Gave me a great quote and came out and quickly figured out my outlet issues and resolved each outlet. We’re moving and needed a ‘real’ electrician to do some repairs so we can show the house. Chris took my call and came out the next day. With the bad work that had been done previously by a restoration contractor, Chris troubleshot the problems and persevered to fix our non-working doorbell and mis-wired and mis-hung ceiling fan. He fixed us up so we can show our house! Time and charge was certainly fair… and I would definitely use Chris again.

Chris was fantastic! We called him late evening about an issue with our lights flickering (we had an electrician out earlier in the day that made the issue worse), and Chris was able to get our issue resolved. The other electrician also tried upselling us on a $6k panel, which Chris provided a fair evaluation and said wasn’t needed. Super honest work, and will be using him again.

Highly recommend Chris from Grand Electric for any electrical issues or installation in the Phoenix and surrounding areas. Had the pool pump die on memorial day called warranty company and after a week warranty guy found the underground wiring was corroded away, and not covered. Thankfully he got me in touch with Chris who was very quick to come out assess the problem and give a informative breakdown cost and of how he would fix running a new line along house and than perimeter of backyard wall to the pool pump. Had some issues come up that could not be forseen due to the corrosion and older house design. He explained problems and was able to find workaround, and even moving switches to much safer area away from the pools filters backwash drain. He suggested relocating electrical outlet as it was never used next to pump, and placing near the patio area. He went above and beyond to help us working outside in 111° Az heat to get the pool pump running again and ready for summer. Thanks Chris and will definitely call if ever needed and recommend to friends and neighbors for affordable and reliable electrical repairs.

Called for an outlet install at noon on a Saturday and by 3:30 Chris arrived! He did a fantastic job installing an outlet on a wall with wallpaper that required some tricky maneuvering around studs. A perfect installation! I will definitely call Grand Electric for future electric needs.

Part of my house had power outage during the weekend and I did the google search and found out some other companies and Grand Electric LLc. I called Grand Electric due to no emergency charge. Chris was very helpful and dove deep into the power outage of my 2 bedrooms and bath room. He found couple loose connections in the panel causing the wire to burn. He cleaned up all the wires/connections and install a nee breaker for us. We had power back thanks to him. Would recommend Chris for electric works.

Dedicated, kind, honest, and persistent. After drilling a hole in the wrong place in the wall, we had to turn on the electricity for our entire bottom floor at 9 PM on a Friday. Where many electricians told us theyd need to cut into the drywall, Chris was able to troubleshoot without any cutting which was so impressive. Chris was able to come out immediately and after studying the problem for 5 minutes, he was able to fix the electrical issue in less than a couple of hours! Our wall is completely undamaged and Im so glad he was able to fix the issue.Im thrilled I got to meet Chris and gain a wonderful electrician contact. I would absolutely recommend Chris to any friends and family, his customer service is exceptional and hes one of the best at what he does!

We had a semi-urgent electrical issue with part of the house not receiving power. Chris came out in a very timely manner and identified the issue immediately.While fixing the issue, he noticed a potentially larger issue with the wires powering our dryer. We were quick to learn the wires were original and some of the fray we saw was old cotton from the old wire casings. He cut the old wires and added in a new power source to the laundry room in a clean and efficient manner. We appreciate his hard work and honesty and ability to change the repair needed on the fly.Thank you Chris! We will reach out when needed in the future for the other non-urgent items we discussed.
