Look no further to find an honest, transparent, customer satisfaction driven contractor who does high quality work in a timely manner with superb craftsmanship ! 1st Stop Painting & Contracting does all that and then some for a fair and reasonable price! We just completed a full kitchen rebuild starting from bare walls and island down to studs and we couldn’t be happier.with the finished product. Contract process was transparent with scope of work fully detailed and material specs fully identified. Contractor sweated the details measuring everything to make sure cabinets and design all worked. Communication during the work was excellent with contractor always accessible to talk if necessary. Craftmenship was excellent as contractor uses very experienced and reliable employees or subs. Project completed on a timely basis even with a couple of adjustments we added along the way. We will definitely use 1st Stop for any future projects and highly recommend this contractor for any home remodel or construction project you may have!

I had One Stop Painting &Contracting resurface and paint all of my facia boards and installed drip edges and put up bird stops underneath the tiles. When I told Joan and Samantha that I had a bird problem making nests underneath my tiles Joan suggested the bird stops. I like the way they make the roof look finished and no more birds. Joan and Samantha are really nice people who are easy to work with as were all of their crew. I would highly recommend them for any of your Painting or Contracting needs as they can do it all. Joan and Samantha are the type of hardworking people who deserve your business!

There’s a saying, “you get what you pay for” and I 100% agree with that. I got multiple quotes and as usual I went with the lowest to save money and I ended up paying double for my home remodel. I’ve had horrible experiences with contractors until I met Joan and his wife. This husband and wife team are it, look no further if you want an honest, non salesperson, trustworthy, perfectionist contractor because he is it! I hired him to do my flooring my showers and my kitchen remodel and it turned out amazing! I have absolutely nothing to complain about because he delivered exactly what was talked from the beginning and gave me much more than what was on the contract. I definitely think they are one of a kind contracting business especially nowadays that’s nearly impossible to find and get high quality when you are paying for it! Outstanding quality of work performed by all persons involved in the painting of my house. 1Stop used the highest quality paints and did not take any short cuts. Its been nearly 3 years since they painted my house and it still looks good as day one. We had some damage to the cabinetry of our kitchen island due to a water leak. After one contractor suggesting we paint the end panels (😳) we were so fortunate to have found Joan! He went to the trouble of contacting the cabinet maker and ordering the panels from them for a perfect colour match. He also took the extra step of finishing the edges with trim, which we did not previously have. He was personable, professional, showed up on time and did an excellent job. I have no hesitation in highly recommending his company and will definitely use him again in the future if needed.

I cant recommend Joan and 1 Stop highly enough. After my father passed, I contracted 1 Stop to Refinish some walls, Prime, Paint, Carpet, replace fans/light fixtures, replace door knobs, and Deep clean his house. He was a heavy indoor smoker and Joan and his crew transformed his house to new again. Joan was extremely professional, maintained constant communication, provided pictures, and just did an overall amazing job. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. If I ever have painting or renovation needs, 1 Stop will be my first call! They do it all. There is no need to use multiple contractors. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We found 1 Stop painting through Home Advisor. We were very happy with their painting work and they were able to do so much more for us then just painting! They installed carpeting and new pads throughout our home. They also were able to do a remodel of our back yard and installed a doggy door! Excellent work and the owner Joan was there to oversee and was always available for questions etc. I would highly recommend them!

We undertook a whole house remodel with both cosmetic and structural renovations; we only kept one bathtub! The kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring were all replaced, two windows were added, and we are thrilled with the results. Joan understood our vision and helped us realize it. He explained everything well and brought the job in on budget and in a timely fashion. He dealt with unforeseen issues calmly and professionally. Subsequent expected costs for those issues were fair and appropriate. He and his crew were always courteous and helpful. Joan has an overdeveloped attention to detail (!) and personally verified that everything was completed to his own exacting standards. We absolutely and unconditionally recommend 1 Stop Painting & Contracting. Joan and Samantha are the best.

We have used 1Stop Painting on 3 separate occasions and each time they have exceeded our expectations.We first used 1Stop Painting to repaint the outside of our house in December 2017 and we were very pleased with the work.In September 2019 we remodeled our entire downstairs and wow, it looks like a house out of a magazine! Words can’t describe how happy we are. Joan and his team installed tile throughout our first floor, installed new trim, painted our kitchen cabinets white, installed a quartz counter top with matching backsplash and re-carpeted our stairs.In December 2019 we again used 1Stop Painting to enclose our loft to make another room/den area.Joan has been great to work with and we appreciated his suggestions while brainstorming the things we could do for the remodel of our first floor and enclosing the loft. Joan was patient throughout the decision process and available to answer any questions as well as give us ideas based on his experience.We will not hesitate to used 1Stop Painting for any other future remodels or other projects needed. I definitely recommend 1Stop Painting to anyone who is looking at doing any future projects for commercial or residential.

If I could leave 10 stars for this contracting, painting, remodeling business I would do so. This husband and wife team worked together non-stop, every day from the start of my remodel project to the end, and now it looks like it should be featured in a magazine. Their opinions and guidance through my project were always fantastic and their pricing was fair and well worth the outcome. When I remodel the bathroom next year I won’t consider using anyone else for the job.Joan pronounced Jowahn) is a perfectionist builder, thinking of every detail and ensuring the work reflects his high standards. After 30 years in contracting, he doesn’t subcontract and disappear like many large contracting companies will do. Rather Joan is onsite monitoring his in-house team and working beside them, such as removing the old tile floor and building gorgeous new white cabinets. He and his wife, Samantha, will tell you when something doesn’t work and offer suggestions that you may not have considered..He even suggested he build a wine rack into an empty space in my dining room wet bar and it’s fabulous! Samantha is the design and business side of the team who has an eye for beauty and functionality. She helped me envision everything from floor and backsplash tiles to coordinating designs, colors, and even complimentary or standout lighting. When they said 6 weeks to completion, they meant it, rather than draw out the project, which I really appreciated because I’ve had opposite experiences.Aside from their talent, both are lovely people. In fact, I’ve actually felt a little sad, knowing I won’t see them like I was used to!
