They give you an honest storm damage inspection to see if you qualify for full insurance replacement and work with your insurance company every step of the way. Best yet, you never pay them out of pocket for any thing. They only get paid if they win your claim.

After I learned many roofs in my neighborhood sustain damage of hail, I contact West Florida Roofing Co. to inspect my roof. Mr. Donnie came and checked the roof and took pictures that show the damage and explain to me the process. He kept me informed with every step. The workers damaged my gutters while installing the new roof, once I made a phone call to Donnie, the top management were in my property within an hour and within 3 days I have new gutters installed – not many companies would do this. I highly recommend West Florida roofing Co for fast, professional and quality work.

Like most people we had major damage to our roof from Hurricane Ian and needed to get a roof. We contacted West Coast and spoke with Joe. From the beginning Joe took his time and great care in getting us a roof as efficiently and quickly as he could. We had a roof on our house exactly 2 weeks after the hurricane. Everyone that we have dealt with has been professional, courteous, caring, understanding, and worked with us every step of the way. I have since recommended West Coast to several people and they also are so happy and impressed with West Coast. I highly recommended to whoever needs a roof, they are trustworthy and amazing!

Donnie came out after a hail storm in my area and helped get us approved for a new roof, he was there for us every step of the way and went above and beyond in so many ways. I cannot recommend him enough, as he was there for us professionally and personally through some hard things we had to deal with along the way. Donnie was compassionate, caring. honest, and he was the only one who got us approved after we were denied from the last hail storm we had previously. Thank you Donnie!

I was sitting at home 3 days after hurricane Ian amid the devastation ,no power ,internet or phone, the 3 feet of water out side finally receded,wounding what the hell do I do now ,there was a knock at the door,a tall handsome young man (Noah) very polite asked if he could check the damage to the roof and give me an estimate,meanwhile Jeff and Robert came in an explained what happens in the case of a natural disaster,they had all the answers.The next day my roof was tarpped ,from then on they kept in touch always answered my calls,when they scheduled my roof replacement they showed up on time said it may take 5 days because of the inspection, they removed the old roof and replaced it in a day,these guys worked their buts off ( there were women on the crew as well, very impressive)even my neighbors commented on how quick they were, they did a beautiful job,at a reasonable price , an I hope I don’t see you for at least 20 years lol.Thanks Pete

The delivery, set up & installation team were exact, timely and tidy. This is the 2nd time I bought a new roof from Donnie w/West FL Roofing, I highly recommend this professional, hard working, efficient contractor.
