CDE completed a complete wire replacement on behalf of the seller for the home I just purchased. I was a bit concerned on how the process would work if I had any issues once I took possession since I was not the one paying for the work. When we came through on our final walk through they were there completing the job and the tech Marshall explained the work they were doing and even offered to take down an outside dust to dawn light that was damaged which was outside of their scope of work. They have answered all of my questions thoroughly and even came back out to answer some electrical questions I had in the home.They have been great to deal with! -

Highly recommend these folks! Lost half of my power, first two companies I tried offered to schedule me for an estimate in a month or two. Not feasible in an Indiana winter. These folk though booked up managed to work us in and was here within a couple hours and got us fixed up. Service man was friendly and professional! If you need electric work done I would suggest you give them a call. -

The service man was great! Figured out why we didnt have power to certain rooms. Fixed the problem!! Was friendly and even talked to the kids who were all interested in what he was doing. Checked out the dishwasher power cause dishwasher all a sudden had no power either!! They worked us in when they were busy and very friendly receptionist on phone and very helpful!!! Fixed all our issues and what a great price!!!! Need help definitely call CDE electrical company!!!!!!! We will be calling them again if needed!!!! -

Don’t look any farther for an electrician, CDE has the electricians you want. CDE saved us. In the middle of this snow storm, at 7:30 on a Friday night, we walked in to the smell of burning plastic and a scorching hot breaker box. I called CDE and my call was answered immediately. I explained that the heat was coming from the fuse for the furnace. We were worried we wouldn’t have any heat, with temperatures dropping into single digits overnight. Charlie was at our home within the hour, despite road conditions. He even left and returned after realizing we needed a unique part that he didn’t have with him. An hour after he left, the smell of burning plastic returned and our main was now scorching hot. I texted again, now at 9:30 on a Friday night. He answered immediately, letting us know what to do to mitigate the issue until we could replace the panel. This morning (Saturday), he called me to check in, give me tips to make it through the weekend, and let me know they would be out as soon as they could the first of the week to replace the panel. Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe how helpful they have been during an overwhelmingly stressful couple of days!Aside from this event, we have used CDE twice in the past. On both occasions they have been prompt, unbelievably professional, and very reasonably priced. Trust me when I say, we will not call anyone else for our electrical needs.
