    Just had Nick and Josh finish an electrical service upgrade from a 60 amp fuse box to a 200 amp breaker box. Couldn’t be happier with their work! They were friendly, clean, and efficient!     Courteous, integrity & prompt service. I wanted to have my boiler checked for an annual inspection & cleaning to ensure safe & efficient use. I have 3 types of heating in my home & the boiler/ radiator heat hasn’t been used in a few years & wanting to use.     Christian and Nick responded to my house for service on my gas furnace that stopped running. They were terrific ! Diagnosed problem quickly. Made repair and stayed to test run for several cycles.     Joined the monthly program in the spring and Im glad I did, they contacted me and set up a free furnace maintenance for winter and today they came to do it. Very nice guys arrived and did it, took 30minutes, installed new filter, inspected and cleaned,,,very happy as nothing was wrong nor did they try to sell me anything additional. Thanks to Josh and his partner, very respectful and pleasant experience!

    We had a humidifier installed into our heating system.Corry Homes did a great job, answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable and professional. Corey did an worked efficiently and explained how to use the product after installing. He also insured that we didnt have any questions before leaving and we were satisfied with his work. Price point on the product was reasonable and timeliness on installation excited expectations. We had to do a reschedule because an emergency came up on Falsos end that restricted their ability to install yesterday. This reschedule was communicated efficiently in advance, and we were quickly put on the following day, which again exceeded expectation. I would highly recommend and im very happy with the service weve received so far.

He answered all of our questions and gave us a detailed overview of his recommendations and available options through Falso.     We just had an excellent visit from Falso Heating and Air Conditioning today. Residential Consultant Rhonda Dudley and technician Christian delivered the best service we feel weve had in ages. Our furnace received the most (needed) attention since its install 4 years ago and the thorough care we received was rendered with the kind of tlc that one often doesnt feel from service providers these days. Rhonda and Christians time and expertise were most appreciated.

    We had a maintenance appointment set up with a 4 hour window. We had issues in the past with the 4 hour window changing, but not this appointment. All contacted us and came within the window time.We were contacted by David first. He came and did a thorough inspection of our plumbing. He only found one issue which was with the master bath sink and was able to fix it. He was very nice & knowledgeable, and great to work with.Second Josh contacted us prior to coming to make sure the time was good. He did an inspection of all the our electrical. We had no urgent issues, but made future suggestions. Was not pushy at all.Lastly was Garrett & Nick. They both are great at what they do- great team. Both very knowledgeable. Garett did inspection & maintenance on our furnace & central air system. He also showed us how to use the humidifier on our furnace. Garrett gave us suggested repairs. Nick explained our options and offered to come back to help us decide what to replace & cost.Definitely suggest Falso services for plumbing, electrical, furnace & central air systems!We had to have Falso come back out for a plumbing issue. Luis & Jeff were great.

    Our service technician Nasheim Allen was absolutely fantastic. He was compassionate to our situation and we could tell he truly cared about getting our heat back up and running. He went above and beyond to be sure this got fixed today. All of this on top of he had a fun loving demeanor despite it being a difficult job. We’d never used Falso before and Nasheim represented the company very well!!

    Josh came out for a scheduled maintenance on our heat system. He walked through the process every step of the way. Josh also asked about our AC issues we had in past that weren’t resolved. He offered to check out our system again and found where we had a leak and repaired it. It was great because we hadn’t been able to use the AC all summer. They arrived promptly worked efficiently went above and beyond what I expected in terms of helping to fix a couple of problems while they were only here for the purpose of providing a quote to replace a hot water heater, they also helped resolve a couple of minor issues with the humidifier. They went above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend their service to others.In November 2024, I contacted Falso for a different issue. John came out promptly and provided an estimate. Seth Carr and his partner provided excellent service. They worked quickly, neatly, and explained the system provided. Again, I would recommend Falso to others.

    The technicians were very knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend Falso heating and cooling to anyone.For the second time this summer my 27 year old furnace let me down. And again Falso sent a technician the day as I called. Diagnosed the problem, and unfortunately it was time for a new furnace. And amazingly they came out the very next morning replaced my entire furnace and had me up and running by 1 pm. Im more than impressed with Falsos technicians work and convenience. Thank you Falso..     Josh and Brittney came to help service my AC unit, and what started as a stressful situation quickly turned into the most joyous experience thanks to these two. They were absolutely fantastic. They were very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every detail to me about what had to be done, and what steps to take.     I signed up with the Advantage Program to have my new heat pump system installed. I worked with Rhonda from Falso. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and what our home needed. She was very knowledgeable about the system and was able to answer all of our questions. The installation was amazing too. The guys worked all day to get everything setup just right. The new system is perfect. Even the rooms that we always had trouble cooling in the past stay nice and cool on hot days now. Also since our new system was installed, our energy usage has been lower each week than the corresponding week last year. We’re already seeing savings from the new system. Thank you, Falso!

He had a lot of on site engineering to do removing legacy 31 year old plumbing & installing 2024 streamlined plumbing for my water heater and he did a masterful job! Falso makes great hires!

    Just had a new AC and furnace installed. Both technicians (Shaun and Alonzo) were terrific. Very knowledgeable, and efficient. Felt very comfortable having them in my home. They had a 10 plus hour day installing my unit and were just as pleasant when they left as they were when they arrived.

Today I got my furnace serviced and got information on my furnace and water heater, as well as my vent system. AJ and Christian - the two technicians I had today - were fabulous and so helpful. They gave me a lot of information and didnt try to sell me things I dont need, but gave me good insight into what would be a good idea to upgrade, fix, etc. especially in consideration of my situations. They serviced my furnace and did a great job! I never felt pressured or oversold, and they answered all my billion questions with patience, kindness, knowledge, and professionalism. I am always happy with the work Falso has done and the people they send over!Before, I needed a new garbage disposal and he didnt have one in the truck - ran to the office, was back in 20 minutes, and the whole job done in less than 2 hours. Always super friendly, and very communicative - easy scheduling too!

She spent a great deal of time with me going over all my options and how each one would be installed. We eventually chose to switch to a tankless system which entailed changing gas lines, electrical and water lines as well as installing the new system. Seth and Alonso worked continuously all day removing our old 75 gallon tank and installing our new tankless system. They were courteous, hardworking and kept me in the loop with everything they were doing. Upon completion, they brought me down and explained the system to me answering all my questions and telling me to call any time with any further questions I may have. They were all thorough and such a pleasure to do business with and I would recommend each of them and Falso’s to anyone.

    What a great experience! I am happy my elderly moms furnace that has given us so much trouble was put as a priority by Falso and replaced expediently . While these guys did an amazing job some of the stress and tension that we all experienced would have been null and void during their visit if all the information and updates were given to them ahead of time by the call center. Examples of troubles for me were a misspelled last name , a misconception on what the actual quote was and the service men not given my special request I had made to the call center before hand to call me ahead of time so my mother who has Alzheimers would not risk the chance of being frightened or confused. At the end we are warm now and thank you to the service guys job well done!!
