    Excellent customer service. The technician, Josh, that came to my house to install a new hot water heater and replace my kitchen faucet was very knowledgeable, and polite. He took the time to ask me if I had any questions as well. I will definitely use Heritage again.

    Jason and his helper arrived at the designated time and after looking at the bathroom problem, asked for my explanation of what had occurred. Once they had my perspective, they did their examination, explained what needed to be done and gave me the cost of the project. They then proceeded to work diligently on the repair and finished much faster than I anticipated. Both plumbers were very professional, demonstrated a deep knowledge of their trade and were most accommodating. I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

Justin and Shy were very helpful in coordinating our installation across multiple projects and each of the technicians took the time and care to make sure the entire job came together in the end.     My wife and I moved to the Merrimac area last year and were lucky to find Heritage to help us get our new home fully functioning. Today we had our fourth call with Heritage and fourth excellent experience. Last night, I discovered ice patches in the guest apartment over our garage and called the general number at 4:30pm. They sent over Scott this morning at 8am. Amazingly quick response. They are a big company with a small, locally owned and operated attitude. Three different plumbers on four calls and no BS, they were all friendly, patient and experts at their work. And they donā€™t gouge with their rates or try to sell you things or services you donā€™t ask for or need. I canā€™t recommend this plumbing and heating company enough.

    We needed a new boiler system and called Heritage Home Service because of the rave reviews we found on Google Maps and we were very happy we did. When I called I was able to speak with someone immediately and schedule a rep to come and discuss options and go over all the specifics of what we required. Everyone we spoke with was helpful, friendly and available if we needed additional information. They were able to schedule our job when we needed it to be done and the process was effortless.The day of the job the installers arrived promptly, got to work and did a great job every day they were here. Everyone was a pleasure to be around and I was especially happy with how clean, neat and detail oriented they were. When they finished in one area they didnt move on without making sure they vacuumed and left nothing behind. If there was a problem they immediately brought it to our attention and it was solved. We were told the installation would take 3 days and thats exactly what it took. We really cant say enough great things about them and wouldnt hesitate to hire them again and also refer our family and friends to them.Thanks again Heritage Home Service for a job well done.

    Had Josh come out and save the day as the original technician had to cancel. He replaced a water valve incredibly fast. Took the time to explain everything that he was going to do beforehand and made the process easy to follow!Only reason for 4 stars is I had to call in to learn my appointment was late after the time range they specified had gone by. After learning the technician had cancelled, I didnā€™t hear about when the next technician would be in until an hour later when he was on his way.

    I had Andrew and Kevin from Heritage Home Services come over to clean my air ducts, and they were fantastic! Super friendly and got the job done quickly. They explained everything they were doing, which I appreciated. My house feels so much fresher now. Highly recommend these guys!

    So, had my annual furnace service this past Friday. James was my tech and he arrived earlier than anticipated, but that was fine. My dog Angus greeted James as he was coming into the house and he liked him. James is obviously seasoned and very professional, he quickly identified a bad circulator, replaced it, along with a new expansion tank. I do hope James is available in the future, Id prefer to stay with the same guy. Thank you.

    I was skeptical calling Heritage- it is hard to find good plumbers. After meeting Will and seeing how fast he fixed my low water pressure, I was impressed! He was amazing. He fixed the problem fast and efficiently! Absolutely recommend Heritage- and if you call ask for Will!!!

    I was very pleased with Ryans work. He installed a new outdoor faucet, and two new sinks, and faucets in the main bathroom as well as new shut-offs to those sinks. He was thorough and even critiqued the work of other plumbers who did slipshod work. He took time to teach me about the water shut offs to all the new faucets. He was patient and efficient. I gave him Trick or Treat candy to thank him (as well as paying the bill.)

    Heritage Home Service responded quickly to a surprise burst hot water heater. The unit failed in the middle of the week. I made one call, they set an appointment for the next day and knowing I had time commitments called me back and get the appointment an hour earlier. As for the service itself Daniel did an amazing job outlining my options as well as ensuring that I have support for my other home needs. Daniel was professional, thoughtful, focused on getting the work done efficiently and my dogs loved him. I canā€™t recommend this company and Daniel in particular more. I will be calling them for all of my home service needs in the future.

    Anthony did a very thorough job of cleaning 2 clogged drains. Very transparent with the pricing and estimates. Cleaned carefully at the end.I wouldnt hesitate to call Heritage again for my plumbing needs.

