I’ve tried every plumber in Shawnee, Oklahoma and Tecumseh, Oklahoma. Hardin’s Family Plumbing has never let me down. They’re prompt and honest; two qualities that are very uncommon around here. They identified the problem and stayed on it until it was resolved-No Excuses.This is a moderately-priced and dependable plumbing company. I’ve used them on three of my properties. Thank you Matt!

Matt and his team always does an incredible job! Today we called the city because there was sewage coming up from a pipe in our driveway and puddling under the house. After being told that the city line was clear by the city, we called Hardins Plumbing to snake our drain. They found that the blockage was on the city side and even helped advocate for us to the city so that they would clear it. Sure enough, the city found several towels in their line. We are so thankful for Matt and his team for always coming to our rescue and going above and beyond for my family! They will always be our go to for all plumbing needs!❤️

I called a larger plumbing company to come and look at my main sewer line, which needed to be replaced. It had been giving me issues off and on for about 3 years. The line was cleared but the issues were not going away. I had an estimate placed with that bigger plumbing outlet, and the cost was through the roof. I was quoted, after the scope and initial line clearing cost of $700, a price of $16,323: I decided was going to look around for another plumber.Luckily, my coworker recommended Matt Hardin of Hardins Family Plumbing. I called Hardins on a Wednesday (01/31/24) night at around 6PM, and he said he would come look at it the next day. True to his word he was there Thursday (02/01/24) at 2 PM, and hes based in Tecumseh and Im in Norman. He took a look, got some measurements for the footage required, and gave me an estimate that day. He noticed that I already had the utilities marked, but before he saw that had mentioned he would get the utilities marked. He gave me an estimate that day and more than cut the cost in half. People love numbers so he got it from the down from $16,323 to $7,500, a difference of $8,823. He was able to quote the project right then and there that day. He also noticed a difference of 16 that the other company was going to charge me, he charged me for 54 and they were going to charge me for 70.We had some rain and the weekend coming up, but he asked if Monday would be soon enough and I was absolutely fine with it. Hardins was able to get out there that Monday (02/05/24) and start the work while I had to be at work, and they confirmed that it was okay with me to start work without me being present. Matt also puts you at ease by letting you know if anything comes up he will inform you. Hardins is very professional, they did a little video and some pictures of the work and posted it to give you an idea of what they did. It leaves you feeling at ease with the project. He will stand by his work too. I will recommend Matt Hardin and Hardins Family Plumbing to anyone or any business needing plumbing work. There is no other plumbing company as far as Im concerned. I rarely have written reviews (one other I can think of) but Matt and his team deserve a lot of credit for the service they provide. Choose Hardins Plumbing.

My outdoor faucet wouldnt turn off and water was running uncontrollably. I called and Matt gave me an estimate of 30 to 40 minutes on his time of arrival. He called back within his given time frame just to make sure I still needed him. He showed up on time, was very polite, knowledgeable, fast and professional. His prices are reasonable as well. I contacted this plumber because two years ago I called to get information and although he couldnt do the job at that time, Matt was super friendly and gave me a contact that was able to do what I need done. I very highly recommend Matt and his company.
