Look no further for a roofing company! I am so happy with my new roof. No kidding, Code Engineered Systems is the best. Were there a few bumps, sure but one mention and issues were handled swiftly and efficiently. Isaac, Shaun, and Mr. Hutchinson are an awesome team. Credit also goes to the roofers. Price was very reasonable and the quality is without question five stars. I got well over the usual three quotes, nine actually and matching apples to apples, Code Engineered Systems offered the best product for the best price with the right people! Enough said, 5 star all the way around. Thank you Isaac, Mr. Hutchinson, Shaun and all the roofers involved with my new roof.

I got multiple estimates before Code Engineered System and they were not only the best price but also had a great warranty.Mr Mike Fisher gave me the quote, answered all my questions and left me with a book of color options to choose from, all within a quick 15 minute visit.Once I was ready I reached out, signed the contract and the job was scheduled the same week and completed in 1 day. My roof looks amazing.

William was our sales representative but since last week I was told he no longer works for CES.• Large crew of workers came out and got the roof installed in one day.• The roofing materials used were excellent.• Workers did a good job of cleaning up after the roof was installed.• New gutters were installed and look great.• Solar panels for our water heater were removed and reinstalled.Communication is something that CES can work on doing better. The roofing materials were delivered but I was never made aware that they were coming out. When I was in the process of getting a contract signed the sales rep told me that I needed to contract with someone else to remove and reinstall our water heater solar panels and that we would also have to hire another company to remove our existing gutters and install new ones. After taking time to call six different companies, 3 quotes for gutters, 3 quotes for solar, making adjustments to my schedule to meet with a few of them for on site estimates, our sales rep called and said that indeed they could provide those services. Because I already had the other companies scheduled to provide estimates, I followed through just to be sure we were getting the best price possible. As it turned out, it ended up being a wash on the price to have CES perform all of the work which is what we ended up doing.CES was not the least expensive option to re-roof our home but after doing my research online, checking reviews, looking into their BBB ratings, asking on social media and talking to neighbors who recently had their homes re-roofed, we made the decision to contract with CES.Overall they did a great job on our home and the new roof looks great. If the communication was better and I didnt have to adjust my schedule and spend several hours having to get estimates which I had to be home for (solar panels and gutters) I would have given them five stars.***UPDATE***After posting this review I received a phone call about an hour later from Todd, a representative of CES. After reading the review he reached out and let me know that because of the review they were going to look into creating a policy for their representatives so that when theyre asked questions such as if they can remove and reinstall solar panels or gutters they have the answer available to them so that they can give customers an immediate and accurate response. It is obvious that this organization takes pride in their work and even more pride in their reputation. It seems to me had they known about the issues prior to the review that they would have been handled accordingly and swiftly. I have worked for over 20 years in sales and customer service and when a company takes this much pride in their organization it shows. With so many fly-by-night roofing companies in this area its good to know that there are still companies out there who Pride themselves on their work, craftsmanship and customer service. Because Todd reached out to me to not only apologize but to also let me know how theyre going to correct these issues I have changed my rating from 3 stars to five stars kudos Todd!!

Isaac, Kurt and the entire crew from Code Engineered Systems exceeded our expectations. They were able to start a week earlier than scheduled and did a phenomenal job. We had quite a bit of plywood and fascia to replace which was done at extremely reasonable cost. The property was left cleaner than when the job started. There were a few small things that needed to be addressed after the install was complete. Those were taken care of quickly.

Hats off to Code Engineered Systems and their Estimator Mike Fisher who made our roof installation seamless from the beginning to the end.After beginning with a very acceptable pricing proposal, Mike left us with several shingle sample panels and colored drip edge flashings so that we could spend the time to select what we thought would look the best on our home. Mike then drove us by several homes with the shingle type we selected so we could verify that was the right shingle for us. Then came the day of installation in which a crew of very efficient installers completed the roof, cleanup and haul away that same day. This was not a rush job, that is just how good they worked together. In summary marrying the right shingle with the right color drip edge left us with a roof that has drawn many compliments from our neighbors and even those passing by. Had an experience with the 2 years ago after insurance claim. They came in did the roof in great time made everything look nice and dandy. 2 years later I found an error they did.. I was a little upset but called them up to see if they would correct it.Sure enough a guy was out here within 1hour fixing it for free. Well free as I already paid to have it done and it wasnt .. so it should of been free anyway but they made it right almost instantly.This is exchange in abundance when you handle your company this way. I can see why it has so many positive reviews. Heres another one for ya.