    I had James from Heritage Heating come to my home today, he came to change my thermostat. Arrived at the window of time I was given. When he arrived. I explained about the birds nest that was built in the outside vent. He made a phone call to see if he had time to remove the nest so I could have heat meanwhile my next appointment is in a couple of weeks. To clean my furnace. Now I have heat. He was so polite and courteous. I would use and recommend James to everyone I know. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

    My dryer vent cleaning was easy to schedule. The technicians arrived promptly within the scheduled window, completed the work in under an hour, and charged me a price at the bottom of the price range I had been quoted on the phone. I have nothing but positive things to say about this work!

    We called the day after Thanksgiving, which we realize is a very busy day for plumbers! They were very friendly and responsive, and set a time to come between 4 and 6 pm. They called back late morning, as theyā€™d had a cancellation, and arrived before noon. We were all set soon after, and the price was very reasonable. The plumber, Nick, was very friendly and professional.

    Everyone that we interacted with were super professional. Heritage was able to fit us in within 24 hours notice, which also happened to be the day before Thanksgiving! Very grateful. Also, I learned that you should service your water heater every yearā€¦ otherwise it might leak all over your basement after only seven yearsā€¦ but Heritage was great about getting us back on our feet and educating us on how ti take care of it. Probably a bit pricier than the others, but you get what you pay for with these guys, especially youā€™re in a pinch!

    The service provided by Josh, our Heritage Home plumber was exceptional.We have a gas furnace that is close to 25 years old. The part we needed was no longer available but Josh was able to adapt a universal part to fit the bill.He was do thorough diagnosing the problem.

    Curtis and Matt did the installation in one day. The next day it was discovered that the basement heaters were not working, so Michael came out that morning, discovered that the circuit breaker was bad, and replaced it with a new one. He also adjusted the breaker panel so it aligned with the wall and trim boards. Good job.

    Brandon was great, on time, polite, neat, explained everything even given the very old plumbing in my momā€™s house. Heritage was one of the few plumbers that actually answered the phone. We had a small hiccup with timing we planned but quickly rescheduled. I thought the final price for the job was pretty expensive to replace two shut off valves ($600) but since I donā€™t live here and didnā€™t have the tools to do it myself I didnā€™t have many options. My experience with Brandon and the support staff was great, all professional but donā€™t expect anything to be inexpensive. They will give you a price before they begin the work but charge a fee if you donā€™t use them fyi.

    Tuesday 10/1/24 my water heater died. I called one place and told me they couldnt get to it until 10/7/24. I called Heritage Home Service and I got an appointment the next morning. Josh, the technician came, we went over the pricing and I decided to get a new tank. Josh got the tank and installed it. He went over everything. Josh was very professional and explained how everything works. If you have problems, I definitely would recommend using HHS. Thanks again Josh.

    Mike D. was out yesterday to perform our yearly boiler maintenance for the first time. We recently switched from another HVAC company that had proven to be unreliable and only interested in upselling service/parts/systems. He educated me more on our HVAC components, in one visit, than previous companyā€™s had done in years of sub par service.     Our water heater started leaking. Plumber arrived quickly assessed the problem and said he would come back to do the work in the morning. He arrived on time. Very professional and explained everything. Went above and beyond to also insulate the pipes. Highly recommend.

    Had a boiler at the original installer did not come on scheduled date. Called heritage have to see a 7:00 p.m. in the evening they thought the next afternoon. It was a Friday text date on top of everything it needed apart he expressed to the office please keep me updated as to where the part was and to please make sure the schedule was reading the engine soon as the part came in tonight the installation. Jim the installer stayed in touch with me as soon as he knew where the part was and how soon it could possibly get to the warehouse. All involved kept me updated and Jim is very personable and up front about about everything. I am thankful for they great service

    Heritage took over maintenance of my boiler after the local company that installed it closed.It did take a couple of rescheduling calls for them to come over as they worked longer on the other jobs than expected. That might be an inconvenience but when it happened at my house, that could be a good thing. Angel, the tech that visited my house, was super friendly and very informative on what he was doing and what he found. The unit is over 8 years old so it should be expected that some parts are outdated and need replacing and thats what Angel did. He went over what he was replacing and why so thats a big plus in my book. For me, it was definitely a good experience using Heritage.

