    I just got my Quarts countertops installed and i am beyond happy. Joshua is freaking awesome i cant tell you how many times i had called and text him with tons of questions. They were professional, easy to work with, and their installers both counter top and plumber was very nice polite and professional. You can tell they treated the install like they were working in their own home. If you want to make sure that all segments go the way you hope and expect. Definitely do business here.     This company stood by its word and did a masterful job at replacing my countertops. A small issue arose as they were experiencing leadership change but managed to keep an acceptable time schedule for the process. The craftsmen were courteous, knowledgeable and diligent in maintaining safety, order and cleanliness of their work areas. They came in significantly under my proposed budget without sacrificing quality.GREAT EXECUTION OF THIS PROJECT PEOPLE. 👏

    Worked with Josh and he was great. The entire experience of having granite countertops installed in our master bathroom was a smooth process. Johan the installer and his crew were very professional and personable. In fact, we had a 10 wall mirror that had to be removed and then reinstalled. It was a team effort that included Josh from Surprise Granite along with Johan and his installers to ensure that it was done safely.     We ordered a few tile samples and they were inadvertently delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to Surprise Granite via email and they apologized and promptly 2nd day shipped the samples so wed have them asap. Incredible customer service!!

    Looked everywhere for the new countertop I wanted. I went here and there it was!!!. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The Front desk girls were awesome. Had a few problems during the process but Michael jumped in with both feet and addressed and fixed them! Counters and backsplash are beautiful!

    Please review these pictures closely. The care and thought that was put in while cutting the slabs is second to none. Johan and his crew are very professional and take a great deal of pride in their craft. If you look closely at the picture youll see, he kept the grain of the granite flowing in the same direction. If you look even closer at the backsplash, he made sure the grain from the countertop lined up with the backsplash virtually erasing any cut lines. I would definitely suggest Surprise Granite and ask for Johan and his crew specifically.

    We used Surprise Granite for our recent kitchen remodel. James was extremely helpful and easy to work with, he even went above and beyond to find the right stone for me.There are hiccups to overcome in most home projects and ours was no exception. We were working on a tight timeframe and when it didnt look like we were going to make our deadline, I spoke with Josh who assured me he would do everything humanly possible to make our deadline without compromising quality. Josh kept his word and we now have a beautiful kitchen.

    The salesman, contractor Sean Pollard made the entire project go smoother than any other remodeling project i have ever experienced. He was detailed in his presentation of how it would be done and when different phases would occur. He also accommodated me when I needed specific changes done to the original plan. The workers were efficient and precise and Sean checked on them daily. The price for the project was fair and I paid as each step was completed.     My husband had a procedure to help his heart beat effectively. He now has to wear a battery pack 24/7. Our old shower was too small to accommodate all he has to wear. Josh came out and gave us a reasonable bid and I jumped on it quickly. In 2 weeks I’ve got a huge shower that will fit all my husband’s needs. Each crew that came out to do their job did a professional job and was friendly and helpful to guide me through the construction phase. The other installers would not give us a definite answer to our questions and some times took days to get a quote or get our questions answered. Josh, Jose and Carla were on the ball right away.     Josh visited us and discussed options and advantages of the quartz countertops. The price was reasonable for countertops, undermount sinks and refinishing of two bathroom cabinets. He was able to get two remnants of Calacatta quartz, and they were ready to install in a week. The crew was courteous, punctual, and the new quartz countertops were amazing.The next team we worked with was the refinishing crew. They set up a painting space for cabinet doors and drawer fronts, sanded, applied primer and coats of paint. The base cabinets were also sanded, primed, and painted. Both teams were knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, and professional. These processes made the spaces bright and new. I would recommend Josh Breeze and both crews wholeheartedly.
