    Hybrid Construction has now completed 3 of our franchise commercial units over the course of the last year and has done a tremendous job. They are very organized and do great work. Ive spoken to many subs that work with Hybrid frequently and have said that Brandon and his team are some of the best contractors they work with in the area. Highly recommend using Hybrid.

    I contracted Hybrid Construction for two separate Commercial/Retail interior build-outs. I have used other General Contractors in the past and, with those experiences as a comparison, Hybrid has met or exceeded all of my expectations. Their work is well organized, timely, and results in a good quality finished product. The costs are competitive and tend to be better than large national General Contractors. They do well in communicating progress or escalating issues as identified and they are fair and transparent when it comes to managing change orders. I have personally recommended Hybrid to other business owners and will consider using them for future remodels or build outs.

    We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Brandon and his team. We renovated our entire home after buying for the first time. We had no idea what we were doing and he led us through the whole process-- explaining things, giving accurate and reasonable estimates, and projecting the timeline we needed. Everyone he works with was thoughtful and easy to work with. If we ever renovate again I know I wont do it without him. We are very happy with our results and he was a great partner!

    One of the good guys, and definitely worth your consideration. Brandon and his entire team are professionals through and through. He remodeled our bathrooms and kitchen and did an outstanding job in every respect. From the outset, I knew he would do the right job for us, and Brandon & crew outperformed our expectations. His estimate was reasonable and thorough and showed that he understood the job and what he wanted. Once we got under contract, it was a simple matter of selecting the components and letting these guys go to work. Brandon sent a proper schedule that was easy to follow, realistic, and accounted for unknowns - and it was in MS Project, much better than a narrative or spreadsheet. He showed each phase of the project in detail and gave us confidence that he would follow through. Brandon’s material allowances were more than enough to get high quality without breaking the bank. His site supervisor, Rudy, was absolutely awesome. Rudy was on the job from start to finish and has an attention to detail that you don’t see among residential contractors. He was friendly, had an uncommon sense of craftsmanship, and made certain that every element of the work was up to his standard before it was presented to us. Because of his diligence, our punch list was only a few minor items, all of which were corrected almost immediately to round out the project beautifully. The subcontractors were well chosen and did outstanding work, keeping the place clean at the end of each day so that we could live in the house while the project was going. Brandon was also on site on a regular basis to check progress and meet with us. The project finished ahead of schedule and was beautiful throughout, helping us sell the house within five days of listing!Bottom line - finding a contactor can be difficult, and finding a good contractor can be nearly impossible. If you want a great contractor who will keep his word, you call Brandon Leske. He’ll make sure your project is done to the highest standards for the right price and in a reasonable time.

    It was great to work with Hybrid Construction and Brandon for the build out of my optometry practice. They were very competitive for the price of the build out initially and they were helpful along the way with any adjustments and getting things done for my new office. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a remodel or build out of a space.

    We worked with Darren at Hybrid Construction. He understood what we were looking to achieve with our renovations.Throughout the process he gave us updates, made suggestions, and kept the lines of communication open.Although the project took a while to complete, this was per the established timeline from the beginning. Personally, this was fine with me as Id rather the project take longer and have it done correctly than being rushed.The project was spot on budget!We plan to hire Hybrid Construction again for our next renovation.

    Brandon and his team helped us with a total commercial gut and build-out including relocating the bathroom and utility room. It was a brand new experience for us and they helped us thru the entire process and was very patient with all our questions. His pricing was very competitive, the work was done right the first time and on time. We have recommended them to others and will definitely be reaching out to Brandon for our next project.EDIT: I wish I could leave a second 5* review, but cant, so Ill update my original review. We had a few minor things come up after 10 months of being open and each time Brandon took my phone call and sent someone to take a look and fix the problem. I highly doubt any other contractor would do that!!

    Hired Hybrid Construction for a total renovation of all three bathrooms in my home. Work was completed professionally, punctually and on budget. Brandon Leske uses excellent subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, etc. and the overall project went remarkably smoothly.

He visits the property, discuss the project, gives his ideas and solutions to various problems, and gives a reasonable estimate of the project.I have hired his services for renovation of Retail Shopping Center and Office Building located at 4920 Newkirk Drive, Tampa. The project were completed in timely manner with very reasonable cost.Office Building Project: (10,000 sq.ft. Building): The existing building was divided into two suites. Mr. Brandon worked together with architect and obtained all the work permits from the county.     They did an amazing job redoing our Kitchen. Water line moving, Demo of existing wall and cabinets and electrical work was all done very well. They also installed a tile backsplash.

    My FiancΓ© & I bought our first house in south Tampa which needed a lot of work. Brandon was recommended by our realtor & we could not have been happier with the end results. He was very focused on what we wanted, was flexible & responsive to any changes and hit our time line for completion. The work was a very high standard, particularly our new walk in shower which we absolutely love! We would not hesitate to use Brandon again & would recommend him to everyone we know, thanks Brandon!