Our roof was damaged from wind damage in March of last year. Of course the AllState denied our claim saying they could determine the date it happened, but we had only be in our home 2.5 yrs and they inspected it before policy was issued. Code Engineered Systems work with us and our attorney to provided everything needed to get our new roof. Mike Fisher was instrumental in making sure we were taken care of and completely satisfied. I received three estimates which were all about the same price so I went with the company that I felt most comfortable with based on their presentations. No high pressure sales tactics, Isaac answered all of my questions and was very polite and patient. The roof was installed just a few days after the contract was signed. The communication was excellent throughout the process. The installation was flawless and completed in one day. They cleaned up every piece of debris that was on the ground. If you need a roof give them a call you will not be sorry.

I recently searched for a reasonable, dependable roofing firm to replace my 15+ year old roof. This company is the real deal! Tim Holden contacted me quickly and he and his representatives provided a fair, reasonable estimate. They scheduled the installation two days later, showed up with a full crew at 7 am, and completed the job by 12:30 pm. The crew was very efficient and took care to ensure my property as well as that of my neighbors was protected from debris. I am extremely pleased with the entire process and can say that I am totally satisfied. Dont overlook these folks if youre looking for a roofing contractor!

I don’t leave many reviews but I wanted to take a minute to say that tim came out and worked on my roof. This roof is not your ordinary shingle roof is has ceramic tile over top and they are very unique. Tim repaired 30 ft of my roof and put every single tile back in perfect condition. This was literally a work of art. I highly recommend getting your work done by this company they are phenomenal. Thanks Tim for such great quality work.

The overall experience with Code Engineered Systems was great. I found Code Engineered Systems from Better Bussiness Bureau and read Google Reviews. Steve was helpful and professional, he did the quote and processing of initial payment. No hassle at all.Enthusiastic and energetic workers showed up early morning and did the reroof for 1 day. Excellent material ( Timberline Gaf) was used and came out great. They cleaned my surroundings after they were done. They also accidentally ripped one side of my back patio screen but came back the next day and fixed it. The length of warranty from Gaf Manufacturer and CES warranty is a peace of mind.Price quote given was reasonable.Wind mitigation inspection was also done and paid for by CES.I will hire CES again for my future roof projects and will recommend to my neighborhood.

My roof was about 18 yrs old and I felt it was time to replace it to avoid problems. Went on line has 3 companies come out set quotes, went with my gut feeling and so glad I did! Steve Quigley came out the next day with the paperwork to sign they came out a few days later. They did the job in one day, removing the old roof, replacing damaged wood they uncovered, put new roof on. The wood was an added expense as you could understand. They provided the pictures of problem areas and had the city inspector here for removal and post check. For a job no one wants to deal with, this company was great. No mess was left no nails in the yard etc… The company was professional and on top of their game from start to finish! What a pleasure in todays world.

I would definitely recommend this company. Isaac came out to us on Tuesday May 9th, showed us there roofing products to make our selection of shingle color. Next visit May 11th to pay our deposit. On Friday12th materials were delivered and stacked on the old roof, 7am Saturday a crew of 9 turned up got organized and started work. I have never seen sutch hard working men in my 77years, by 3pm they had finished, cleaned up our yard and left it as they found it WOW what a crew. I would also like to mention Leslie who sent us documents relating to the job sent to us same day she had received them herself. Not forgetting Isaac who was a pleasure to have in our home. Wonderful experience all round.

I’ve used Code Engineered Systems twice this year for 2 separate roof leaks. I’m so impressed with the speed and quality of their service. They either answer the phone or call you back within minutes of leaving a message. Then they’re at your house inspecting and repairing at the same time within days of your call. First repair held great against hurricane Ian. Second repair occurred 2 days after I called on the day after Ian on a Saturday. Excellent customer service! Isaac, Todd, Tim, and Tom. Thanks guys.

