Thank you for working so hard during such horrible weather these last few days in Skagit and Island county. (Jan 2024) Our power was on sooner than we anticipated and we are grateful. Also thinking of the spouses that are w/out their loved ones for long periods during these times. You deserve some attention too!

I think this company is full of amazing men doing crazy amazing things especially during storm season that most people dont actually appreciate especially when theyre on the road in a vehicle facing a flagger like me to flag for these guys who restore power and communications to everybody so I dont understand why they get disrespected including flaggers by drivers. Nor do I understand why neighbors make complaints I mean I can just stop flagging and tell the boys to go home and yall could be without everything but were not like that we actually take some drama and beat downs from peoples mouths that completely is out of pocket. Yet the patelco boys love the bucket heads love the Foremans love the you know them all and so should you.... Have a good day...

This is for all the reviews claiming that potelco should pay to park, not park on shoulders or partially in your yard, and how people rely on those area to park themselves. Do you rely on your electricity? Do you turn your lights on to walk into your home at night, use a machine to wash your clothes, or a electric stove to eat hot meals? If you answered yes to any of that...SHAME ON YOU FOR SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT ANYTHING WHEN THESE GUYS ARE WORKING A VERY DANGEROUS VERY TIRING JOB SO THAT YOU MAY KEEP EVERY PRECIOUS ITEM YOU HAVE RUNNING ON POWER AVAILABLE TO YOU WHEN YOU NEED IT! Walk your lazy self or find alternate means for the moment. This company and each of its workers has only your needs in mind so how about a little gratitude and acceptance of a temporary set back.

Poles were being replaced and power was scheduled to be out for 6 hours. my wife is on oxygen, they said they could help us out. when they got ready to turn power off they brought over a generator with a cord to reach the oxygen concentrator so we didnt have to worry about time. the work was done quickly i had portable for her, but the battery would have needed charging in the car. luckily they were very quick, even if i did need to charge in car it would only have been maybe 20 minutes. very nice, efficient and polite. Thank you Potelco.
