Joe scheduled a date for a no cost estimate on my project. I wanted an RV 50 amp receptacle installed on the side of our house near the electrical panel. He showed up on time, was clean, professional and friendly. His rate was reasonable and agreed to return the following day with the materials he needed to complete the job. He texted me both times that he was on his way. He used quality materials and cleanedup after himself. A receipt was provided. I will use Joe the next time an electrical project comes up.

I had a problem with my water heater not working. Joe was recommended by a plumber, I called him and he responded quickly and came this morning. He found a breaker off to a panel I never realized controlled my water heater. He was fast, professional and honest. As a widow he’s just what I need to perform trouble shooting and repairs. He also gave me a quote to update everything which is a fair price. I highly recommend this man. I will make sure my family and friends call him for any electrical problems. To start with, Joe showed up for his appointment with us. That was huge, especially since we had two other appointments with other electricians, who did not show up. Joe let us know when he was on his way, as promised. When he arrived, we were very impressed with him. He explained the process and where he would install the generator. Within a couple of hours, we received his estimate and decided to go ahead with it. Joe ordered the Generac, applied for the permit, etc. The generator was installed this weekend, and we could not be more pleased. There is no other way to put this, if you are in need of an Honest and Excellent Electrician, there is no need to look any further. Joe, the owner of Lake Electric LLC is the man to call, period.

Highly recommend Joe. He will come out to your home and give you a free estimate. What I liked is he gives you different options and you don’t feel pressured. We needed our GFIs swapped out and he was able to do it right away. He is happy to answer any questions you have. We have additional work that is needed, and we will be scheduling him to come back.

Joe Lake from Lake electric installed 10 recessed lights and a new dimmer switch for us. He did a great job! The lights are all perfectly placed and work great. He protected our furniture with plastic and cleaned up after himself. He was done in one day. His truck prominently displayed the BBB logo and his ROC number, so I felt secure. He was friendly and personable. We found him on a veterans/first responders FB group and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Thank you Joe!

Joe Lake and his assistant Shane helped us finish off our kitchen remodel with improved kitchen can lighting, dining room can lighting, an exterior lighting switch timer and an entryway pendant installation.They did a fantastic job with excellent attention to detail – all in one day. It would have taken other electricians two or three days.Joe was able to install a fantastic hardwired dimmable under-cabinet lighting solution even after our backsplash tile had already been installed. His ingenuity and intelligent approach made a huge difference with our expectations. The difference between what we thought could be accomplished and what he actually provided were remarkable. Joe did an excellent job with installing pendant lights over our kitchen island. He switched some of the electrical boxes so they would be on a separate switch too. Joe Lake is a very professional, knowledgeable and highly qualified electrician We needed a breaker replace in the main breaker box. He had absolutely no problem explaining everything that need to be done.After assessing the situation it took about 30 min or so to put in a new breaker. He also gave us a price for replacing the entire unit.The full unit itself is no longer available and the company no longer exists. So when we are ready to upgrade i will definitely call Joe. How did I find him GoogleWhy did I pick him over all the others? Just had a feeling. Now I have a honest electrician that feels like an old friend. Yes. Lake Electric has done a couple of jobs for us. We had our patio enclosed and Joe did the wiring. A week later he replaced our electrical panel that was seriously outdated. Joe did an excellent job on both projects. He is very efficient and professional. Explained everything he was going to do and went over it all after the job was finished. The price was right and the work was first class. Would not hesitate to call him again and would certainly recommend him to anyone needing electrical work done.

Had an amazing experience. We needed to have a few outlets installed both inside and out and a can light put into our pantry. I really appreciated that out of all the quotes I got, he was the ONLY one to actually come out to my house for a quote. Prices were great and fair for the scope of work completed. We recently moved to the area and I had been trying without luck to get in contact with handyman and electricians.Joe responded in a timely manner, and we are so happy that we didnt get a hold of anyone else after meeting him in person! Very polite, fast work, reasonable prices, put up with our questions and did not try to upsell us on anything. Even better he was completely upfront about the price, and we did not feel judged when we explained that we cant afford to have all the planned work done in one visit.Because I have an accent Im very self conscious on the phone with strangers, but Joe was more then willing to do most of the coordination over text messages which really helped my anxiety.He was also very accommodating when we had to change his scheduled visit at the very last minute. He was very understanding and was quick to find another time that we could make sure would work for everyone involved.And if I couldnt sing his praises enough he then pointed us towards a website where we could easily find other workers like for our HVAC system so that we could have an easier time finding workers for any other work we may need. There was even a dog trainer on the list!Oh and by the way, he did great work as well, things look and function fantastic!So if youre like us and have just moved to the Surprise area and need electrical work done, make this your first call. It will be worth your time.