I looked your business up online and saw that you were GAF certified/users and have a A+ rating with the local BBB here in Pensacola. Those two things really made me use your business and as I had already been getting quotes from other BBB rated roofers. I was more concerned with quality then pricing even through pricing does have a major roll in it. My previous roof had leaked before, on more then one occasion, and with the hurricane we had just went through I was in great need. Your business came throuhg in a timely manner, actually it was FAST considering the over taxed roofing demands in the area at that time.The excellent job your business did gave me a comfort level about my roof that I have not had in a long time. He explained our options clearly and dealt with our insurance company for us. He was also very patient with all of my (million) questions.We’re very happy with the quality and look of our new roof! From start to finish, this was a professional and welcome experience. Isaac was honest and very helpful in the initial stages, and the crew that arrived on that Tuesday were unbelievable. The main house was done in one day, with 15 workers on the job at one point! The smaller outbuilding was completed the next day, and the clean up was top notch! I would most defiantly recommend calling Code Engineered Systems for any roof issues.

Excellent customer service and workmanship.Price was a few thousand dollars less than other quotes. The workmen showed up on time as promised and completed more than two thirds of the roof on the first day . The guys returned the next day and completed the roof with excellent clean up. Many of my neighbors came by and asked for the name of the company because they were so impressed with the efficiency and workmanship that Code Engineered Systems performed . I give a 5 Star rating and highly recommend this company if you want honest people to install your roof !

I reached out to CES via there website. Within about 15 mins., I was contacted by Mike Fisher. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. Mike arrived at the scheduled time. After a pleasant greeting, I showed him some water damage on the ceiling by the laundry room. Mike climbed onto the roof and immediately found the problem. While on the roof he did an inspection and found clear evidence of storm damage. Mike helped me deal with the insurance company. Soon thereafter the entire roof was replaced along with 120 linear feet of fascia. Also, Mikes assistant, Josh, repaired and painted the water damage to the ceiling by our laundry room. Additionally, Josh replaced a section of gutter both at the front and back of the house.(Josh actually hand made the gutters off-site).From start to finish, Mike was there for me. Communications were excellent, better than I ever expected. Mike has over 35 years experience with roofing and he has probably forgotten more that what most roofes know.In summary, I was fortunate to find this wonderful company and to have Mike Fisher walk me through the process. Whether you have Mike or someone else assigned to your project, Im sure you will be completely happy that you used Code Engineered Systems.

Following Hurricane Irma, we could see a missing shingle spot on the roof from the part of the roof that is visible. We called Code Engineered Systems and a couple roofing companies to examine our roof and provide an estimate for any repairs found. My info was forwarded to Kevin and I received a call in a couple of days (still waiting to schedule the others). Kevin was here at the approximate appointment time, checked the roof, gave me an estimate (I cannot speak on the cost; I have no price reference to compare), and performed the repair on the spot.Kevin Sir...thanks for the quick and timely service.

Requested a quote for a roof leak months ago it took 3 weeks for a manager to contact me and ask if someone reached out. I informed them no one did, he stated someone would reach out on Monday. Now this has been months and no contact. I just received an email asking if i need a quote still. Obviously Ive taken care of this but, if they dont want your business when money is to be made they wont take care of business when their is a problem to solve. I would not recommend them due to lack of professionalism and responsiveness.... Update, I did receive a call and scheduled a visit. After the visit the gentleman gave me some advice and left the ball in my court. I am pleased with the way it turned out but im leaving my experience up for others to note. I value and respect the crew that gave me the final contact and appointment. I would give them a chance as they are very helpful.

It was not a big job her house is pretty small, but it needed a new shingle roof.They were efficient and quiet - she was nervous about garbage being left in her yard but they cleaned everything up.We priced the job around and then picked them. I cant believe I didnt leave a review! They replaced our roof back in April. They did an outstanding job and the pricing was fair even after having way more rotted wood than I thought. I can not deal with renovations and/or upgrades to the home. It seems that your timeline is just that, yours. Not with CODE ENGINEERED SYSTEMS! I received the estimate, signed the contract, and it was done in one day! I didn’t even notice that the county did the inspection. The old roof was removed and except for some nails here and there; the lawn was clean. My only suggestion is to have somewhere to go because the banging will drive you nuts.Now, we did have a miscommunication, however once cleared up the situation was taken care of in less than 48 hours. The situation was both of our faults.I highly recommend CODE ENGINEERED SYSTEMS for your roofing needs.Jan
