    Our Hague water conditioner needed repair. The guys at Cowboy’s were prompt, efficient and kind. I was given a call as soon as the part arrived and scheduled the same day for the repair. I was also given a call to inform me that the guys were on their way. I think that is very considerate. I will call them again if I ever need any plumbing servicebecause they are so easy to work with and this is a courteous and fair business.

    I noticed a leak (or two) at the bottom of my toilet on a Sunday and found Cowboys Plumbing. Bailey answered my call and not only was she polite but incredibly helpful. Robert came out and got to work! He did a great job, and I could not be happier. They were upfront about the cost which is nice. For any future plumbing issues, Cowboys Plumbing will get my business.2nd time - I had a water coming out of a drain on a hot Saturday. Bailey and Brad were helpful from the get go. Affordable. Brad explained all the things. Could not ask for a better plumbing company! Will recommend and use this company again!

    Making an appointment was super easy. The person that answered the phone was so incredibly nice and understanding. I got a call beforehand that the tech was on his way. Tech arrived and explained everything in a way that was easily understandable. Definitely will use them again.

    We called Cowboy Plumbing to see if they could look into a leak that we had and they sent out Brad King. Brad came to check out and found a leak we had with our Hague water softener. He was able to find the problem and he corrected it. He also replaced four emergency shut off valves that we were unable to turn on and off. We asked him if he could replace the vacuum breakers on three of our outside water faucets and he also did that. Brad did a super job and was very professional. He was able to check all of our sinks, toilets, showers, and all running water in the house to see that they were working properly. We really appreciate Brad‘s help.

    I had posted a not so favorable reviewFor this company due to a previous interaction with them. The owners , Josh & Callie both reached out personally to rectify the situation. They both went above and beyond to address and correct the situation. Unbeknownst to them both an employee who did the work a year and a half ago mislead me and did some pretty shotty work. Josh personally came to my home and fixed all issues their former employee had messed up. I would recommend Cowboys Plumbing for their customer service and the fact that once Josh and Callie reviewed the work previously performed they immediately stepped in and fixed the situation. I have new plumbing issues, however Cowboy Plumbing did not cause the new issues. Crap Happens after all, so in a an age of online reviews I wanted to make sure to do my part in fixing the situation.     Well, it was a hidden problem, but the guys found it and fixed it!! Capped line in wall has started leaking and was getting worse. Cowboys plumbing fixed it, no problem.     Did a great job on an emergency fix Friday night. Two guys that came out were really friendly. My type of people. Got the job done. As a professional handy man I really didnt wanna call them out cuz I do everything myself, but I really just didnt wanna screw with it. I have enough on my plate. A little pricey, but you are paying for a service I suppose. I recommend them$575 to replace 2 pex fittings and 1 small thread in pipe for the gauge on the pressure tank was kinda crazy.

    Bradley and Roman were polite, clean, and professional throughout their entire visit. There was a bit of a miscommunication about when they were coming, but they were apologetic despite it not being their fault.     We spent or shall I say wasted $150.00 by calling Dale’s Plumbing first. They said they didn’t know where the leak was after coming out and looking 💩😬 SO we called Cowboys Plumbing and their service guys were here in 10 minutes and it took them less than 10 minutes to see the leak was coming up out of the concrete slab floor under the wall in the bathroom.     On a Saturday evening my hot water tank busted, I called Cowboys and was told they could be there within an hour. Technician, Garrett arrived on time, was very professional, kept me updated on work, provided detailed options, made my choice, signed authorization and the real work began! During this time I asked several questions, he was very knowledgeable, professional and personable! After my tank heated up I decided it was not hot enough! I called back and asked if they could come raise temperature (I can not get to tank without drill as it’s behind panel)that was not a problem and Garrett returned promptly and reset my temp! I am very pleased with the professionalism and how personable he was and the service provided! Oh and I should say it’s only 100 for after hours and weekends! In this day and time I thought very reasonable for a Saturday night call! I will be using them for future plumbing jobs. This has been my best experience in years (since my local plumber passed away.) I recommend Cowboys plumbing and definitely give them 5 stars on my service!
