I cannot recommend Nick Johnson from Hytz enough. He was recommended through a neighborhood friend and was wonderful to work with. I received several quotes and his was the only one that actually fixed my roofing problem instead of just sealing over it. I had already paid another company to do that a year ago! He checked back frequently to make sure the work was done correctly and it looks great. No more leaks.

I’ve never met an owner who was so accessible to his client. He is responsive whether via text or phone calls. Chad is pure gold. He’s respectful, professional and solutions-driven. One time the crew accidentally blocked my car in the garage and Chad called and immediately offered to foot the bill for an Uber/Lyft to my destination. Could he be more awesome?! I am so happy with the roof. The Brava tiles aRe absolutely stunning (Brava on the left; hurricane ravaged on the right).On a side note Chad helped me decipher the jargon insurance companies use on their estimates. He also spoke with my insurance adjuster and her feedback was, “I’ve never spoken to someone so nice and professional. You’re really fortunate.” He is a gem.His crew is also great! They worked diligently and efficiently to finish the roof as well as other repairs to the exterior of the home. The one silver lining to the destruction of Hurricane Ian is it brought me to Chad and his team. This is a company you would most definitely save to your phone. Hytz Roofing Inc. is an outstanding company. I cant say enough good things about the companys leadership, staff and crew. Following Hurricane Milton, I knew wed had some roof damage, so I contacted our insurance company and Tyler Johnson at Hytz Roofing. Tyler has just moved from the residential to the commercial roofing division at Hytz Roofing. However, Tyler never missed a beat and made no excuses. Within a few hours of contacting Tyler, I received a telephone call and text message from Chad Henning, President/owner of Hytz Roofing. He explained their process, how they would immediately come out an cover our damaged roof areas with an adhesive synthetic felt vice the old Blue Tarp at NO initial cost to us, weather we choose Hytz Roofing or not. He went on to thoroughly explain how the insurance inspection would determine the extent of roof and possibly other damage to our home. Chad said that if we selected Hytz Roofing, he and his crew Foreman, Daniel Ramirez, would be there with the insurance adjuster during the inspection. We did select Hytz Roofing Inc. and true to every word Chad said verbally and in writing they delivered. Their work was totally professional and expertly executed. They left no garbage or debris behind. Finally Chad is a hands on President/owner who takes pride in what he and he company does. I have already and will continue to recommend Hytz Roofing to my friends and neighbors who need roofing repairs and/or replacement

After hurricane Ian we didn’t know which way to turn. It was like Chad Henning rode in on a white horse right after the hurricane. We were unsure about roofing companies and were afraid of getting burned. Chad took us under his wing and tarped our roof right away. He handled everything with the insurance company. Jeremy actually went up on the roof and provided a detailed report of his findings. Once all approvals (permits, HOA, etc) the replacement was scheduled based on my needs and availability which was great. When all the other area companies simply put us on a waiting list after Hurricane Ian, Hytz was the only one to treat us as a valued client. They called us back and then were able to provide a quote from public records. They fought to get permit approval and timed the product, dumpster, crews and inspection to minimize the time on-site. Not to mention their pricing was thousands less than any of the others, and the only one to come close to the insurance estimate. What else can we say, but Thanks!

I am so grateful to Chad he helped me out when the sell on my house almost fell through. I had 3 bad roofing companys that all failed to fix the problems that I was having on my roof before my big move on the 15th. I called this company last night on the 10th and explained all the troubles I was having and how I have a new roof inspection coming up again the 14th. Chad told me his company would come out tomorrow to fix my problems. Kevin came and he was extremely respectful and kind and fix the problems within a couple of hours.The next morning the inspector came out and failed the roof again but it was because no one saw the chalking on the roof it was so light. But he said the repairs Kevin did make were very solid. So Kevin and Daniel came out and fixed it on the spot today. Kevin also said he would be here tomorrow on site so if the inspector has any problems he would fix it then and there.This company is my hero. Thank you so much Chad for putting my family first on your list for an affordable price. Without your guyss prompt service my ship would have been sunk. Hytz inspected my roof after a major wind event. They found lots of loose shingles and recommended complete replacement. Hytz worked with my insurance company to gain approval for the work. The actual reroof was done in a single day and the site was left super clean. Two month after the reroof we got hit by a cat 4 and probably cat 5 hurricane. Except for a very few ridge shingles and no water in the house, the new roof made it with flying colors. I think thats a testament to the quality of Hytzs work.
