    Steve was wonderful. Very informative with Great communication. We had a time crunch to get the new heating and A/C units installed. They came through and even went above and beyond the project description. They cut down an overgrown kiwi vine to give our unit enough room. These guys are punctual, thorough, respectful and clean. It was our pleasure to feed to crew Dirty Daves Pizza. We recommend them for any heating and cooling products/system/service.

    Woke up to a freezing cold house. Looked up and reviewed quite a few different companies. Dickā€™s Heating responded to me quickly on a Saturday. Their tech Brian was timely, knowledgable and found then fixed the problem in approx 5 minutes. $77.00 was a great price to fix the issue. I would highly recommend this company.

    Really appreciate Dickā€™s Employees. They went above and beyond to get the job done. We just moved into a home and the whole heating system needed replacing. Our sidewalks needed clearing but we ran out of time. To get new heat pump in 1 of the workers cleared the sidewalk for us. Looked like he has done that before and we actually learned something. Everyone was professional and helpful. They made sure we were satisfied and had a system we wouldnā€™t regret. We recommend them highly and are very grateful for them.

    This business is superb! Every employee I spoke with during the replacement of my furnace and installation of air conditioning was great, friendly, knowledgeable, listened, explained clearly, patient. They came out when they said they would, worked with my HOA to complete it as necessary. They were great with my 90 year-old mother who lives with me. The quote was very reasonable and they did the work as stated. I will continue to work with them yearly as they maintain my new equipment. Highly recommend!

    Outstanding service! We are 100% satisfied with all aspects of the trouble shooting of our old furnace and its replacement with a new one. Every step - from the initial phone call to the guys cleaning up when they were done - was fantastic. Our furnace quit, so they were here within hours to try to fix it. They clearly explained what was wrong and our various options. We chose a new furnace and it was immediately ordered. The installation team was amazing: prompt, on-time, efficient, professional and friendly. The cost too was very reasonable.We highly recommend Dickā€™s. They have been our go-to furnace fold for almost thirty years!

    Ethan was very understanding and did my yearly furnace inspection. He also explained how to keep my furnace up to date. He also explained how to install a built in a.c system into my furnace which was very helpful.     5 stars across the board. Dickā€™s installed a new gas furnace and heat pump system in our residence in November 2022. Professional and personable describes everyone I met with or talked to about the work. The salesman I worked with anticipated problems that might occur at our house and took care of any potential issues before they occurred. They patiently explained things to me and answered my questions. Everything was done on schedule, no small accomplishment at the present time what with supply chain difficulties. Equally impressive is how well the system works. According to the gas company, in the 30 days since installation I used 1/3 less gas than the same time one year ago and lowered my bill for gas by over 25%. All the more remarkable when this Billing period had lower average temperatures and the market price of gas is higher. I couldnā€™t be more pleased or recommend Dickā€™s more enthusiastically.

    We had this company replace our furnace and AC units and couldnā€™t be happier. The team that did the work was extremely professional and knowledgeable.     Complete heat pump system completed in one day. The area where the outdoor unit had to be installed was soft and needed a lot of gravel to support it and they took care of all the details to make it work. The installation crew was well coordinated for all of the electrical, furnace, outdoor installation and under the house work that needed to be done. I would recommend Dickā€™s to anyone interested in having this work done.

    First let me start out with GREAT COMPANY. Can not say that enough!! Second I have a mobile home do those arw not the easiest houses to work on so I give the installers all the credit in the world for having great patience and stayed on track even when other people work on the home before them was crappie.Great installer guys very professional!!! The wonderful ladies in the office are also very professional and very very helpful with payments and questions!!!     Steve came to my house and gave us the quote. Steve was professional and very nice. As a licensed electrician, he patiently answered all my questions and didnt propose any unnecessary work. We got Coleman for furnace and AC, we had a very professional team (Andy,Mark, Jace and Brian) to come install the machines, the work finished timely. They were friendly and took the time to make sure parts look nice in my garage. Most importantly, the machines come with 10 years warranty in parts and labor. I recommend this company!

    I have had Dickā€™s servicing & replacing equipment over the past 5 years in a previously owned home. Seems all the HVAC equipment went out when I became the new owner. The previous owner had been using Dickā€™s. Since I am a Senior widow & a mechanical idiot, I have continued with them. They have great, knowledgeable service people, excellent equipment & service ( I have had to replace most of it.) The only problem I have had was when the old Heat Pump went out ((from previous owner) in the dead of winter & took over a month to get new one (not their fault) & had to stay in bed most of month as house was freezing. But all of their new equipment (has cost a fortune) works well & they service it yearly.

    We recently had a heat pump system installed into our home. From the very beginning when we began looking into this option the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Loretta worked with us to schedule an initial quote and walk through with Steve and made a point to be available to answer any and all questions that I had. Andy and his crew arrived right on time and got straight to work, they made sure to explain the process to my wife and walk her through all of the details. Steve even stopped by to check in on the work. The crew worked throughout the day in the heat to make sure that everything was working properly before leaving. We even got a follow up call the next morning from Loretta to ensure that everything was to our expectations.Dicks Heating & A/C were very professional and helpful. We highly recommend them!

