    Overall, our experience was great. They did mis-schedule us, but were extremely apologetic and were able to get a new appointment scheduled relatively quickly.The guys who did the work were very pleasant and professional and seemed to get a decently sized job done pretty quickly. They also did excellent work.The only other knock would be that when we had our estimate done, we had a couple of other small tasks that we had estimates for and on the day of the project, there was no mention of it. When asked, the gents who were there to do the main job didnt have any knowledge about the smaller jobs.The overall experience was great and they came in much cheaper than we had already been quoted. Id definitely use Crossroads Electric again!

    We had some electrical issues after a recent round of storms and were given Crossroads info, which came highly recommended. They came out same day as initial contact and got to work. Very kind and professional people. Would recommend them to anyone I know!

    We had electrical emergency and they came the next morning at 8am ready to see what they could do to get our home back to code and the electricity turned back on ASAP. They also inspected our whole house and made several upgrades and brought our 1920s full up to date electrical wise. They also worked with us to minimize dust and make as minimal holes in the walls. Would highly recommend working with them.

    Working with Crossroads Electric is always a good experience. We had them do a few different projects for us and its always gone really well and everyone Ive interacted with is always very polite and respectful. Theyll be who I call whenever I need electrical services, and I know its that way for both me and my mom.

    Crossroads rewired our whole 1925 home recently. They did great work, communicated with us daily about progress, and came up with workable solutions to the inevitable challenges of our old house. The pricing was more than fair, and their friendly, trustworthy service gave us peace of mind. We highly recommend.

    Just bought a new house that needed some electrical repair. Outlets were messed up, and they installed a new breaker box.     We hired Crossroads Electrical to install a new hot tub. They were very prompt with the quote and the service. They were very pleasant to work with and they even cleaned up after themselves the best they could. Price was reasonable. Will hire them again for our next electrical need!!!

    Cody and Jennifer were excellent to work with. Cody did a fantastic job installing a new meter base and replacing the wiring going into the house panel. Two other companies gave us estimates however, Cody was the only person that took the cover off the panel ahead of time to make sure it met all the code requirements.

    I had a serious electrical issue I was not aware of until power to my living room went out. Andrew found a scorched electrical outlet and wiring in the wall that had been building up over the years due to previous incorrect installation. I am retired and live alone and could have had a serious fire emergency during the night.Andrew fixed other electrical outlet and plate issues that needed attention for several years. He was very respectful and explained things to me.I feel much safer in my home and highly recommend Crossroads. You certainly get your moneys worth with quality work and highly qualified and professional electricians. Over the summer, our main breaker went out and Andrew came by and helped on a Sunday afternoon which is incredibly inconvenient and he was extremely helpful.
