    We had an electrical outlet that went out. It took out half my kitchen including my stove. I called and greeted politely and explained my issue. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I was grateful as its can be busy and not always the case. Travis came out on time and found the issue in a timely manner. Explained everything as he went along, and answered any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable. His apprentice also very kind and knowledgeable. We have other things to be done in time and we will be calling on Sam Co. again.

    They listen to what we needed. They gave us options, but were not pushy. Communication and timeliness were spot on. Their entire crew was polite and thorough.     Hillary and Gage came out and figured out my problem and fixed it. They did a great job and they also found further problems that were not up to code we were not aware of. They were very honest and I appreciate their work. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

    Dont know if my particular need on the morning of July 19 came at a particularly lucky time or not, but the technician William was here with his sidekick Gage within half an hour of my call for Help!!! and were able to fix things up within another half hour. Ive used SAMCO in the past and call them MY electricians. Highly recommended.

    I give Samco 5 stars for several reasons:1) Timely in-home visit and quote; this was very important to me as I was tired of having a dark exterior to my home and inside my garage.2) The owner and gentlemen on the crew were very nice and knowledgeable in their field, made me feel very comfortable with them in my home, and they didnt shy away from dealing with a home with pets.3) Andrea at Samco was very friendly and welcoming when I stopped in to pay my deposit and was very accommodating with communicating with me through text.     We had an issue with our main breaker. At first it was thought we would need a whole new breaker box but they wanted to consult with the boss. He was there within 10 min & was determined we just needed the main breaker replaced. They needed to order the part - as soon as it arrived they called & came out to fix our issue. The whole time Andrea was in touch with me - letting me know when they were on there way to the house & followed up the next day to make sure everything was working as it should. I would definitely recommend SamCo for any electrical job & if we ever need other electrical help they will be the one we call - especially sense the other company I called first took a message & I have yet to hear back from them.     They were able to get out relatively quickly to help repair outside electrical systems after storm damage. My only complaint is that they didnt tell us that they left the emergency shutoff breaker on the outside of the house off, and we didnt even know such a thing existed. That would have been helpful as we spent an extra day without electricity thinking it was on Dukes end. Overall pleased with the work but frustrated with that key piece of information not being given to us.

We have received many compliments on our lights and the security system is a tremendous help with vandalism and crime.     I could not asked for a better experience working with Sam and his guys. We were back and forth with the scope of the project for a while. Once we got on the same page it was great. I had an electrical panel converted in basement and the disconnect upgraded outside. Every day they were there on time and they never left me wondering.