    I would highly recommend Mike from Herritage. He came out on a Sunday as we had no AC. We were told we may have to cut the wall in order to access the panel box. Mike was going to make the cuts in a way that it would still look nice. He tried one last time to remove the panel cover and was successful. He also found an exposed live wire that we need to deal with and he provided feedback on some other electrical questions we had. We will be calling Mike for additional services in the coming weeks. Thank you Mike for addressing our issues, timely, professionally, and at a reasonable cost. Thank you for getting our AC up and running again.

    I called Heritage after two previous plumbers said theyā€™d come, then either never called back or showed up, for a simple replacement of the shower and tub setup. Scott and his associate arrived that day to do an estimate, directed me to what steps I could take to get the best results, and then arrived for the follow up visit as scheduled another day or so later. He was courteous, professional, and ended up having to take a much longer time than expected to do the job, but it looks beautiful now. Iā€™m so glad that when you call Heritage, you can rest assured theyā€™ll come back and not leave until the job is done!

    Not impressed that Heritage sent someone that they wouldnt allow to do the job I needed done (which was clearly described in the online booking process), but Will was prompt, courteous and did everything he could to make things easier and more efficient for the technician at the rescheduled appointment in 4 days time.     Heritage home services was fantastic. We had multiple challenging projects at our house, including transitioning from a 110 to a 220 amp service; installing a heat pump, water heater and electric car charger. The electric car charger was particularly challenging because a trench had to be dug in an area of the yard that had a lot of tree roots and rocks. Heritage home services scheduling was easy, professional, and timely. The electricians were very knowledgeable took their time to explain their work, showed up on time and didnā€™t cut any corners. They had to come back three times to dig the trench to fit the electric charger cable. They stuck with it when nobody else would even take the job. While slightly more expensive, It was worth the trade-off in reliability and professionalism. Highly recommend.

The Heritage team was nothing but professional and responsive, knowing that we were in a no-heat situation. The Project Manager, Dexter Cull, was informative and fastidious as he performed a detailed survey and analysis to correctly size the new boiler at a competitive price, provided options on financing, and got us on the calendar for 2 days later. The installation team, led by Dylan Gibbons, were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. They worked long hours on a Friday to get our heat back on for the weekend.Overall, the heritage team went above and beyond to rectify a bad situation. This was a quality installation, done the correct way, with professionalism, at a reasonable price. Not sure you can ask for much more.     This is my second time using Heritage Home Service, and my first time needing a plumber. First off, I was contacted by Heritage Home Service in a timely manner about setting up a time for someone to come help me. Scott came out the next morning to help me with a backed up drain in my kitchen sink. Within 2 minutes he was able to identify the problem, as well as explain things to me as he worked. He got my garbage disposal to work again and the backed up drain hasnt been an issue since. It was a quick fix, and I cant recommend Heritage Home Service enough.

    Heritage home service was amazing & so professional. I contacted them on a Sunday morning and the staff at the office were so nice and so accommodating with me. They helped me figure out a time that day to get our furnace service. Our technician was Matt Malagoldi. He arrived in the time frame that they offered for us. Prior to his arrival he called to let me know that he was on his way and reassured me that he would wait and discuss everything with my husband and I. Matt was very knowledgeable and patient. He got our heat to work and explained everything to us. We had such a wonderful experience, and now we are members.

    I called Heritage when my furnace was blowing out soot. They sent someone out fast he called ahead letting me know he was on his way. Matt was thorough and explained everything he was doing shy he was doing it and the effect it has on the furnace. There were a couple other issues he understood financially it would be difficult but offered to send quotes and recommended I try to get ahead of the issues which I agree with. I signed up with their program so I can keep up with maintenance so I donā€™t have to worry again

    Overall experience was good. Very personable, completed work in a timely fashion.Arrived later than we had talked about, expected 8 AM , unable to install standard vanity, due to requirements for modifications. During quote Scott had stated he could modify & install vanity (std size) if cabinet only. I bought vanity with drawers- thinking one drawer could be removed if needed to be accommodated . Service was timely, very good.Price was higher than quoted, quote was $241. Required new flange for toilet. Still quote included new valve & flange.

    Our experience with Heritage was extremely positive. We were very satisfied with the work done. Their first visit to our home was friendly and cordial. They were very upfront with pricing and details of the job, even fixing a temporary leak until the scheduled job the following week. Our job included a water heater replacement. Daniel and Mike were very courteous and did a top quality job. For Electrical work Mike was outstanding. The same can be said for Daniels plumbing.. He is very detail oriented explaining each and every detail of the job and offering suggestions. He even stayed after hours until the job was finished.I would not hesitate to hire Daniel or Mike the next time we need work done. If you need quality work this is the place.
