of plumbers. Some had a rough idea of what they would do, others said they would figure it out on the job, and Curtis sent me detailed drawings and diagrams. That gave me peace of mind from the beginning of the project and allowed me to layout the bathrooms in the most efficient design. I chose Curtis because he was able to thoroughly explain what needed to be done, he offered me the right price for the project, and I could tell he would be easy to work with. I couldnt have been more satisfied.He installed new plumbing to the 2nd floor and a tub with shower head, toilet, and vanity in each bathroom. He also installed plumbing and a washer hookup in a new location and an ice line for the ice maker in the freezer. He was punctual, worked efficiently, and offered sage advice throughout the project. He was always easy to reach by text or call. And when I needed a pipe moved or fixture changed, Curtis would stop by the same day or the following day. You cant ask for a more dedicated plumber than that.I hope to have him on every job from now on.

    Incredible experience. Curtis gave a very reasonable gasfitting quote that not just won, but DESTROYED the competition in our bidding process. He laid nearly 80 feet of piping across our garage, through our terrifying crawlspace, through our basement and up into our kitchen, and even provided attachments for future gas appliances (we were just getting a gas stove to start) — all in just two days. He also made the final connection, coordinated the inspections, AND even followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy with his work.And as an added bonus (for those who believe animals have the best judge of character), our notoriously cynical dog warmed up to Curtis right away. 1000% recommend!

    I cannot recommend Curtis at Dale Plumbing/Heating/Gas enough.I manage a couple of properties and had a plumbing emergency on Fourth of July weekend last year. Curtis was the only plumber (I called five!) who called me back. He wasnt able to help me out that time, but he quickly found me a plumber who could. His responsiveness and humility really stood out, and thats why Ive been calling him back for the (many) issues that have come up since. That and he charges 2/3 what the next guy does. But honestly, even if he raised his rates Id still call him when I have issues, because Ive found a plumber who is kind and respectful, responds and schedules quickly, and does great work every single time.I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone I know who needs a plumber, and now even strangers on the internet.So far I have called him for:- Several No Heat Calls (for a very old gas boiler that just didnt want to quit yet)- Gas Boiler Replacement (for that same gas boiler that finally did quit on the coldest day of the year)- Two Water Heater Replacements- Drain Pipe RepairId be comfortable calling him for:- Literally anything, because even if he cant do it, Im sure he can refer me to someone who can

    We have been having problems with our thermocouple always burning out and replacing it more than what is considered normal. We gave Curtis a call and received a call back and visit almost immediately after. We initially called about a boiler replacement. But Curtis being one of the last honest plumbers out there said that the boiler was in good condition and he couldnt consciously sell us a new boiler. Long story short, we had the pilot assembly with thermocouple replaced and we are up and running again. Thank you Curtis for your honesty and professionalism.

    Mr. Dale was very professional as we have begun my water filtration project- he pointed me in the direction of a viable option for filtering out PFAS, which was my primary concern for contacting a plumber. He was very responsive to my questions, had a flexible schedule to visit my home for the inspection/estimate process, clearly communicated throughout the process and helped me with a few minor projects at my house while putting together the estimate. He did a great job with the initial installation, ensuring best materials and assuring that all the details were covered. He also came back to replace the filters after the initial year of service.     Curtis is an absolute pro, and you’re doing yourself a solid to work with him. He was just starting on his own when I first called him, and we may have been his first gas conversion / combi-unit install for his own company? Either way, we were blown away at how knowledgeable and skilled he is, especially for a young, early career guy.To this day, people walk by the manifold he did for the heater/furnace and stare at it, because it looks like an art installation it’s so clean and precise. Literally 2 different architects , at different times, have taken pictures of this manifold, because it’s so striking. Even down to the individual solders on the copper, all super tight and clean.Since then, have had him work on a handful of things here, and he’s always responsive, efficient, and totally fair. Goes above and beyond. Start working with him now before he blows up.
