Bob is a true artist and craftsman. I loved how knowledgeable he was. He made a wonderful sign for my business which he designed, built and installed. He worked with me so that I was involved in the process and all of the details were addressed. Bob was really helpful coming up with our design and worked with the facade to determine the best layout, size and format. I had a lot of back and forth requests, and he always followed up to accommodate my questions and ideas.He was responsive and a pleasure to work with. He couldnt finish the job in one visit which was not planned (weather) but made sure he communicated and was there to complete the job and followed through with his word.The best part of the process was that the price for a hand built artistic, professional, attention grabbing sign was completely within my budget and exactly what he promised. His pricing was very reasonable and the quality was great. Bob is charming and hard working.. I would recommend his services and I will be using him again!

Right before the busiest time of the year we had two bulbs go out in less than 2 years since our sign was installed. The original company quoted me almost as much as I paid for the entire install just to come and repair it for us. Called Bob at Low Cost and he was able to retrofit our sign with LEDs for less than what it wouldve cost to replace my bulbs through the previous company. Bob is great to work with and very understanding of how tough these unexpected maintenance issues can be on a small business. He was here for what felt like less than an hour and now Im sure I have one of the brightest signs in the complex! Thanks Bob! We needed to replace the light bulbs on a building sign and make changes to the signages.Bob, owner of low-cost lighting quoted a great price and made a good recommendation to convert regular light bulbs to LED light bulbs to save energy cost and long last use. Also, he made a great suggestion to install an auto timer for the LED to lower the cost.What I like the most about the service is that he has great communication and honesty.Overall, we are pleased with his services and highly recommend this business to everyone.

So glad we found Low Cost Sign & Lighting Repair!!! The owner Bob, originally came out a couple of years ago to repair/replace our HOA Street lights. At the time of service Bob had informed us our lights had no sensors to allow the lights to shut off during the day time, which was wasting a lot of energy and money.The HOA voted and approved to have the lights replaced. Bob gave us a GREAT DEAL. We were all very happy with the results. This past few weeks somehow with all the snow and rain, water was able to travel the light holder and seep into the light. Gave Bob a call and he came out and found the leak and repaired the light from future water problems. Ive been in business for 11 years and Ive run into a lot of jack wagons that dont do what they tell you that they can do. Not so with Bob. Absolutely the best. Bob restored the neons in our sign completely from green and pink of the past to a new beautiful red and white. The bends in all the neon tubing was precisely what it was before. We had a issue with some flickering and he showed up promptly inspected the sign and found some old birds nest and old wiring problems and fixed them right up! We couldn’t be happier with the service! Thank you!

Wow, just wow!!!! I have a very old Rolling Rock Neon Light that doesnt work. Bob took at look at it and was very honest and said that it would cost more for him to repair it than I may want to spend. Because of the amount of labor. He took his time and told me how to repair the light, gave me pointers, even worked on it to show me what to do. Bob was very knowledgeable and friendly. Bobby (the owner of Low Cost Sign & Lighting) is an amazing business man with over 40 years of experience. I called him to repair our business sign that had gone out. When he opened up the sign, he noticed that the last repair work had noncommercial commercial parts installed inside of it. He suggested to us to retrofit the sign with commercial grade LED lighting. We decided to go with his professional advice without discussing the price of the upgrade. Once he completed the repair and put power to the sign, it was amazing of how well the sign lite up. What was just as amazing as his work and the looks of the bright sign was his price. He really did an excellent job and gave us a unbelievable low price. Well worth the money and every bit of a 5 star rating.
