I cant brag enough about these guys. Theyre friendly, respectful of your property and kind. Communication and service was great starting with Dave who kept in contact every step of the way. Chuck came out to inspect my home for a rewiring job. He was very thorough and explained everything to me that needed to be done from the hows, whens and whys. I knew we were choosing them for the job after meeting with him. Jay, Ben and the guys did a efficient job. They were prompt everyday. They did all that I requested without complaint. They cleaned up after themselves. They left no stone unturned. Im so grateful. Thank you Patruno.

Called Patruno to install 2 outdoor outlets, Ring floodlight camera, and Ring video doorbell. They were extremely professional and answered all of my questions. They gave me a quote that was half the cost of another company but not with the compromise of quality. The electrician was on time and also answered whatever questions I had. Took no time for everything to be completed. I appreciate Patruno and would recommend them to others.

When a homeowner discovers they need electrical work done on their home, it can be a stressful and scary situation. This is the position I found myself in. I can say that the people at Patruno Electric were very patient and kind to me. The electrician was scheduled promptly, and when he arrived he was very pleasant and definitely knew his business. My electrical situation was fixed, and he even put up some outside lights that I needed to replace. I was very pleased at the cost for the final bill. I highly recommend this business.

I just had a new main electrical entrance cable along with a new panel box put in at my fathers house. Patruno Electric was excellent to work with. Their employees were exceptionally professional and friendly. They were extremely thoughtful to my dad who is 101. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

A phenomenal experience from beginning to end. They were personable on the phone. They showed up at the time they told us. Josh, Jesus, and Jay were professional and friendly. They really went above and beyond, even doing little things like pushing some of our furniture back against the wall for us. Clearly a great company full of great people! I would absolutely recommend them.

Being new-ish home owners, we have never needed an electrician before. We googled electricians in the Syracuse area and these folks seemed to have good reviews, so we took a chance. While they warned they were booking appointments out a bit, they ended up being able to come out the next day to repair our outdoor outlet. Work was completed quickly and the cost was fair. Super pleased, and will definitely seek them out for future needs - which hopefully won’t be anytime soon haha

Every time I call Patruno with an issue they come right out and take care of it. Recently one of our outside lights kept burning up the light bulbs they took the entire heavy fixture down and replaced it on-site and then we had another issue where we couldnt get the light to work at all and they took it back to their shop repairing it overnight. I am about to call them with another issue and know for a fact that they will be the ones to handle it.

From David who took my initial call to Mr Chuck Hendee who came and looked everything over to provide me with a quote to Denise who got me the quote and back to David who got my job scheduled. These people are amazing. Last and by certainly no means least, Mr Kolec, who came to my home and did the work. My home could not have been in better hands. Thank you all so much for your exceptional service. I would never consider calling any other Electrical company other than you.

Had Patruno and Hendee in to do some upgrades and install new plugs and wiring in our new to us home in Liverpool. Beno and Luke were very professional and did excellent work with the installs and cleanup. We’ve had many contractors in since we bought the house last December, and Beno & Like were not only on time but early ( a very pleasant surprise). They came to the door introduced themselves, talked the project over with us and made us feel very comfortable with the work they were going to do. This company is top notch and deliver what they preach. We would recommend them to anyone needing a professional and can do company for any electrical needs. Five stars doesn’t give them a good enough rating in our opinion

We had Patruno Hendee in our home recently to switch out our switches and outlets, install and LED can light where a mounted ceiling light had been and run electric for a new fireplace. From the estimate through to completing the work and billing, everything was handled timely and professionally. This is the second time we’ve used them for electrical work and we’d never use anyone else. I recommend them highly.
