    Call their office and my call was promptly answered. The appointment was made for the late afternoon. Their service professional promptly texted back and verified the time frame I was given from the office personnel. Then approximately 25 minutes before the appointment time the service professional sent a text as well as a picture of himself saying he was encountered to my address. He arrived shortly there after and the job was completed. They took great care to not get anything on my carpet or walls and picked up all scrap materials for throw away.Both individuals exhibited extremely professional attitude throughout the whole job. I highly recommend Dales Plumbing and Rooter Service. For all those involved in taking care of my situation I have no issues giving them a 5 Star review.Thanks again for a job well done.

    I have been trying to find a good plumber and have had a bunch of liars and thieves come in to my home trying to coat their pockets and take advantage of my insurance. I say that because Dales plumbing came out to my house several times without reservation always on time, which is hard to say about the rest of these jokers calling themselves professionals in this town, they are not by any means, from showing when they wanted to, to not showing up at all. I have had several representatives from Dales out to my home and they have all been honest and very pleasant to deal with, even the girls at the office, they made sure I had someone out here promptly. To top it all off their pricing was half the cost of the lowest estimate of the other clowns in this town. Im going be using Dales for any of my plumbing needs and I will sure be referring them to everyone and advise all of you to call on them for any of your plumbing needs. I have never given a rating before but these guys are deserving of it. Absolutely the best.

    Besides dependable & professional there was one slight mishap that wasnā€™t completed on the kitchen sink installation. The day after when I noticed it I called.     Dales Plumbing is GREAT!!Ive used them before with a different issue (Cameron TRULY went above and beyond to ensure Id NEVER have that particular issue EVER again) but I needed them to install 3 separate sinks, a tankless water heater, etc and make sure I was going to be in compliance with the Health Department so I would be able to have 2 slushy machines in my store!Dale and Cameron did an amazing job for me! I was in a time crunch and they made sure it happened!!!! They took care of me!Ill NEVER use anyone else again!     As a business owner in Tecumseh, Ive used their services a couple of times and one of them was a BIG JOB!!! I like that theyve fixed every issue Ive had and gave very helpful suggestions on what I actually needed them to do in order to not have to deal with the same issue again. I have found them to be trustworthy, extremely helpful, and I will DEFINITELY call them if I have any plumbing issues in the future wherever it might be.My only complaint is that it can take a while to be squeezed in on their appointment book. However, this just proves my point which is they get in, fix your problem, and their work is EXCELLENT and chances are you will not have the same problem again.I have another job thats VERY important and needs to be taken care of within a certain period of time. Its ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL that it be done by a specific date and they DID accommodated me on this job knowing my situation which I really appreciated bc i know they are BUSY!!     Service men that came out to service our building were friendly and straight forward. The woman that I had scheduled with (Ashley) had said that their company has serviced other companies in our area therefore we figured it would be great for them to come here. What we originally thought was a bad repair the first time turned out to actually be a leak from threading on the orginal drain that was no good anymore.