    I have had two visits recently. One was a regular annual maintenance where Raymond and Randall did a great job! They were polite, prompt, and professional. They handled changing the media filter in my furnace and checking everything out with ease and aplomb! This is no easy feat since my furnace is under my house in a crawlspace! Its hard to have anything good under there, especially aplomb! All this is even more significant because although fully trained and experienced....these were young men! It gave me hope to see such professionalism in our youth! Great job, guys! My other visit was with Edgar, who was delightful and seemed not too much older than Raymond but wears the vest of experience well! He was helpful with information about the needed part and helpful with his experience because he suspected what it might have been based on the problem we were having....and he was right! He was thorough and proactive; he was efficient and very professional. What a great job he did being the furnace professional I needed on my birthday when the heat was stuck on!!!!     We had one of their techs, Roland, help us with replacing our 25 year old heater that was breaking down. He carefully reviewed what we wanted the new furnace to do, measured the air flow and cooling system we wanted to add, and provided us with 3 different options. We chose the Coleman heater and heat pump option. Its been 3 years now and we are very happy with the system. The air flow is fantastic. The annual maintenance assures us that our system is always ready to go.

    We have been working with this company for a few years so far and will always get their opinion and expertise every time something goes wrong with our heater or AC or water boiler, all three of these things throughout the years stopped working for us and theyā€™ve always fixed it quick, and we havenā€™t had any problems with them since, every time they were polite, and professional. We had Isay Sherbanuk every time we had anything wrong and he definitely knows what heā€™s doing. We will be contacting and recommending them in the future. We are very satisfied with this business.

    A team of five installed a mini heat pump with two interior units in my home in a little over 6 hours.     Landlord left it up to me to get the electric panel upgraded so I could have an outlet on the patio and bring the kitchen up to code. Jace made sure not to disrupt the office functions unecessarily as well keep the wall damage to a minimum. I look forward to scheduling time to get an outlet in the bathroom soon. We use the weatherproof outlet on the patio all the time so I can have blue rope lights on the roofline glow at night.

    I was replacing a 20 old furnace in a small house. Dicks was the third company out and the first to suggest moving to the attic which I was very excited to learn was possible. The estimator was very proffesional and realistic. He didnt try to oversell me. I wanted an 80% for cost reasons but also because I knew that the smallest gas units (3 ton) were allready slightly larger than neccesary for my small house and that a 95% was really overkill. After collecting 6-8 estimates I came up with a few more questions and Mike (the estimator) was more than happy to come back out and review the complete job with me on site. In the end the price included a Trane 80%, 2 stage furnace with variable speed fan and a 5in filter as well as relocation to the attic.The crew was scheduled with a week of my decision. The job was estimated to be a single day and it was, in and out. The only tiny complaint I had was that I didnt get an estimated time of arival. I go into work normally at 7 but luckily I work close so I headed in and waited for a call. Around 9 I hadnt heard anything so I called the office and was told that they just left the facility in Sumner and was given an approximate ETA. When the crew arrived they called me and I drove home to meet them and walked them through the house to make sure they knew what was where, crawl space and attic access, electrical panel, etc. They already had carpets down before I was done to keep the floors protected and mess to a minimum.When the job was done, the lead walked me through the entire process. He showed me what was done in as much detail as I could ask for, walked me though the new thermostat and the maintanence of the unit.They were above professional, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The best part was the price. They were close to half of 2 other companies and still below others. They had a great easy to understand estimates that showed me multiple options for furnaces which included all but tax and another line for moving to the attic (an option). This made it very easy to get a final total which was on the dot when I paid the bill. Others had confusing estimates which did or didnt include permits or only gave one furnace option or they tried talking me into things that I didnt want.I cant say enough good things about my experience. I dont know why there are not more reviews on here about them.

    Bob B. came out the same afternoon that we called regarding our failing water heater. He wrote up an estimate for replacement of our 22 year old water heater on a Friday, and came to replace it on the following Tuesday. The only concern that I have is that the replacement was not Energy Star certified so we didnt get a $50.00 rebate through PSE. Maybe such heater was not available and we needed something right away. Am not sure as I did not discuss this with him. Maybe he did with my husband?? Besides very knowledgeable and professional, he was good at explaining things to people not very familiar with water heaters!

    Got through for an appointment for a routine check up on my gas furnace. Told I need to be available between 1-5p and the tech surprisingly arrived at1p with a call prior to his arrival. After completing the service, the tech indicated the furnace was in good shape and should last for awhile. He also informed me of a weakness in all gas furnaces and there was indication of any leaks, Tech followed Covid-19 rules of wearing a mask during his visit. Gave me a few reminders like to change my filters regularly which I do. Completed the service in about 45 minutes or so.
